Yesterday went out with Yu San, Tan, Lilian and Hani after work. Yup..... I worked on a
public holiday. And no... I don't get double pay..... and no..... it wasn't fun...... and
no........ I'm not hardworking. They were going to be understaffed for that day and since I
was already not going to work on Sat and Sun, so I let myself say "yes" to boss. Dinner was at Ming Tien. Was kinda a last minute thing. But I had curfew... daddy said be
home by 11pm.... oh phoooeeyyyy. Was at Ming Tien first and fortunately managed to see a just
vacated table so I quickly took it. Yup!! Don't have to fight with anyone. No throwing involved
too. Hani, Yu San and Tan joined in a while. Yu San got a new handphone, Hani didn't look
tired, but her silence tells a lot. Yu San and Hani then tells me that I've become mean, just because I fight back. Hey....
I've been doing that for ages!! Ask my high school friends! One of my proteges and I always
engaged in verbal poking.... Okay... admittedly in college it didn't really show..... due to the presence of the ONLY
person I cannot seem to get back at....... most know who the heck I'm talking about. Played CS after dinner....... damn...... I am so bad at it right now. Everything couldn't
do..... couldn't find the gun of the day either. Today, grandma, grandaunt and aunt visited. Had lunch at home with them. They visiting to
see my brother's articles (his achievements) from my dad. Played CS again with Yu San and Chuen Ian
and Tan..... again I wasn't playing well.... need to readjust. Must sleep soon. Tomorrow have to wake up early. Oh yeah....... SAKURA WARS!!! It's showing again!! I mustn't miss it!! CANNOT MISS IT FABIAN!! Need to do some shopping too...... any one want to help me pick sunglasses?? I have lousy
fashion sense.... help?? Oh yes..... it's Cheng Cheeng's bday!! Please wish her or I'll never hear the end of it...
Ah bleh!!! I'm to report for work tomorrow.... yup.... during the holiday I'll be in the
office from 11am to 7pm. Why? To help out with all the calls during the sales of course. Sheesh...
I felt really bad not being able to help them during the weekend so I very nice.... said
yes to working on Friday. Oh well.... at least I get paid..... although not any extra. Actually wanted to try arrange a visit to TJ for tomorrow, guess that's not going to
happen. Not only am I working, but there is no one online for the past few days. I wonder
what happened to everyone? Today was especially hazy. From my office I could see that the haze did not go away with
yesterday's rain. Not only that, it got worse! I better pack more water for the next coming
days. I really wouldn't want to develop a cough with this weather. It'll take ages to recover.
When I stepped out of my office for lunch, my eyes started to feel funny and more dry. Even had
a speck of dust enter my eye. Owie.... My eyes are really dry... need a good cry. Anyone
know how to make me cry? Besides bodily harm of course. Yay!! More people finally appearing! Darn...... forgot what to say on the blog... Oh yeah...... went to the post office today. I can't believe that I had to line up to buy
the registered mail sticker and stamps and then rejoin the back of the line to post it!! I
mean.....how dumb is that??? Oh well..... I live in a country where efficiency isn't the top
priority. Which reallyyyy irritates me..... gosh..... I'm suddenly afraid to be boss.... sure
make a lot of changes and suggestions. I forsee a future where all the ppl higher up than me
will look at me with veins popping out of their heads. Fushigi Yugi is about to end.... poor Suzaku star warriors.... those that died of course.
Within a span of a week, the star warriors are dropping like flies. But I feel that among
the star warriors, very little was ever said about Chiriko, the Star Warrior with the kanji
the same as my sirname. I wonder what will happen to Mitsukake's cat? Will Miaka keep him?
He's a cute fella.
Gosh... I totally didn't know that this friday was a holiday!! hahah..... how dumb am I?
Maybe it's because my department works 24/7. Today I feel more energetic and awake at the office. Guess I'm getting back to the morning
schedule rythmn. However, I am still having trouble waking up early. So Yu San, if I come
late on Sunday minta maaf!! Work was less busy today. I wonder why? Okay... maybe there are times when there is silence...
but then once on phone rings, it's not just one..... most likely it's 3-5 phones. Sigh...
