Oops... forgot to archive this week. Oh well.. might as well make the next archive a two week
edition. I'm lazy.... can you blame me? This morning's weather was BEAUTIFUL!! I wanted to sleep. Such cozy weather isn't meant to
be awake in. Too bad the afternoon weather was warm. Too warm. Was kept busy today shuffling through a database of 1600 people. The worst part... I have to
compare the database to another database..... via the internet! Slow.... kept getting disconnected.
Arrrgghhh...... this is what happens when something was put up during an emergency... no
database linkage. My grasp on the english language is slipping! Both speaking and writing. I know I don't
read as often as I used to. I want to read.. but I have other things to do (like sleep). Not to
mention the amount of horrible english I'm digesting each day. Some people can't write decent
emails about anything! Jedi Knight 2 fun!! Although I had trouble learning how to use those guns against hordes
of stormtroopers. Finally I learnt how. Don't move when firing, don't move while shot travelling,
shoot them heads. Sol Bianca OVA is finished...... I think... It was very confusing. I don't like it. But there's
nothing else for me to watch. Sigh.... PS2... have you dropped to the 800 price range?
Monday blues hit me full force today. Woke up groggy and wanted to sleep somemore. I still
do want to sleep. I just couldn't work up the energy to think properly. Forgot to take a couple of things to
the office. My handphone, stationery are the more important things. Sunday was fun... Jedi Knight fun! CS fun too!! Heheh.... all of a sudden my sniper reflexes
were good again. I loved the round where I had only one bullet left in my pistol vs the last
terrorist who was previously wounded with a sniper shot to his leg. Hahah... his backup took
up 11 out of 12 rounds from my pistol. Fortunately I didn't miss. Couldn't think too well today. But at least I managed to finish all but one job today. Darn,
tomorrow have to finish it lickedy split. Hey Cindy, hope you quickly get fully transferred. Yay! Now you can claim to be a confirmed
worker! OH DARN!!! There's a magazine on Sakura Wars 4...... shit.......tempted to go and get it from
Kinokunia. 14 lovely pages......must.... no cannot.... must.... no cannot.... Would blog more about yesterday and Saturday but I have very little energy to do so. Not to
mention the mental capacity.
I don't think this entry will be very long. Brain dead... Friday please end quickly and painlessly. I drove my boss's car today. Manual Wira. My computer was down so I was using another computer.
However it did not have a program I needed. So off I went to my house to raid my trove of CDs.
I also got my business cards today. I'm gonna spread them around like gifts, so beware!! Hahah

My my... life is getting repetitive for me. I notice that I can't seem to write long blog
entries anymore. It's probably due to the fact that my schedule seems to be fixed. Wake up, have
breakfast, watch one episode of anime, go to work, work, lunch, work, go home, have dinner, take
bath, go online, sleep. Not to mention the fact that work related information is considered confidential. I could
have my ass fired if I listed down the work I'm doing for the clients since it is all future
projects and implementations. Hey, after all that hard coding in the office, I seem to be able to type really really fast
without looking at the keyboard anymore. Hahaha... reminds me of the time I was doing the
lingo scripting for my multimedia project. So many repetitions, sure type a lot. I meant to buy a new handphone on Sunday. But due to the threat of working on Sunday hanging
over my head that day I put it off so I could spend as much time as possible out. But this
handphone is really bugging me. I can't sms or reread smses that have been sent to me until the
next one comes along. I just don't understand why. There are 8 options. When I scroll the options
it goes: 1, 2, 6,7,8 (where's 3, 4, and 5??). I'm using a Siemens C25. Anyone with answers? Darn EPF ppl... can't get through to them at all the whole day....
Got off from work at 6pm!! Yay!! Happy happy happy! Don't have to work so hard today. Well,
managed to sell a project to a client. Guess that's why boss kinder today. Had a taste of Nutrimalt today....... AACCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!! I can still taste it!!
It's horrible!! I tell you...... horrible!!! How can anyone stand the taste?? Like drinking kicap!!
*gag!* Get the taste out of my mouth!! ICE CREAM!! ICE CREAM!!!! ICEEEEEEEEEEEE CREEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMM! *proceeds to pig out*
*wobble wobble wobble* I feel woozy... the programming headache as returned. Was doing lingo scripting at the office.
It was okay I guess. The only problem I have was having no reference to any books. So with the
help of my past project and the help file I was constructing a simple interactive program.
The aching in my head is due to some part of my code that didn't seem to work correctly. It worked
but not the way it should. Beh.... remember Cindy? How I would be so happy and dance around
when I find solutions? Well..... wanted to do that today... but I was afraid I'd look incredibly
silly..... so kept quiet.... how boring... Came home at my earliest time yet! 7.15pm! Early for me!! Oh dear.... most of my family members are sick (3/5). I'd better be careful... lack of sleep
and lethargy isn't going to help. It's only monday and I feel that it's a Thursday.... how am
I going to live throught the month? Must.... get used to it. Coffee and all things caffiene
and sugar related are cravings in the office. Too tired to read that darn huge book on Cold Fusion tonight.
Haven't blogged for the past 2 days. My brother was at the computer at night. So instead of
waiting for them to finish, I went to sleep instead. Yesterday went to Amcorp Mall to open an EPF (Employee's Provident Fund) account. When I took
a number, there was 90 more people to go. Well, from that number, you have to minus out those
that never show up. That happened quite often. Before my turn there was 5 empty numbers. Anyways,
the system was down..... so I don't have an account just yet. But my application form has been
handed up for processing. My boss quite teruk........ asked me to work on a Sunday. Hey!! It's not like that the deadline has
been pushed forward. But nooo... he wants to show more and more stuff to the client. Bah...
I bet that there will be design flaws again. So what if he knows the flow of the stuff? He's
coding illiterate! Sigh..... but even then.... I'm slow at my coding. Can you blame me? I've
not done programming since I left college. It'll take a while for me to familiarize myself and
relearn (not to mention LEARN) all the required stuff. Fortunately I don't have to work today. I but I think he'll think less of me..... SO WHAT???
Bugger..... I know he can be the BIGGEST ARSE in the galaxy, but I'll do my work alright...
I'll meet the deadlines..... and still leave my weekends free! I don't mind the late nights
on the weekdays, but my weekends??? I will strive to protect it!!! Now where did I put my Internet Applications notes??? Ooopppsss? Did I throw it away? Oh well,
I still have a thick book!! |
