Belated Happy Birthday wishes to Flipper (congrats on your results!), Kiki, and Aya! (I'm terribly sorry if I forgot anyone. -_-;) That's all I have time for, I'm in such a rush to get all my work done. Notice how the layout looks rushed and plain as well? I feel very guilty for having desecrated the nice image. o_O; But the holidays are so near and I was tempted to put up a winter layout, so here it is. ^^'

>.>; Had a few run-ins today with the crazy stalker from the library (see below posts). It's very annoying when someone doesn't understand that you are just not interested, particularly because stalking people in the library does NOT create a good impression! Argh!
I have my very own cell phone now! My parents gave it to me a couple of days ago as an early Christmas gift. I didn't realize this before, but mobile phones, besides their main purpose, are also a lot of fun. ^^ Mine has lots of cute ringtones to choose from, I have it set at the 'I Love Lucy' theme right now. :D
And other than that, it was a strange day - the fire alarm went off in the school and everyone was evacuated. We had to stand outside in the icy cold for at least 20 minutes, all of us believing there must have been a fire because we had to stay outside for so long. Turned out that the new fire alarm system was malfunctioning. That's life, I guess! ^^x
Other than that: I got a donut stuffed in my face in celebration of the opening of the first Krispy Kreme in the area (Why me?!); was dragged into a biology class that was not my own by a crazy friend; found out my math tutor had, up until now, a lower score in our mathematics class than I did (some math tutor!!) and avoided "bumping in" to the library stalker. Just a normal day, ne? V_V

Busy, busy @.@... Just wanted to drop by and say hello, as well as to update a few links on the sidebar. I hope I find the time to post again before my holidays begin on December 21, but if not, au revoir until then! ^^;
Chekaj...! Chestit rozhden den, Plamen! :D

Okay. Everything is back now. ^_^ I'm very thankful to my father's friend who is an expert on computers and fixed everything very nicely (except for my old files, which are gone forever! ;_;) So I can finally enjoy high-speed Internet, ne? *hopes she didn't jinx anything by saying that*
Maaya Sakamoto is a wonderful singer! I've been listening to a few of her songs lately (Yubiwa at the moment) and they're very comforting. ^_^ Today was yucky; the sky was filled with grey clouds but there was no rain. It's a bit better at least if it rains... actually, it'll be snowing any day now!
So aside from the daily turmoils of school, not much else is happening... Aside from a scary incident in the library yesterday: I was looking for a book on the shelf when I noticed some guy peeking through the shelf at me from the other side. And then he came to where I was standing, asking me, "I hope you don't mind if I follow you around for a bit. You're just INCREDIBLE." o_o To which I replied, "I think I'm going to leave now, if you don't mind." That's the most bizarre thing that's happened to me, and in the library of all places! Some very scary people hide out behind the book shelves. Very scary people... XO~
Before I go - Elyse... I look forward to more "babble". Take care! ^^

Oh dear. I think I spoke too soon... because I'm now blogging from my very old computer which has only a 28-or-something K modem. Late Friday evening, my poor compy was infected with a virus that corrupted the Windows registry, including the antivirus software, and basically every file I had is gone now. ;_; Waah, I wish I had backed-up my files, but it's too late for that now... ._. I suppose it could have been worse - my English project is safely stored on a floppy disk, but I'm still so very, very sad. (And a bit angry... >.>;)
Thanks for the congrats, anyway, everyone! I'll have my computer restored to its former glory as soon as the good old computer technician repairs it. ^^; Oh, Joey, vol. 10 of HYD goes up to just the episode you finished (41). And it's the last volume I have! o_O *wishes she had vol. 11* I have a feeling I'll end up reading spoiler pages to find out exactly what happens. ^_^

*squeals* Who has high speed Internet now? *^^* I can't believe how much faster it is than my old little 56K modem! An MP3 downloaded in less than a minute; web pages load in seconds. It makes such a difference! However, while trying to install the necessary hardware, I must have messed up some other parts of the computer, such as *cough* the CDROM drive and floppy drive... so it has to go in for repairs on Monday. ;_;
It's been another hectic week - I was sick yesterday with the dreaded "time of the month" symptoms and missed school. Because of that, I have a lot of catching up to do on schoolwork. Tomorrow, I have to go for a gift wrapping training session... let's hope I get the job! ^^ For Sunday, I've been invited to a Bulgarian church charity dinner of some sort, so when will I find the time to do all this work? o_O;
So, Joey (as well as others!!), it seems you have been charmed by the very addictive Hana Yori Dango! I just recently watched a few volumes and found it to be a lot of fun too. ^_^ It's going to take a whole lot of episodes before Doumyouji and Makino get together, I'm sure. I'm on volume 10 right now, and still waiting in suspense. ^_^
It's been a long day, so I'm going to go sleep early (for once ^^;) I'll post again as soon as my compy is repaired. Never again am I touching the inside parts of a computer. *shudders* That's what computer programmers are for, ne? XP

