You are Ephesians.

Which book of the Bible are you?

Hey that is pretty accurate. Anyway, I wish I were at Encounter now. Shall be praying for Denise and Wing Yee and Su-e. Yay.

You are Neo
You are Neo, from "The Matrix." You
display a perfect fusion of heroism and
compassion.

What Matrix Persona Are You?
brought to you by Quizilla

Whee! Newest infatuation: Neo. Aha. I am such a genius with my vcr. That day when Channel 5 was showing the Matrix, I taped it because I couldn't watch it. So I set the timer from 7.00pm to 9.00pm, cleverly not realising that the movie was two and a half hours long instead of two hours. So i was watching it and the part where Neo and Trinity went to save Morpheus, the tape reached the first bit when Neo was dodging a bullet - and the tape STOPPED. Wow. So yesterday I was bugging Amelia during the intermission in the Lit seminar about what exactly happened after that part and she told me everything. Yay Amelia! =) I so want the Matrix VCD now. Anyone care to lend me one? And I want to watch Reloaded now. Probably with Amelia. And we shall go ooh, ah and ouch at all the right places. Yay. =)

Interesting things to know about Ivan Soh:

1)He watches anime. Specifically, Samurai X. According to Lina, he used it as an example during bio class and asked if anyone watched it. *shudders* And to think I thought it seemed interesting. I am so not watching that, ever again.

2)He plays some stupid computer game, according to Emm. He played it during the band concert after he calculated sec one marks the day before our bio exam. Which brings me to the third point.

3) The day before our bio exam he hadn't even finsihed setting the paper. How very, very responsible adn smart. And he lectured ME on being responsible. Hypocritical guy. *mauls him to hyperdeath* Ugh. I cannot stand Ivan Soh. Julie Quah too.

Stayed back today for the Lit seminar and so I don't think I have to do anything on Friday other than watching a concert. Which means I can slack away in the gb room. Maybe sleep the whole time? Yay. I need a lot more sleep. The lit talk was so CHEEM. The Sec fours quality of work is so high I doubt I'll ever be able to reach their standard. The talk was interesting too! Although I very nearly fell asleep and only managed to stay awake with Amelia prodding me in the side occasionally. It doesn't help to have Lina Tan sitting right behind you. It was something about Gender roles and sexual conventions in utopia and dystopia society. Souns cheem, but they explain it really really well. I want to read the books they used as case studies.

Random insights: I sleep really weirdly. I can never stop my head from nodding and thus I hardly can pull off naps in assembly unless someone pokes me and tell me to hold my head better. Argh. Others nod slightly but I totally jerk and its really obvious. How sad. I really need my sleep during assemblies. :S

Okay so the presentation for Lit is over. *grins weirdly* And I couldn't stop smiling/laughing in spite of biting tremendously hard on my lip and tongue. Heh. Well I couldn't help it! The prop for the bond was someone's Yamaha school music certificate and I was um very amused. And I improved from backing away when Antonio gave the gay speech! Whee. I feel a weird mixture of sleepiness, hyperness and...hunger. This is not a good sign. I'm on Neopets and drooling over the omelette. Sausage and Pepperoni omelette, to be specific. Yummy yum. I am hungry.

We've been having free block for HCL for the past two days cos Loy wasn't around. So. I've been using that time to finish all undone homework, espy Geog. E-s-p-y. Haha. Mingwei and I were so confused when Mrs Mohd used that short form and were thinking, 'espy? what's that?' and then Mingwei asked her and she said it was especially. I am SO smart. *says sarcastically*

Ahhh! The Lit presentation is tomorrow! Actually...I'm not so much worried as nervous. Cos its like my group, Jasmine Ivana Bel Tio and Enyi started working like way way way before the due date which is tomorrow. The day right before the Maths Common Test, to be precise. That was like weeks and weeks away. So. We've memorised our lines, got nice periodic costume things and props like Bassanio's obiang purse (obiang on purpose, yes, kindly do not laugh) and Shylock's 2D knife. Muaha. >:D (i do love that face. its so nicely evil) and um...got more props! lame. well. I just hope I don't screw up the whole thing by forgetting when Gratiano says the stuff about the second Daniels. Stupid Gratiano, talk so much. I have come to the conclusion that Gratiano is a dirty-minded, prejudiced, evil old twit and that Bassanio has way too much money on his hands. Like hello? Offering 30 000 ducats to Shylock. And being overly eager to give Shylock his principal. ("Here is the money. I have it ready for thee, here it is!") Hah.

