This song above were sung by us committee before we dismissed them..and you noe wat..they cried!!Including the guys..and also those yg pernah buat perangai dgn kitorang..Wow!!We managed to touch them through this song.Well,tgklah sape composernya..Ceh..Actually,not becoz of this song wholely.If all of us who were involved in Integration Camp '04 reflected back all the memorable things we did together...this camp was a BLAST!! And Im proud of it!!!

Before I continue my story..I want to thank my tag-team partner,also the chairman..Hasni..for giving me the chance to be the Camp Commandant a.k.a Vice-chairman a.k.a Project Challenge I/C...wahahaha..although I admit..we do have some differences,in the way we both work,handle situations,the way we think..but overall..both of us have managed to work things out professionally..People..if you wanna noe..me n Hasni,broke down and cried infront of everyone in the auditorium while doing our speech for closing ceremony..Sweet rite..well,its not dat we are being emotional here..Its juz dat,seeing the smiles and bonds we had made with the campers there..and also reflecting back all the hardships we had went thru before the camp..somehow made us proud and happy that we made this project a SUCCESS!!

4PM president,the staffs,even the ITE East principal..came to both of us to congratulate us..WOW!!!

Ok..cut this out..I tell you wats goin on thruout this camp.The comm n facis spent the nite earlier for our training n briefing to be prepared for the camp. I admit I was tensed wen Im conducting the training for the facis but all end well..I gained my confidence..and I handled the opening ceremony well..telling the campers of my rules n regulations..They listened..Wow..I do looked fierce to them,I guess..But probs are unavoidable..Juz first day..I got campers coming up to me..asking to go back home..some even cried...Stupid..I didn't expect that Doverites to give me dis prob..I began to get stress..But I try to keep cool.I firmly talked to them dat they have to get their liaison officers to talk to me..then I can allow them to go..In my heart,I felt like crying..Thanks for the support I got from my peers..Pika,Hamzah..I told the staff that lets get the bad apples out of this camp..those doverites dat kept arguing wiv me..insisting that dis camp is a MUSLIM camp!! What NONSENCE!!! If its a muslim camp..then we 4PM wont get you guys to join...

Well,but I try be professional in these..U noe Service with a smile!!Yeah rite..the next morning..wen these doverites were gone!!All my tensions are gone..Phew!!!

I thanked Hasni again for bringing his guitar along and accompanied me n Mael singing in the comm's room juz to release our tensions n stress..The three of us were the ones that seems to bond together..

The V.I.Ps

I guess I learnt alot from the role of Camp Commandant.It helps me to look at every situation perspectively and at diff angles.Everyone and everything in the camp area is under my responsibilities..73 campers plus 30 committee members plus school keys..hehe..Even there are some probs among the campers which even their facilitators themselves didn't notice..but I do.. Like this girl..who came to me asking to go home..and wen I asked her why,she replied dat she felt inferior towards her grp members.Maybe becoz of her size,maybe becoz of her being reserved and quiet. I didn't let her go coz I took her prob as a challenge to me.She cried out all her feelings to me personally..I talked nicely to her..requesting her to give herself a chance to stay that nite..if she felt that the next day is still the same..then I can let her go.. Well...luckily for her..she enjoyed herself..when I asked her whether she regret giving herself dat chance..she replied NO.Wow!!Dis type of ppl..we juz have to shower some attention..

Then I came across the situations where two of my girl campers fell sick after the teambuilding games under the hot sun.I attended to them..told them to rest in their rooms..givin panadols and sleepin bags..they got well and joined our next activity.Dat situation was easy to me..but wen SUDDENLY one girl,Floor,started to trip down the staircase and sprained her ankle.I got panicked.I have never think of encounterin this situation..Luckily,I thought of Mael,who noes Civil Defence first aid.Phew..at least the girl's leg get better..The funny thing,the next morning,as I was walking up the stairs to wake up my girls..this girl,Salihah,was lying at the stairs and crying for help.She tripped down and sprained her ankle at the same spot the other girl tripped too..hmm..

Ok,so I called for my committee and carried her to the comm's room..givin her medication..she was relieved though still pain.Then during lunchtime..ANOTHER GIRL,Fadhilah..slipped at the canteen..and sprained her ankle again..

WOW!!Now I find these situations very memorable and funny..These three girls were finally brought into the comm's room..Since the other campers having their "Amazing Race"..so I attended to them..Salihah was cryin in pain.. Hehehe..luckily there was us in the room to entertain these girls..I even gave each of them a cute doll and wrote "Get Well Soon" at the bottom of the dolls.Hope they were touched..wahahhwahahaa..

I guess I wrote alot..but I was emotionally bonded to these campers.They are very cooperative and supportive throughout this camp. They complimented our camp,committee and facilitators for whatever we have done for them..And somemore my Project Challenge is a SUCCESS!!! I never regret fighting for the right of it in the first place since some wanted it to be scrapped off from the camp..LOOK AT IT NOW!!!Even the campers see the objectives of Project Challenge.I thanked my Project Challenge partner,Hashim..for helping me all this while.Great xperience working wiv him.He is very creative,I admit.
