Hey, kids! I did manual labour today and, boy! does my back hurt! Itai itaiitaiitai!

My sister stayed home from school today, and got to see my perverse side for the first time while we were eating fudgicles and I proclaimed that we should worship the phallic object (fudgicles). Of course, she didn't know what "phallic" meant either, so it was fun to explain it to her and be my pervy self ^_^

Wow! So many X/TB fics! I think I may take up writing "Doppleganger" again just to post it and blah blah blah. I sort of had a fun time when I was a fanfic writer...there were the good times- when I used to write late into the night on some weird high, posting and acting maniacal (...acting?), ect, ect ^^ I may attempt it again.

Good news! I found out Cedar Point does offer Internet access to their employees, so my hiatus won't be so much a hiatus as getting a life outside my interests and daily life ((I am a flake. ph43r m3)).

Update

Pages 03 through 07 of Chapter One have been uploaded to Fearing and Loving Me. Hee hee...rush job on some of the pages...Maybe I'll post more tomorrow ((I have five other pages ready for upload and three or so that still need to be scanned)). Right now, online fun. And my bass guitar.

I <3 my bass guitar. Cayman's dad (the "hippie" dad, Mister Unterborn) bought a g string for my bass guitar today. That means I have four strings on my bass now! ((I had been going with only three since early Febuary)) The string cost $5, though. Ah well...gives me another reason for that much delayed bank trip via bike tomorrow. The forces of nature have been delaying my bike ride. Today was brought heavy winds. ;_;

Anyhow...hee hee...bass guitar! *huggles*

I drew more pages tonight. Argh. Why did I draw more pages if I already have three than I still need to do something with? Well, three has turned into eight >.< I've done about *counts* Maybe two pages in all, including two new ones that weren't too hard to draw (one was a photograph from one of my photos). Amongst those that still need to be scanned in is this pathetically drawn erotic scene that will probably either embarass me or make me laugh each time I remember it in the future. I'll have a nice rant for that page...

In other news, my erasers are near the end of their lives. My lovely kneaded eraser died two weeks ago. And now my regular erasers...I need one of those huge erasers with the words "Big Mistakes" printed on it.

Cayman wrote me a lovely letter with a card enclosed. Not just any card, however. A card from the Gundam MS War Trading Card Game. The Treize Khushrenada card. *evil cackle* It's so shiny! Treize is shiny! Shine, Treize, shine! Shiny Treize!

He also lent me Those Who Hunt Elves, which I have been wanting to see for a long time. It should be pointed out that it is Jody's dvd...^^; My boyfriend's a klepto. But the gesture is appreciated. *psyched about the chance to watch grotesque amount of fanboy service*

And big news: I have finally seen the Clerks cartoon in its entirety *_* God, it was brillant! It would have done better as webcomic, though. It had a very webcomic feel to it (with the cheap one liners and sarcasm that would have been satisfying in short daily installments).

The Cover to Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix (pointed out by Amie)- HOLY HELL! What an improvement! They say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but right now, that's all that I can do. It's so...so...blue *_*

Happiness = scanlations of the Gravitation Remixes XD

Of course, happiness is also a nice cup of tea and (according to John Lennon and maybe Paul McCartney) a warm gun- both of which I will not contest to- but for the moment, it's reading a doujinshi where all the seme get their due. I can't wait to see what they do with K and some unsuspecting uke.

Oh! My page is cool in Japanese *_* I think anypage can be cool in Japanese just because it's in Japanese.
...
I have inking to do, don't I? *slave to the webcomic*

I'm inking the three neglected FLM pages that I've been meaning to scan and upload. Inking these three pages is actually turning out to be a pain in the ass. Usually, I use a ball point pen first (because the details look closer to how I drew them in pencil first and because the ink isn't as bold) then I go over the outer lines and likes that need to be bolder with a thicker ink pen. I've misplaced my only black ball point pen, sadly (the rest of the ball point pens I own are either blue, some strange colour, or totally defunct). So I have to use the thicker ink pen. My details and lines look a bit shaky when I use the thicker ink pen -.- That's why I hate using it to do detail. So I'm hating the outcome of some of these pages.

Plus, I made so many damn pencil marks on a few of the pags and my eraser is low. Dammit. I go through erasers like pocky.

Anyhow, I read some new scanlations tonight: Binetsu, a shounen-ai piece ((if you ask me, it was borderline yaoi)) and more Kouri no Mamono no Monogatari. I wish HunterxHunter hadn't gone into that "Greed Island"/card-collecting story arc. It's the only non-yaoi/bish-ai manga that I was reading, and I really liked it up to the point where they entered Greed Island. The whole York Shin City Auction story arc was awesome ((Kuroro is now one of my favourite non-traditional villains *_*)). I could try to catch up on Saiyuuki scanlations. I haven't read those in forever!
...
*looks at yaoi scan site* Well, most of the scanlations on here are masterxslave, and I am in a masterxslave mood...I think Saiyuuki can wait ^^ *goes to the dark side*

Today is mine and Cayman's seven month anniversary, and he's not sick of me yet :D I tried to call him this weekend but his cellphone was always busy ;_; Why?

ph34r my insomnia!

Well, it's past midnight...

Love Me, Insomnia! LOVE MEEEEEE!!

