Jack the Ripper by Morrissey- out of all of The Smiths/Morrissey songs used in relation to Tokyo Babylon and X multimedia (skins, wallpapers, ect...), this is Seishirou's song o.o; Plus it's a pretty fucking cool song XD 17 r0x0rz!

It's so nice out today *_* It's been nice all weekend. It appears that Spring is finally showing her face. Guess that means it's about time for that spring layout I've been promising myself (y'know that nice X picture of Yuuto and Seishirou standing in the cherry blosson storm? Yeah....). Meh. I'm not sick of Ludwig and Hornig yet. I'll put it up at the end of the month.

Our duckies are developing their quacks. When we got them about a week or so ago, they could only chirp, but now, they make a sound that is a semblance of a quack mixed with a chirp. Their voices are quacking! *ducks as her muse throws a book at her for the lame joke* Hee hee...baby duckies are cute..."Soft George...Soft..." *muse nails her in the head with "Blood and Gold"*

I have started reading Blackwood Farm, the newest installment of The Vampire Chronicles. So far, BF is a refreshing departure from the typical VC novel, as it is written in the first person POV of a fledgling vampire named Quin Blackwood. However, it's becoming quite laughable in its individuality. I never thought I would see the day when Lestat became the Dear Abby of the Vampire World...

Oh. Yeah. Happy Ides of March! I was planning on uploading a comical picture of Seishirou in a toga in the production of 'Julius Caesar' (with Subaru as Brutus and Kamui as Portia because I'm a sick fuck who likes to torment that boy at every possible chance), and who knows? Maybe I still will (I have it drawn...I just need to ink it).

I need more manga and anime....I need something to rant on other than my life (however so-called it is) and boring stuff. *curls up in fetal position from Anime Withdraw*

.....I suppose I could try to download episodes of an anime....it would take forever and take up a shitload of space, but at least I'd see something new.............

*shuffles around uncomfortably*
Maybe those Cowboy Bebop dvds are still on sale at Sam Goody's.

More bitching in my livejournal. My lj has been designated my bitchspace for politics and real life. Quick update. Need to get back to spreadsheet. Only blogging to refrain from going insane and developing some weird condition in my wrists from repetition. Back to cutting, pasting, the occasional typing, and highlighting.

Also on today's schedule: Date with Cayman, 5:00P :) This will be our third date. We now have a trilogy.

I'm on my mother's computer at her work. She's at a Toastmaster's meeting, and I'm supposed to be working on a tedious spreadsheet that she's pushed off onto me. Fox, you wild girl. Sneaking around on your mum's computer to check dailies and blog. The only thing I won't check are any of the yaoi scanlation sites- out of respect for this computer and the company which it is in (a non-profit organization that helps the masses and has a good name to uphold).

Amie-sempai is considering starting a CLAMP site. Do it! Do it! And let me help! *has artbooks, manga, and advanced knowledge on X/1999, and is willing to scan, review, and summarize if need be* Oh! And I have mp3s. My glorious, sugary Tokyo Babylon mp3s...Mwahahaha! And most of the X Character Files (sans Arashi because it only downloaded 25 friggin' seconds....speaking of which, somebody contact me if they have the Character File for Arashi. I want to hear more than 25 seconds). I can help you, sempai!!!

Okay....office is not the place to go fangirling...must resist urge to fangirl...

Morrissey in the Morning: "I Want the One I Can't Have". It's like having "Deja Vu" stuck in my head only more 80s and catchier.

!!! I guess I'm not the only one who got the "Kusanagi fucks Subaru" referrers. At first, the concept was squicky and funny, but now I have to wonder what type of people are out there if they want to see the World's Straightest CLAMP Guy fucking the The Posterboy of Angst (from '90 to '98) o.o;

Anyhow. Onto more Kizuna. I'm finding other fixes while I wait for Obsession to update Ludwig II (waaah! please update soon! I'm dying here! Historical manga are cool!!!). I'm such a mangawhore. Go me.

The Cowboy Bebop Trailer- I really want to see the movie. Jody has informed me that he downloaded it and burned it onto cd, but I really want to see it in theatres ((according to NewType it comes out on late March, according in Entertainment Weekly, it's release date it in April)). There aren't too many anime/CB fans up here, so I don't think it will be playing in any of the theatres in Fort Wayne. I wish it would be played at the Rave Theatre (nice, huge theatre, better than the Regal Cinema by Fairfield Commons down in Fairborn, OH).

I've been thinking of contacting one of my old high school friends to see if they want to get together and do something ((not the ones still in high school, mind you. I see them usually when we go to the school to pick Becca up)). I sort of miss them and I really do want to see them (yes, even the one(s) that I'm not always happy with). Meh. Maybe I shouldn't. They have their own friends, their own things now. There's no way I could really relate to them. Maybe it's better to sty out of their lives.

Bleh. *supresses nostalgia and throws address/phone book across the room*

...You know how Winamp sometimes brings up an appropriate skin for a song? That just happened- "What You Wish For" by Guster with a spiffy skin of Sorata and Arashi

My mom doesn't need me at work today, so I'm staying home. She's taking a class online from 1:00P to 4:00P, so I'd be stuck with nothing to do and nobody to talk to. Better if I stay here and catch up on my email, maybe download a few scans, clean my room, start taking pictures for slides for porfolio.....

Talk to Cay-chan last night. We came up with our third best bastardization of anime characters: The International Escapades of Fuuma and Kakyou. Y'know those lawn gnomes or cement frogs that somebody kidnapped x years ago and took around the world, documenting where they were with pictures? Yeah. It's exactly like that. Fuuma, bored with the snail pace of the End of the World (who wouldn't be?), kidnaps Kakyou's comatose body and takes it around the world. They go to various international locations. I think the best ones were: England, Spain, Hawaii, Vatican City, The Tibetan Freedom Concert, Washington DC, Ireland, and France (England being THE best because of what they're doing and how it's in relation to one of the characters back in Japan). I actually started drawing these. I have three rough draft sketches done. If I thought Fuuma was hard to draw, Kakyou's a bitch. When I'm done with these, I'll most likely set up a site for them. Maybe I'll even write a fanfic based on it. Who knows.

Well, I have new nicknames to add to my ever-growing collection. My mother calls me these strange things at random: Monkey, Monkey-daughter, Moneypenny. I do rather like the last one (granted because I've seen Trainspotting too many times along with random James Bond flicks). If I were a Bond character, I wouldn't be a Bond-girl (*snort*) or some agent or a villain; I'd be Moneypenny ^_^V

And with that....

Tori Amos worship, yo.

Addition: The best reference I have gotten since moving here:

And with that my brains hath exploded with squicky thoughts

Fox is an 18-year old voyeur. She's an anime/manga fan and draws in that style. She's a music fanatic, liking anything from classical to rock, with the exception of most rap, a lot of the country out there, and "nu-metal". She can appear to be anything from super-nice and talkative to Evil Emo Chick(TM). Her special helper is a Naked Chibi Treize with Wings who is as evil as she is, and her muse is the ever-underappreciated Bob the Virgin Incubus (who is gay).

Layout Info

Version Tragedy
From just reading two chapters of Ludwig II, I was hooked. This layout is a homage to that series. The picture was borrowed from scans found at Obsession, which is an excellent site for yaoi scans. The actual life of Ludwig II is a sad and fascinating one. He was the Mad King of Bavaria (aka the Dream King). When he was 41 years old, he committed suicide or he was murdered (nobody knows exactly what happened). His body was found floating in a lake. For a better, though condensed, version of Ludwig II's life, go here. Nee, isn't this a nice break from dark layouts?