Anyway, Standard Chartered is being audited soon. Hahah.... boss told me to only do paperwork
when the auditors are around... don't touch the phones except to ask them to hold. Geee... does
that mean I'm doing work I'm not supposed to do?? When my dad left to pick Terence up, Terence called to say he was stuck in the rain. And
my dad didn't take his handphone along, so I had to go to the station in the other car to
tell my dad. Handphones..... the necessary burden. And my mom!! She managed to accidentally close her powerpoint, click on "no" for do you want
to save and still say that there's nothing done to prevent this. Lucky there was an autosave
but for people like her, the autosave should be continous until the application is closed.
Not to mention, remove all the close buttons and take away the Esc key of the keyboard.
Today, the YCCian alert was sounded. The YCCians responded in force. For myself, the conspiracy has prevented me from going to the office and thus giving me the
opportunity to hear the news and proceed directly towards the distress call. Actually today I went to Subang Jaya to return my graduation gown and to meet some people.
Had Brunch at shades and played a little CS. I really don't have much energy left.... like I said, I had brunch.... and no dinner and
surviving on a can of coke. After visiting TJ, I headed back to the office and worked the
night shift. So I really need sleep and recharge. To TJ, you better get better soon!! I really hope to buy you that ice cream..... I'll slap
you silly if you don't give me that pleasure. Ow.... toe hurting again.... no longer an ingrown toenail..... what happened to it this
time??
The first thing I felt in the morning...... I hurt..... The results of any form of excercise always comes the morning after. Sure my arms and
forearms hurt, but only if it is pressed. But my thighs are the most affected. That made
walking around quite uncomfortable. So at work, I dreaded getting up from my chair to walk
to the phones..... pleh.... sakit!! Phew!! Managed to clear the weekend's paperwork. Whoopee!! Means don't have to stay late
into the night last last week. Oh yeah, back to morning shift :) But felt sooo tired and sleepy the whole day... what's wrong with me?? I even had to drink
coffee.... but I think you're right Lilian, coffee has no longer any effect on me during the
day. I can be perky at night.... but it never works when the sun comes up. Took a portrait photo with my parents in my graduation gown a few hours ago. Hopefully it
turns out nice lar. Whenever it's time to take photos, something always happens..... if it's
not pimples, it's something else..... sigh!! Tomorrow going to return the graduation gown..... oh shit!! Forgot to call Samantha!!! Sheesh, my blog entries are really short aren't they?? Shows you how much I enjoyed the
day I guess. Sighhhhh Oh yeah!! Hotohori's wife looks soooo much like Nuriko!!! So weird!! Kinda sweet too....
if you take away the yaoi part of it. Slam dunk was funny too..... but then due to all the Ruhana discussions, it's semi spoilt
for me.
It's mine!! MINE MINE!!! Myyyyyyyyy preeecioouuusssssssssss....... Hahah.... I'm refering to Sakura Wars. I got the TV series at last!!! Now the next step
is to get the two OVAs (in due time due to their easier availability) and the PS2. Which I
have begun saving for since the beginning of my working life. Actually can buy it now, but
what's the point? Save more first... then can see a healthy balance in my bank account. Today played badminton with Lilian, Yu San and Tan. Penatnya.... really out of shape.
Hahah... tomorrow definately going to feel so much different. Owie...owiee type of feeling.
Took a bath at lil's place then we went for brunch at one of the nearby restaurants. Lilian
ordered a Nescafe Ais kurang manis "Iced Coffee, less sugar". But she got coffee alright...
less sugar yes, but thicker too. Tasted very strong!! She couldn't stand it... so I took it.
Woo hooo..... didn't go super hyper..... but more excitable than normal. Played CS after going to Atria to look at some stuff. Hahah.....Ruriko Power!!! But that
was after a while.... I loved my 20-3 kill ratio. Nice leh??? But the other nicks weren't
doing well. Oh well.... Like I said, Lilian's CS style banyak ganas!!!! Not only ganas, but she's one of the
most durable CS players I have ever seen! Under a hail of bullets, she struggles to step
forward and still manages to kill even though she's dying. Hahaha.... seriously, I find that
they always kill me faster than they can kill her. Had to leave the group because I was going to church. After church went for dinner with family. Terence's bday tmr. Went to San Fransico Steakhouse. Errr..... okay okay
only lar.... Anyway I have to stop now, got to wake up for work tomorrow... Tata!! |