I am double playing Gratiano and Bassanio for your information and I don't know how I am going to not die from laughter or stop myself backing away from Bel (Antonio) when she says Antonio's gay speech. Ack. Please. "whether Bassanio had not once a love" Antonio's buaya. Ahahaha. *grins* And Jasmine is so zai lor! She's playing Portia and has dunno how many many lines to memorise and she started way before us and is so familiar with her lines and even Enyi's (Shylock). Gweep. Her memory is scary. I was in the same group as her for the Drama through the Ages...drama (lame) and she was the character with the most lines and she volunteered for the character somemore! Very pei fu. Haha.

I suppose my group is quite nice (serious understatement) and extremely on task. Ahead of task more like it. I get this feeling Pauline Chia's going to fall in love with the costumes which costed like dunno how much money (I AM BROKE!) and gush over how much effort we put into the presentation and dadada. That is, if I don't forget my lines. I have no idea when Gratiano says his lines and I will never remember that the halter gratis line exists. dear me. *scurries off to do more memorising*

Edit One: We were rehearsing today outside the History room in the humans centre and were practically giving 211 a free show. *grins* And Jillian Woon as well. She was very excited or something...kept popping around and reciting random lines from Julius Caeser and grinning like amd. Haha. And 211 people were looking kinda freaked/impressed. Ahaha. Then according to Jeanette during class she was talking about it she thought it was a big scale dramatisation and thought we were talking coz we were excited bout it and then she started talking about drama then she remembered history drama and started talking bout it Oh yeah, does she have the gift of digression. Ahahaha. *demented cackle*

Edit Two: Happy birthday Dee! =D

Wow, second entry today. I have way too much time on my hands. I got myself a personal fitness trainer! Heh...more like she forced herself on me. Well. I have done my 10 pushups for today! Yay *grins* I shall go jogging tomorrow night and Thursday night in a desperate bid to pass my 2.4. And lose weight to a lesser extent. Ah well. Thank you Kim ^^ I don't know of any senior who actually bothers to do this...only Kim's not exactly a senior is she? More like a nice friend =D

*reads through inet, sees Mrs Chan signing off as Chan C.F.* That reminds me of Fen Fen and Debbie. *dissolves in peals of laughter* For the clueless ones, Debbie=Deborah Tan and Fen Fen = Mrs Chan. This guy Raynard from church was joking to Sally that to get a promotion she should invite "Debbie and Fen Fen" over to her house to play Mahjong. For some reason Kim and I found that very funny. And...*thinks of more inside jokes* Tyndale! Denise had this Bible, this huge study Bible and we asked her the edition, she looked at the spine at the publisher name which was Tyndale and said her edition was the Tyndale Edition. =D And Kim's hair...the dao hui...*collapses again* For the sake of her dignity I shall not elaborate *grins* although I think Denise put it on her quotes webpage. Ahaha. Cell rocks. Cell people rock. =D

Yeah man...I'm happily adding more and more links to my links section. And doing nice random quizzes like this one below.

How random are you?
this quiz was made by alanna

:: how jedi are you? ::

Went out for lunch with Kim to Far East to some kaya place and spent the next hour snorting into the plate and blowing bread crumbs all over the place. Didn't help that Kim was merrily sprinkling pepper on the toast and acting retarded and POUTING all the time. Well. That was the reason why I was snorting, but never mind... I really want one of those Nokia phones you can take pictures with. Imagine the blackmail I could do! *evil laughter ensues* Would be nice to capture Kim pouting eternally in a picture. >:D Muaha.

