Voila! Another blog entry from work. Yup, I'm here at the Carl's Jazz Festival. There's not much happening here. Kinda brain daed at the moment. Sigh.... now now... what should I blog about? Ok, here goes! Number one: Cheng Cheeng is back in Malaysia. Apparently she wanted to give us ALL a surprise. She called me the other day and played one of her usual phone games (one that I have totally not remembered). So it goes like this. Oh Gee... it's raining now. Hmmmmm.... I might have to stop typing here and now. Note to self: Find a way to fight off falling sick while working. Struggling along but I can feel myself losing the battle. I've survived 3 months without a single day leave so far. I'm going to Seremban this Sunday. My cousin FINALLY came down from the states to visit. His kids are probably near the age of 10 now. And I have NEVER set eyes on my nephew and neice. Should I buy them a gift? Gee... I'm not going shopping yet. Which brings me to my next topic: Shopping. The mega sale is on and I can't seem to find a free slot to go shopping yet. All my plans are constantly not going to work out. Hmmmm..... YOSHA!!! Incoming Final Fantasy Review!! Hey all, I'm actually blogging from work! I found one nice thing about this place... it has a wireless network that entitles me to FREE broadband access. Haahahah... I'm getting 10Mbps here! wooo hooooooo. Viewing movies at work. Anyway the following is a blog I created two weeks ago but never got to put up: I’ve really been a busy bee lately. My main project is really tiring. It’s been 4+ months and the project is yet to be finished. One of the problems is that clients keep adding and adding things they want and this results to the long delay and endless work. Hopefully this project will end soon. As far as I am concerned, I’m to integrate the cold fusion codes which interact to the online database. Then comes the next project, which was www.carlsjazz.com. Spent two days creating the necessary codes for the database as well as the configuration of the web site. As some may recall, I ran into trouble with the database for the online server and was asking people like crazy. In the end, waited till the next day and got my hosting provider, Free Net to configure my database for me. However, they also made a mistake, making me think that it was my coding problem. Bah… wasted most of my day fussing over a non-existing error in my codes. You’d think that was over… no… my client dropped a huge bombshell on us this week. We proposed a marketing solution involving using iPaq pocket PCs to collect database and information for the current Carls Jazz Festival. That was 3 weeks ago. And on WEDNESDAY (two days ago) they suddenly told us that we are actually going to implement this project. Bugger…. I had two days to develop a software for PDAs. I wasted one day waiting for the iPaqs and the software only arrived the next noon. Leaving me…. 24 hours to create the software. ON A PLATFORM I’m not familiar with. Sigh…. ----------------------------------------------- Anyways, I felt nauseous yesterday. Must have been the lack of food and stress. I feel a slight tinge right now too. Maybe it's because I have yet to eat. Don't worry, eating SOON. Hehehe... but waking up in the morning is going to be a challenge. I'm usually only late if the appointment is set at a very early hour. Hahahah. Remember cindy? I don't really come on time for the 8am class? Another note worth mentioning. I didn't really notice it, my weight is starting to crazy again. It's a see-saw affair I tell you.... Maybe stress is a factor..... I'm feeling this now: Iccceeeeeee creeeeaaaammmmmmm Till next blog!
Whoops.... meant to blog a few days ago, I wrote a really long blog entry in a laptop while working last Friday. However, I didn't copy the file and the laptop went to my client and I got it back today. But didn't have time to save the file before I left the office. Surprisingly I'm feeling happy today..... for no reason at all. Heck I didn't even get Ice cream. Hmmm... I will try to get that long blog entry out. Possibly on Sunday since I'll be working till midnight tomorrow and Saturday night as well. Will be tired and slightly unhinged. But Saturday afternoon must summon the energy to go shopping. I just found out I worn out too many pairs of pants and shirts. Eeeeps!! I'm on clothes shortage. Time to spend. Too bad the Malaysia Mega Sale isn't coming back so soon. I wanna go to check some prices..... but I have not the time! Oh yes... I switched back to the big bulky handphone. So I can SMS again! I'm still trying to finish FFX.... going is slow because I'm putting only a couple of hours every week. Oh yeah..... Cindy, which anime is Ayashi no ceres? Issit nice? It's going to be shown after Sakura Wars ends. To my self appointed Guardian: Thank you!!! I buy you ice cream if you make a blog entry in ....... 5 days from now!! I'm amazed I'm actually blogging today. Even though I had a long day again (sigh.... I long for the day when I can program things as fast as a speeding bullet). Not to mention the fact that I tried to find someone to help me with my Internet problem.... Any friends of mine experienced webmasters?? Can't come out with the long blog as promised yet. My current work project isn't finished just yet. The client's boss needs to approve it. And of course all the short term projects coming in is really bugging my work process. Who would have guessed that Carlsberg has so many projects in one go? Every product of theirs is potentially a project. Nice to hear that Haz is into Sakura Wars too! Yay!! Another fellow Sakura Wars fan! What other songs have you collected? I've got 106 mp3s to date (Sakura Wars related). Sheesh...... brother tripped over telephone wire and never replugged it for me....... WHY do I have such brothers? I feel like scolding him......... but no energy Hey Cindy, Cheng claimed to have obtained 2nd Upper..... but still want to find out HOW the heck she managed to get that after her first semester fiasco. Oh yeah... SAKURA WARS is coming out for PS2!! Sometime next year!! Not only that, planned releases include: I'm soooo happy to have my PS2..... |
