Today must have been the day that all the idiots in St. Mary's County come out and go to the drive thru at Burger King. Yes, I shit you not, all the drive thru had today was idiots, one disabled lady, and people who cannot seem to find dollar bills lower than .00

Other than that issue, next week is the trip to Otakon. I'll be taking 0.00 with me, and hope that once all paperwork for disability payments is cleared, I can take about 00.00 and put it into a Certificate of Deposit (CD).

Well, I will try to add another entry on Sunday. See you later blog!

Well dear journal, today has been an interesting day. First, I got the refund and the extra application I accidentally sent to Otakon refunded and deleted. Now that the getting to Otakon, which was settled on Sunday via talking to Raf, a hotel room is ready, and now all I have to do is ask my parents for the trip money. Granted, that 00.00 would have made a nice profit via a Chevy Chase CD, but that money has to disappear. Oh well, at least I will try to have a good time.

Speaking of good time, I went on Gaia only to find out that they will be at Otakon! I cannot wait to see all the Gaians there, and I plan to have my picture taken with Lanzer. I got a disposable camera for the trip, and I hope to post some of the pictures at my trip to the convention.

Nick let me off early today, I do not know about work, but it seems to PMS just like me. One minute everyone is getting along, and the next minute everyone is trying to kill each other. I guess that is the way of the world; it is always unpredictable.

I also have a new story out called Mama Yo Can't Go. Feel free to check it out!

I am going to Otakon, I am going to Otakon, I AM GOING TO OTAKON!

I don't believe it; Nick gave me the three days off, and Raf is going to pick me up at Burger King! I can't wait to go and see Sarah, Raf, and even Torrent is coming! This is all so wonderful!

Of course, it didn't come with a few problems. I accidentally registered twice, so I had to e-mail one of the Otakon representatives to get my second registration deleted, and the money refunded. They can do it, it's just that the refund may take some time. Boy, do I feel stupid for doing something as silly as that.

In other news, work has been going good. Granted, the maturity issues of some of my co-workers are to be desired, but so far, I've done my work, do what my boss tells me to do, and try to arrive on-time or early, in case I'm needed before 11:00 PM.

As for my fan fiction writing, I am currently working on another Vignette that needs to be looked over before I post it. That means that I have to start shooting off e-mails asking for a Beta Reader. Oh well, at least it's better than posting crap.

Well there is not a whole boatload going on this evening in good old Lexington Park, but now that I am talking to Raf again via AIM, things should settle down.

I forgot to tell you this, but Raf and Sarah have invited me to come to Otakon with them in Baltimore, Maryland. I want to go and see them again, and the convention would be a huge bonus, but I have to let my bosses and the Pathways people know of my plans. Pathways has already given me the all clear, but I have yet to hear anything about work. I might get the answer tomorrow when I go in for my 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift, but as of right now, work will be the deciding factor.

Since it is Sunday, and I have the day off, I thought it might be a good idea to come over to the library and write how my week went.

I now have health issuance; when I get sick, that means that I can go see my childhood doctor, and he will still accept the Medicaid card and program that only he accepts. It will take about ten business days for the card to get here, but I am officially covered incase I get really sick or something.

Work yesterday was not good at all; almost everyone had a maturity issue that made me feel like I was the only adult there. Tracey had some beef with Jackie about who knows what, some of the employees were getting into fights with other co-workers, and then, there were those who just couldn't seem to keep the foul language down. My God, I was expecting to go to work yesterday, not be the only adult in a room full of 12 year olds! I don't know what was going on, but my co-workers seriously need to grow up and get over these petty issues.

Speaking of work, we've been short-handed these past couple of days, and next week is going to be even worse. Strangely enough, they have me off for three days out of that week. I don't what is going on at work, but the managers and the crew need to get it together. Nick hired me to do a job, not to baby-sit.