Jane Jane indeed. *dissolves into spasms of laughter* Apparently someone from band called Jasmine Chua crushes "Jane". Um, apparently she saw "Jane" with Hui Juen and asked Hui Juen what her name was, and Hui Juen looked at her and went like "...Jane..." And she crushed her ever since. Oh man this is so hilarious. And her name isn't even Jane. And today during recess she scampered down the stairs and started terrorising "Jane" and someone grabbed Jasmine's hairtie and passed it around and it got to me and I dumped it on "Jane"'s lap (thighs) And "Jane" gave it back to Jasmine and Jasmine was...extremely...thankful. *grins* >:D

And then we came up to E312 where I am now and Loy isn't here and were yakking away about "Jane" (who has a pet name of "Janey Jane") who was really really mortified and she demanded that Hui Juen compensate her or something by pretending to be her les partner so Jasmine would go away. Mushroom was totally vehemently disagreeing and backing away and Junx and Sumae and me and Wanling and Sien and Seema were all collapsing around in GREAT LAUGHTER and the band people (Mable, Sze Min, Emmaline) came in and told us that JAsmine was asking them if her real name was Kimberly because apparently she crushes the Pink Ranger from Power Rangers who's name is Kimberly. Hah. And so Mable told Jasmine that Jane was Jean. *even bigger grin*

This will so not make sense if you're not in 212. Ahahahaha. *maniacal laughter blares out* And I have been using the words 'apparently' and 'and' a lot. Apparently.

Which X2 Character Are You?

Drill today was so darn FUN! =D Okay that sounded weird. Anyway only the Sec 2s and some random Sec 3s were present because the 4s had their 2.4 and the other 3s had Chinese orals. So Jasmine popped in halfway and was commanding when her classmate came down the stairs and started chatting to her about the orals and Jasmine started screeching about how bad they were while we were still standing motionless. Harhar. And when Sue Jen was out commanding JAsmine was telling her the command for hentak (sp?) and we all heard it and thought she was commanding us and started...hentaking. Eek. Just goes to show how loud Jasmine can be. *grins* But the food was not enough! Doritos hardly make a good breakfast. Especially when it's only three doritos. Ah well.

The seaweed is always greener
In somebody else's lake
You dream about going up there
But that is a big mistake
Just look at the world around you
Right here on the ocean floor
Such wonderful things surround you
What more is you lookin' for?

Under the sea, under the sea
Darling it's better down where it's wetter
Take it from me
Up on the shore they work all day
Out in the sun they slave away
While we're devoting full time to floating
Under the sea (hahahahahaha!)
Down here all the fish is happy
As after the waves they roll
The fish on the land ain't happy
They sad 'cause they in the bowl!
But fish in the bowl is lucky
They in for a worser fate
One day when the boss get hungry
Guess who goin' be on the plate? (Uh-oh)

Under the sea
Under the sea
Nobody beat us, fry us and eat us
In frickazee
We what the land folks loves to cook
Under the sea we off the hook
We've got no troubles, life is the bubbles
Under the sea (under the sea)
Under the sea (under the sea)
Since life is sweet here, we got the beat here
Naturally (naturally-ee-ee-ee)
Even the sturgeon and the ray
They get the urge and start to play
We've got the spirit, you've got to hear it
Under the sea

The lute play the flute
The carp play the harp
The plaice play the bass and they soundin' sharp
The bass play the brass
The chub play the tub
The fluke is the duke of soul (yeah)
The ray, he can play the lings on the strings
The trout acting out
The blackfish he sings
The smelt and the sprat
They know where it's at
And oh, that blowfish blow!

