It's another weekend. I'm not working tomorrow because it's the third saturday of the month.
And I'm very happy about it. Even though I only started work about 2 weeks ago. This says
a lot about how much I 'enjoy' working there. Now it's fasting season for me. Lent is here again. So I must continuously remind myself
every Friday: Don't eat meat. Sigh, if I only remembered about it last week. I promised two
of my friends dinner today.... a Friday. Gosh, had to specifically pick a dish that has
little meat and tell the waiter "hold the chicken". Oh.... went to TGIF. Now now.... don't
you all rush to me asking for me to treat you guys too.... this was a special treat. Unless
I promised earlier then it's different. Otherwise, you wait until I become rich enough. The funny thing during dinner, the waiter kept coming back and asking if I found it to
my liking or if everything was alright.... errr.... I think I successfully made myself look
like a picky person there. Ooops??? I wasn't even dressed to look like I 'had the power' or
something to demand such stuff. I never had that aura either...... Chuen Ian called me today, but I couldn't really answer because I was driving. He's supposed
to call me after his movie tonight. Collection of Graduation Gown: I need details!!! Planning to collect on Wednesday and thus
take leave too (hahah!! I really don't sound like a person who wants to word does it?). When's
graduation? How much to pay? Where? Who in car? So many questions that I have to settle. Daddy going to Pakistan on Sunday until next week. Business trip.
Bleh.... my phone line kaput for the last two days, couldn't blog nor go online at all.
Sorry about that. But now, it's fixed!! So here I am again!! Anyway, Happy Chinese New Year everyone!! Now, what to blog about..... went to Seremban for two consecutive days. Up and down trips.
Played with Cookie, my grandma's puppy. She's fun to play with. On reunion dinner, had dinner
at the house. My uncle and aunt from Austrailia came down this year. But my Singapore relatives
skipped this year because my cousin just gave birth to yet another niece. Sigh, the generation
has changed, from a male dominated one to a female one. So far, all indications have pointed
that if the trend is applicable to me, my kids will be girls. On Chinese New Year's day itself, dinner was held at the nearby hotel. This time, my aunt
told me that a lot of thought had been put into the menu as all the set dishes there were
mostly comprised of seafood.... a definate no no for me and it would make my grandma very
worried that her grandson isn't eating. Hehe.... anyway, I managed to save my aunt a whole
lot of money because the set dinners were a whole lot more expensive. Picky aren't I? Today went to KL for an interview at PWC. Sigh....took 3 hours to finish..... letihnya!!
After that went to meet the Yccians for lunch at Jaya. Yes, I walked there.... hahahah!! Have
legs... might as well use em for relatively short distances. The YCCians temaned TJ to UH
so I took the opportunity to meet them. Saw Hani for the first time since she came back too.
Erm.... she's...... still demanding I give her a compliment. Okay lar.... Hani, here's one
: "Hani, you haven't lost it yet." Work was soooo boring today.... I expected a pile of paperwork to do, but no.... someone
else cleared it for me. What's worse, it was an extreamely slow day......nothing came out
of the fax machine....sigh.... I could have been playing pool...... Worse yet, my brother, Terence has hijacked my car for two days. Me no car until Saturday.
Somemore promised two people I'd go out with them tomorrow. Sigh.... take mommy's car and take
very good care of it. To Yu San: What the heck is going on this weekend!! Tell me soon please!!
I know, I know...... my schedule for blogging has been very bad the last week. I wanted
to come online to blog yesterday too..... but my older brother was hogging the PC, playing
Xenogears. Worked for 4 hours yesterday. They were undermanned at the office, but then I couldn't
really help much, since I'm not allowed to answer calls yet. Oh well.... it's not like I know
what to do about all those calls anyway. Went out for lunch and movie with Chuen Ian and Phang. Guess what? I'm glad I got there
quite late. Had to get home to take the car. As usual Ian was still later than I was. Phang
lagi late. We watched the chinese show "Avenging Fist". Comments on it? Errr....... eye candy.
Nothing much on the story. And people trying to look like anime?? PLEASE!!! Keep your hair
looking normal. What was that single spiked hair look?? Didn't go to church yesterday.... Terence was working, so he didn't come back on time.
Thus went to church today. Today went to pick up Cindy for anime hunting in KL. First had to send her to Alan's
place first so that she can pick up something he left behind. He's in Sarawak by the way.
Anyways, we hit Kota Raya, Petaling Street and Sungai Wang. Me looking for Sakura Wars, she
looking for X and Samurai X and some other stuff. Result?? She got loads of stuff for herself. Me? Zip.... natta.... nothing... Sigh...
oh well!! Once I get my hands on the PS2, I'll be able to get those deliciously looking DVDs
from Kota Raya.... must advance plans a bit.... But still...... I got nothing!!! Anyhow... Cindy had a SD moment while walking to the LRT station in Pasar Seni. Couldn't catch
her because she sped forward at such a speed..... hahaha...... Cindy? Should I tell the world?
Or would you murder me? Oh well, tomorrow try to come online, but then I'll be late I guess.... going to Seremban
and back. Sigh....but morning free... I don't suppose anyone wants to play CS then? Heheh..
I'm out of practice. Free target dummy. Well well..... have to declare this though.... Yu San's lost her consistancy for blogging.