Wow. I am not going to question where that came from.

Anyhow, this past week, I have added more people to my AIM Buddy List. I believe I am becoming social. Go Me! That and I'm reestablishing old relations. Word up to my friend in Brookville, OH, Ryan! I didn't know he had a LJ. Now I can link him and keep tabs on my babe!

Kamitra, it's okay to link my lj, though I would rather have you link my pita, since this is where I do most of my communication to people or post my thoughts or inane rants.

Fun link!: Christmas at the Gay Bar

w00t! Watching the first episode of Buffy: Season Two on Fox, while downloading "Love So Pure" by Puffy Ami Yumi off of Kazaa (a Japanese band recommended by my favourite fellow insomniac, Amie). I <3 late night Fox on Sunday. They show X-Files at 10, followed by Buffy at 11. After that it's some uber-stupid infomercial. During the summer, Fox used to show a ton of other shows well into the 3 AM hour- Stargate SG1 (which I LOVE), Outer Limits (the 90s revival, which great), Mutant X (a Marvel Comics attempt at a television show...a bad attempt).

Onto more Puffy Ami Yumi. I'm liking what I hear so far XD Thanks, Amie!

The Queen is dead; long live the Queen

I have pretty much finished Queen of the Damned (save a few pages). It was an okay story, but the Lestat first-person parts were just really boring. It may have been because he was with Akasha, and Akasha really does not interest me. She's a single-minded character bordering on flat. This isn't a shock to me; Anne Rice's female vampires are less interesting than her male vampires. The vampire femmes seem to lose that wonderful thing that makes them female, and (in the case of Gabrielle), they become more bitter, or in the extreme, a rebellion against their gender. Female vampires are like bad feminist.

I did find myself liking Maharet, though. She was pretty cool. I suppose it was because she didn't lose her sanity over the years and go into the ground like so many other ancient vampires. Or it could be because she was rational, accepting, and a matriachial figure that is hard to find amongst Anne Rice's female vampires. I was digging Maharet. And Jesse. Jesse was alright, though after she became a vampire, she assumed the role of minor character.

Then there's Pandora, who I adore for her silent beautiful melancholy. Plus she left Marius, and did not linger on his memory as much as, I dunno, Armand who did an amazing 180 in personality when he thought that Marius was dead. Personally, if I were Armand, I would have yelled at Marius for not contacting me to tell me that he had in fact survived Santino's gang barbequing him alive and was badly burned ((Crispy Crunchy Marius, yum)). The reasons Marius gives for not contacting Armand in Blood and Gold are rather piss-poor and shallow -.- But poor Armand wouldn't object or become furious with them.

Armand is such an uke. But he scores higher than Lestat (the main character for the most part). I can only take so much of Lestat. Loveable he is, yes, but eventually his narcissism and ego of enormous proportions gets tiring. He's a great as comedy relief, but only half way decent for a main character.

Ranting on the Vampire Chronicles...that's always fun to do.

What Is Your X Japan Ballad?

*blinks* Damn. Now I feel sad. That song always make me cry inside (sometimes even on the outside when my emotions are just too powerful to deal with).

I want to listen to my X Japan mp3s...I could draw more too. Take out my sadness on my original characters.

I stayed up late last night drawing legitimate comic book pages with panels. I figured that I was sort of cheating the readers [of my webcomic] of any actual art and action through the "artistic" blank pages with words, so for Chapter One, I will draw legitimate comic book pages. I got a full page of Adele, which pleases me immensely, because Adele (1) kicks ass and (2) needs more page time. I just need to ink these pages, scan them in, and work them into my 550x700 page format, adding shadow, gray, and text, then I'll upload them. But I don't feel like doing that today...so maybe an update tomorrow.

I have till April 29th to finish Chapter One of my webcomic. After that, I am on hiatus! *dance*

Jesus! It's friggin' cold in my room! It's cold outside too! What the fuck happened to the nice weather? Shit. I wanted to ride my bike, too. *glower*

Oh! Before I forget, a great website: the official AFI website.

LOVE ME

Fox is an 18-year old voyeur. She is ev|l and 3m0 and damn proud of it. Her obsessions include anime and manga (for which she is a whore) and music. In her free time, she plays bass guitar. If you piss Fox off, she is opt to hit you with her bass guitar a la Haruko from FLCL. She has a muse whose name is Bob; he is a virgin incubus, probably because he's gay. She also has minions helpers- an army of Naked Chibi Treizes with Wings. Above all else, she is an artist, and an evil one at that. 3v|l r0x0rz.

Version Harvey
Harvey Ryans is a psychotic original character floating around in my head, demanding attention. He's very amusing, but like all characters of his genre, he can be a scary SOB. He is a thief, he has a scary incestuous obsession with his little brother (who has been missing for x years), and he has a gorgeous secretary who is secretly in love with him and thinks he should abandon his hopeless search for said brother (her name is Adele. She is a cool female character. She kills for him). What else? Well, his hair is weird. It used to be super long and beautiful, but he mutilated it with a strange style. Later, he shaves off the rest of it. And even more later, he grows it into a nice, normal style that's easier to draw. Harvey is a fun character to draw. This is my work. If you steal it, I'll kill yah.