Yeah, under the sea
Under the sea
When the sardine begin the beguine
It's music to me (music is to me)
What do they got, a lot of sand?
We've got a hot crustacean band
Each little clam here know how to jam here
Under the sea
Each little slug here cutting a rug here
Under the sea
Each little snail here know how to wail here
That's why it's hotter under the water
Yeah, we in luck here down under the muck here
Under the sea

So all the test marks and CA marks are streaming back from various teachers and subjects. Truth? I'm feeling quite pleased with myself =) For Maths I got 21/30 which is a HUGE improvement from the last test when I got 5 1/2 over 35. Whee! And for Lit journal I got double As for the front cover and interview transcript. I liked doing the front cover, basically snitched something I'd already written for roleplay (here, Sub you know where, for a thread with Kierra (pokes Grace) and modified it a little. Voila. *grins* And for Geog I got 76% which is A1 (yay!) which is good, because last year I was really flailing in physical geog. I like human geog so much better ^^

Mrs Mohd is nice! She really opens up towards us and tells us a lot of stuff about herself, which is more than I can say for some teachers. (shh) And she's funny, and encouraging too. Today she was teaching in the geog room and Ms Rozanah was teaching outside in the humans centre open area, and Ms Rozanah always shrieks when she talks or something. So Mrs Mohd was like "Who's screaming? Ms Rozanah? ...ooops. Sorry, sorry!" And the whole class was cracking up. And you know what she told us? That those things-you-should-put-your-belt-through on the pinafore should be moved down, because she saw some of us with really low belts. She said it looked better and not so obscenely high. Hah. She is the first teacher to have told us to lower our hoopthings and not raise our belts. Mrs Mohd rocks! =D

I've been having so much fun during Maths and Chinese, my group is great. *grins* During Chinese we're forever singing Under the Sea (hey, I told you I was obsessed. My group's doing it for choral speaking, and I wonder who influenced them. Muaha.) and the other day we were discussing our favourite childhood cartoons eg Sesame Street, Blue's Clues, Bear in the Big Blue House (why am I the only one who likes it? ><), Barney. For some reason we were singing the Barney song (I love you...) when Loy came over and heard us and gave us this weird look and told us to start our own Kids Channel. *grins* While we were convulsing in laughter in our chairs. =D

Saturday >> GB today. Spent badgework loafing around in a nicely air-conditioned E206 after finishing the assigned work in record time. Dance-crazy Yinghan had force me to practise the Jive with her because I was the only 'guy' around. Cheryl happened to be female. This is crazy. Played truth or dare for squad time, and spent the time shrieking and clapping. Things I am currently stuck on: Under the Sea (thanks loads, Kim), Bring me to life, the Bimbo cheer and the Moron cheer (Mingwei's fault). The Bimbo cheer is so cute and the Moron cheer is even cuter.

Went for service and dinner with Denise and Kim after that. Went from BK to Mos to Macs, after realising their wasn't any space in the former two. We were about to plonk ourselves down at a table when we saw a huge pile of fries, two nuggets and $3.95 on the table. After much debate (well mostly between Kim and Denise's conscience) we took it and divided it among ourselves. $1.30 each, and I don't know where the other five cents went. Quote Kim, "Here's your share of the loot!" before shoving a huge stack of coins in your hand. Had a conversation like this:

Denise: Aren't your teeth crooked too?
Kim: NO! They're just wide apart.
Denise: But my teeth aren't crooked!
Me: Yeah, they're just very far out.

Pat on back from Kim ensues, with Denise looking indignant and Kim chirping something about 'fellow conspirator'. Haha. Those Nokia phones that take pictures would really come in handy. We would have taken Kim pouting, Denise with her mouth wide open and chewed McChicken inside and Denise looking very dumbstruck (after Pastor Melvyn Mak said "I'd like to end with..." at 6.11 pm. He normally says that around 6.45.) Aharhar. Dinner after service is fun.

Maths test today. I am so going to die for it. Some question on page one had an answer of 0, I got that at first but decided that couldn't be correct, so I did it again and got some weird fraction which I left as the answer and later on Mingwei tells me 0 is the answer. *is frustrated with self* Assembly was boring, the only highlight was when a huge picture of Clay Aiken appeared on the screen and Yinghan screamed her heart out. Yes, I heard her although she was all the way at the back and I was one of the front-most people. Or maybe I was watchig out for that scream. Heh.

Lit 'graded timed assignment' after that, which is a nicer way Pauline Chia rephrased the word 'test'. Missed half an hour of cell. Or more. Helped Sally calculate marks of 410 and 407 after that, along wiht Denise and Kim and Wing Yee and Linette. I can just imagine a scene where Sally asks her classes to double check their marks and the whole class marches up to her to demand more or less marks due to severe, gross miscalculation. Eep.

