Kid Rock has one more thing to be cocky about: Pamela Anderson is about to become Mrs. Rock.
That's right, the trailer-park rocker (real name: Robert J. Ritchie) proposed to the former Baywatch pinup Thursday night in the Las Vegas desert, Anderson's publicist confirmed Friday.
Allstar News reports that Rock popped the question after his concert at the Joint, located in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Following the show, he drove Anderson out to the desert, where his buddy Uncle Kracker appeared wearing an Elvis Presley jumpsuit in a pink Cadillac.
He reportedly presented the ring, whereupon Rock got down on one knee and proposed. Anderson said yes.
No word yet on a wedding date--or for that matter, the size of Rock's rock. The pair has been an item since last April, and the news comes less than a month after Anderson acknowledged that she has hepatitis C, which can cause life-threatening liver damage.
A spokeswoman for Anderson, 34, said "she is feeling fine, very healthy and very ecstatic about getting married."
And just think, dearly departed little guy Joe C. would've made a great ringbearer.
This is the second go at marriage (with a rock star, no less) for the actress, who's been due for some good news lately. She's currently embroiled in a nasty custody battle with ex-husband and former Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee over their two sons.
The two currently share custody of Brandon, 5, and Dylan, 3. But Anderson has been fighting for sole custody of the kids.
Then in March, Anderson confirmed she has hepatitis, and claimed it was Lee who gave it to her by sharing a tattoo needle. Lee condemned her story, saying through his publicist that her announcement was "a clear attack" on the drummer that was "only doing more harm to her children."
Rock, meanwhile, has an 8-year-old son from a previous relationship, and the 31-year-old Detroit rap-rocker also faced a nasty legal battle for custody.
In 2000, Rock defended himself in a Michigan court against claims by ex-girlfriend Kelly Russell that his constant touring meant he often left the child with a nanny. She also claimed the rocker frequently refused to let her see the boy. Then last year, he asked a judge to order his ex to pay the $25 a week she owes in child support.
The pair currently share joint custody of their son.
Despite the troubles, Anderson has acknowledged that Kid Rock was definitely hubby material.
"He is the best person I have ever met," she told Extra in February. "He's got the whole thing. He's the rock star, the father, lover, sweetheart. We both have children, and that's really our priority, our kids."

'NSync and the cast of the Fox TV show Ally McBeal are the subject of a complaint for interpleader filed on Thursday (April 11) by the Boston-based nonprofit organization the Giving Back Fund over distribution of funds to charities.
The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, is over an April 2001 event titled Family Celebration 2001 in Los Angeles that raised approximately $606,639.18 for charity, in which the Giving Back Fund served as fiscal administrator.
According to the filing, the defendants have made various claims to the Giving Back Fund for distribution of the funds raised at the event that conflict in amounts, and they claim to be unable to determine what precise amounts are to be distributed. "Plaintiff seeks to avoid the reasonable probability of vexatious litigation against it based upon the conflicting demands made upon plaintiff by defendants, and each of them, for distribution of funds raised in conflicting percentages," states the suit.
The organization is asking the court to order 'NSync and the Ally McBeal camp to interplead and litigate their rights to these funds.
Meanwhile, 'NSync's Justin Timberlake spoke out about his recent break-up (yes, it's official) with Britney Spears to talk show host Rosie O'Donnell. He told her he was "cool" with the split and that he still loves Britney with "all my heart and I will never do anything to disrespect her or degrade her."