A holiday at long last. Spent the earlier part of the day mugging for Maths and getting extremely pissed with my parents for forcing me to do kilos of Maths worksheets (slight exaggeration on my part). Went to meet my lit group Ivana, Bel Tio, Enyi and Jasmine at Yishun mrt station and went to Ivana's house to do the project. Dramatizing Act four scene one, The Scene, and being extremely enthusiastic about it. Made little prop things and were tantalised by delicious aromas of Ivana's mom's homemade quiche wafting around the house and it was niiiiiiice. *grins* Enyi discovered a little bear Ching Hui gave Ivana that sang some Vengaboys song and spun around on its ass when you pressed its right(or left?) paw. And collapsed into fits of laughter everytime that happened. Antonio's disgusting. And Gratiano's a dirty-minded prejudiced evil twit. I happen to have this little obsession of watching classmates act out Shakespeare, thus I cannot wait for Tuesday (which also happens to be the HCL test, joy).

I'm beginning to notice a trend in my blogging activity here. I blog one massive chunk of stuff, normally a few days worth stuffed together, then go on a few days break, then come back and blog another massive chunk. Classic example of sporadic activity. Bad thing is, I now have so many things to blog about that I don't know where to start. How 'bout from Wednesday?

Wednesday >>
Went to Heeren with Yinghan and Cheryl and stared a little while at Sakae Sushi, before finally deciding to go inside. I asked Cheryl to pass some crabstick sushi on the conveyor belt and she was pointing to all sushis except the crabstick one and asking 'this one? this one? oh, THIS one!' as it sailed merrily out of her reach. Yinghan was the most adventurous, eating jellyfish and whatnot and persuading Cheryl to do the same. Muahaha. I stuck to crabstick. After that went to take a neoprint, and my scanner isn't working so I shall make use of Yinghan's already scanned photo.

I like the little flower and bow things. Cheryl grabbed the pen thing and poked a flower onto Yinghan, I poked a bow onto Yinghan, Yinghan poked a bow on Cheryl, Cheryl poked a flash thing to hide her hair and poked a bow on me. And I do not agree that I look photogenic. XP I am now near-broke for the rest of the week, due to the Sakae Sushi bill and the neoprint money which I still haven't paid Yinghan for. Hopefully she forgets, muaha.

Another semi-angst, full rant entry. About our dearest History teacher Jillian Woon. Seriously, what is her problem? Yesterday we had history first block, and she was talking about something when Emmeline came in through the door (haha how else) kind of late, and practically jumped on her. Lightning fast. Started yammering on and on about how we should all be early and make it a point to be early because it shows respect (or something) and where's peijie see she's not here again and I was totally rolling my eyes. And groaning silently, but I heard this really loud sigh from the center of the room. Sheesh. Didn't take her long to start, huh. Then halfway through the rant peijie walked in and Woon snapped at her and told her to sit where she was, all alone at a half table. Man. If that isn't ostracization nothing is. And then she started picking on Pei Jie and her little things like how shje was always late, didn't wear her shoes properly etc etc.

And then because she was all fired up she started going on about her previous academic students and RI pupils and how they were so hardworking and how gep pupils are so ungrateful. And that we're wasting taxpayer's money and government's effort and dadada and we were all looking extremely pissed/nonchalant and not listening at all. Sheesh. It doesn't help our class morale for her to be ranting on and on and putting us down and kicking us in the dirt and saying how we really really SUCK. And the more she talks the less we listen, we're becoming really hardened towards her 'talks'. Argh. Don't like her.

I haven't been blogging much have I? Attribute that all to laziness, hah.

My church is doing this taxi driver help thing. Giving each of the members one envelope which we're supposed to put $10 inside, then when we take taxis we pay the fare and give the 10 dollars as a donation. Heehee. So fun so fun. It was on the news on Sunday, my mom was frantically turning on the radio and the tv on at the same time to watch and listen to the news...and she taped the 2 minutes of the ch 5 news program featuring the church. And when the camera scanned over the congregation I could see her and my dad sitting where they normally do. If I had gone for that service which I normally do but didn't that week I would have been on the news too. Haha. So on Monday Kim, Denise and I went to Wheelock place by taxi just to give the envelope-thing away. And ate at BK and snitched some of Kim's Orange Julius' Blizzard, and her spoon dropped in a very loser-ish way (says enigmatically) whee. whee. feeling rabidly hyper now. whee. whee. WHEE!

Mrs Mohammed gave 212 a little pep talk the other day. About bucking up, pulling up our socks, that we weren't really the worst class. That there isn't a worse class. That we could do it if we just stop our tardy attitude and put in effort in our work. The atmosphere was extremely emotionally charged, let me tell you. A little way into the talk she broke down, telling us how we were robbing her little daughter of time with her mother, and that basically opened wide the floodgates. Joey started sobbing, a few people were looking red-eyed and I was biting my lip desperately to keep from crying. Aching to go over and comfort Joey and Cheryl. The feeling was being bad and guilty...it was something else, although I don't think I can vocalise it. The class is rather disunited, and quite clique-y too. But I think we appreciated the pep talk, yes, I need to work harder. Am slipping behind in my Maths and Chinese. Maybe I should ban myself from the computer for as long as it takes to clear my backlog of overdue homework and actually revise every single subject, especially practising Maths. I totally do not get indices and there's a common test next Wednesday. Ugh.

I realised the more you think you know people, the less you really do. Told that to Smint, and she said it sounded familiar (it does, but I can't remember). The class has assorted personalities from the outright easy-to-read people all the way to the people with many many layers. Happy, sad, in between.

So the next day I was feeling kind of charged up and all ready to work harder when in comes our DEAR Jillian Woon. As usual, she did her usual routine of whining about GEP pupils versus Express/Technical students, and how RI boys are so sweet, and how 212 is a horrendous class. Basically putting us down. And you know what she told Pei Jie? That she was a WASTE OF TIME. How would you like to be told that you were a waste of time, hopeless, that no matter what others did you could never improved? Seriously, that isn't what the class needs. I was feeling particularly mutinous, everything Mrs Mohammed said the previous day to delicately weave an intricate web of encouragement was now being brusquely unravelled and chopped to molecules by our dear History teacher. The more I go for History the more I hate the teacher. All she does is whine.

And today. Today Halsall gave the whole class RTC for not doing our choral speaking homework, with the exception of Sarah Soon, Sabrina, Nicola, Asiyah and Seema and Rachel (who didn't come). Was feeling kind of bad, imagining the look of disappointment Mrs Mohammed would have hearing that. But isn't RTC a little far? A class booking I can understand but rtc? And I wonder if we'll all get betas? The school system is seriously loophole-filled and kooky. Almost without any thought for exceptions.

I loved X2. I loved their effects, their script, their visuals, sounds and music, but best of all loved the characters. Jean was stunning with her telekinesis, especially at the climatic finale when she used her powers to protect the X-Jet from the deluge of water. Avid fans like me will also realise that what was illuminated in her eyes when she used her teke was that of an orange phoenix, and the aura around her in the finale was a phoenix shape, blurry though it was. Those were what I was especially looking out for. Jean/Phoenix just happens to be my favourite character. The scene when she died was so touching, especially when Scott was sobbing and Wolverine was trying his best not to. I'm pretty sure her death was not permanent, though. At Marvel, nothing is. One thing to note is that at the end, when the cameras scanned the waters, what was slowly rising out of the lake was a blurred phoenix image. That was kind of what happened in the cartoon, when Jean was presumed to be dead but fused with the Phoenix force and rose out of the water, right at the start of the Phoenix saga. X3 is definitely on the way. Think they'll just say Jean had Phoenix powers all along, though, the actual story woiuld be way too tedious.

Storm was given great opportunities to cut loose with her powers of weather manipulation too! The hurricanes in the jet chase scene were wonderful. Pyro's fire manipulation was way cool, especially when he sent those three streamers of flame to the poor unsuspecting policemen. The visuals at the start of the movie, the weaving DNA strands were also very cool. So excuse us for yelping when the afore mentioned scenes appeared.

Yuriko Oyama! Rogue! Iceman! Yuriko was also stunning in her martial arts technique, and her adamantium claws were nonchantly lethal. Loved the way she extended them. Iceman's got great powers, and it was hilarious when he hid under the table while Wolvie was fighting the intruding soldiers. Rogue, they finally dyed her hair browner (but not chestnut enough) and gave her that gorgeous white streak. Anna Paquin's portrayal of an anguished Rogue was not bad. I was keenly watching out for mutant cameos, and I loved what Colossus, Kitty and Siryn did. Colossus' transformation to mutant steel, Kitty's phasing through a soldier and Siryn's earsplitting sonics were awesome. Spotted "Remy LeBeau" and "Jamie Madrox", aka Gambit and Multiple Man.

The story and plot rock, it shows nicely the themes prejudices and terrorism and unity. Mutant unity! Muaha. Some scenes were funny, eg Nightcrawler waving at the president he attempted to assasinate while he was under mind control and the president looking very freaked out. And Pyro fiddling with Scott's car and setting off N'Sync's Bye Bye Bye, pissing off Wolverine and Rogue and amusing Iceman, not to mention the audience.

X2 rocked.

Ran the 2.4 today.

I think it's the best 2.4 of my entire life, even though I didn't get really good results (shh!) or anything, but I was moved by all the support I got. Thank you Grace, Kim, Ming See, Bernice, Julia and all those who cheered me on. (I recall Joey, Jem, Sien and Mingwei who were shouting at me to run faster. Heh.) Even when I was whining in your ear that I couldn't go on. Thank you Grace for running even though you already ran 7 rounds, Kim for temporarily leaving bball training (you guys have such endurance!), Ming See and Bernice for actually pulling me. Haha. I think I was the only girl to actually have a senior run alongside her, and three other friends alternatively pulling and pushing her along. Yaaay. Thank you. =)

The field was horrendously muddy, especially the far corner. The first time I squelched in I nearly lost my shoe. Quickly learnt to go slower when approaching that corner, thank goodness later on some cardboard sheets were placed there for us to run on. My shoes were caked in mud, my leg streaked too. F&N Grape never tasted so good. Washed my shoes at the canteen and went up to E206 sockless. Sally allowed us to take off our shoes and air our feet despite protests from a insensitive Audris (harhar) and we spent almost the whole session laughing our heads off. Definitely one of the more interesting GB sessions.

I promised myself that I wouldn't blog until I got my Rogue layout up, which explains my apparent lack of X-Men entries after the normal two-rant-a-day routine I am accustomed to. So.

Wednesday>>

Watched X2 on Wednesday with Nat in Cineleisure right after school, and thus became the earliest one in my class to do so. Shall blog about that on a separate entry. I realise that I have quite a lot of X2 movie merchandise, including 6 posters, 12 bookmarks, a ton of Cyclops postcards I got from Far East, a comic adaptation, a movie novelisation and the X2 souvenir magazine. You do not want to know how much the last three cost. The movie theatre was jam packed full, so I guess I should be grateful to Nat's mom for booking the extremely good seats online. Bet we pissed the people around us off, though, what with all our squeaking and faintly muted cheering whenever Jean got her Phoenix flares, or Pyro made things explode, or Storm used her powers. We're X-Men fanatics to the core.

Friday>>

Cell! Had the New South Wales Science thing, so couldn't attend the worship training Ms Wong did. Not all of it anyway. After the paper I rushed down to the gb room and the cell and the squad were there, minus the sec twos. I was the only one who bothered to come. Blargh. Sally doodled a lot on the board, and later Kim and I filled in the empty spaces with doodles and words of our own. I brought the X2 souvenir magazine and Wing Yee was practically drooling over the pictures of Iceman (aka Bobby Drake, played by Shawn Ashmore. Click.), and Linette looked interested. I recall Tania smssing Kim with the words "How now, brown cow?". We were so amused. Heh. I must be self-controlled and finish all my homework.