Look who's back! Glad to see you posting again. ^^ And Flipper! Congratulations on finishing high school! Love the new domain; such a pretty name & layout!
And so what have I been up to this past week...? Eh, it's been very crazy, which is why I feel asleep at 7:30 yesterday, and didn't get up until 11:30 this morning. That's to make up for the large amount of sleep lost this past week... The Harry Potter movie opened in theatres yesterday and I told a friend that I would be available to go, but instead I went to sleep. How reliable of a friend am I? ^^; I've never read the Harry Potter books though, and in general, haven't had much interest in the series... but if it's as good as everyone says in it, maybe I should!
Ah, the most incredible thing has happened! It looks like I'm going to be getting high speed Internet. *crosses fingers* My mum found out about a really good deal, and thought to herself, "Why not give it a try?" The problem was, it was the LAST day before the special offer expired. We had to make a mad rush to order it, but at least we did. So hopefully, I'll be "downloading in seconds" when I get it next week. ^^
I really feel like shopping today! The shopping malls are so festive and beautifully decorated during the Christmas season. I might be getting a temporary job as a gift wrapper too, should there be a position available at the mall. My friend thinks that I won't be able to handle all the mean and pushy customers though... I guess I'll have to win them over with my incredible gift wrapping talent, then. What talent...? XP
I should be getting ready, ne? Even after getting so much sleep, I'm sitting here lazily watching Premier League on the TV and typing this entry full of nonsense! ;)

I'm listening to Savage Garden right now! They had some good music, too bad they broke up ^^; ...For some reason, I feel very hyper today, but I haven't consumed anything with a substantial amount of sugar... *dances around* I'm wondering now if the tea I had a few hours ago actually had caffeine in it. As I've been working on 4 hours of sleep, this hyperness seems very unusual. :D Even while doing my volunteer work in the library, which consisted mostly of slapping blue stickers on several dozen books, I was all bubbly. Terrible Isabela, distracting hardworking students in the library and having fun with what's meant to be one of the most tedious library duties! :P *starts singing* "Break me shake me hate me take me over~~~!"

Just finished watching some Hana Yori Dango. I like the series; I'm in the mood for watching more realistic anime these days, and HYD is like a funny soap opera. And I thought that I was picked on a lot at school... that pales in comparision to the F4. :D
We're watching a Greek movie, Iphigenia, in English class, with English subtitles. I had to squint while reading them because I didn't bring my glasses and thus missed half of what was going on. ^^x It sounds interesting enough though, because I've always enjoyed Greek mythology. Everyone else seemed to be dozing off, unfortunately. -.-; Must remember to bring glasses tomorrow!
My mother keeps sending me e-mails while at work. It's nice receiving cheerful, though silly e-mails, even if it's from your mother. ^_^ I am always in need of cheering up on Mondays, not to mention my suffering from my ongoing hangover from Friday's mishap. LOL... and I quote my friend there. ^^

Ahh, finally a minute of peace. ^_^ Yesterday was one of the most hectic days I've lived through! First there was an honour awards assembly at school, in which I tripped on the stairs while receiving my award. XD So instead of applause, I got laughing. Yay for wearing shoes with heels! As soon as it was over, I went back to my class, which was ancient history. My teacher was wearing a bow-tie that lit up, and rotated the lights so it looked like it sparkled. ^_^ It was the cutest thing! He's the best teacher - even if he is trying to convince us that aliens built the pyramids of Ancient Egypt, or at least assisted in it. ^^ You never know, I suppose!
In English class, we had to dress up in formal clothes in order to watch a movie (some sort of Greek tragedy). The teacher expected us to dress up in order to "get in the mood", but I was so terribly uncomfortable in my long dress which I kept having to hold up because it was too long. ^^; And of course, the VCR decided not to work, so we weren't able to watch the movie in the end anyway!
I took a little nap after school before getting ready for the dinner party. I had a great time, thank goodness, because I really needed something like that after my stressful week! The food was great, and the waiters came around stuffing mini pies into people's faces. ^_^ I already had my embarrassing experience for the day, so luckily I wasn't one of the targets. ^_^ Deals with the waiters were made beforehand as to who was going to get the lovely little pies in their faces. ^_^
I was really thirsty when I came home, so I went right to the fridge and drank some pink carbonated drink that was in a glass... while gulping 2/3 of it down, I realized all of a sudden that it had ALCOHOL in it! Uh oh ._. I can't handle alcohol all that well, not to mention I'm a bit young to be drinking it (o_O;)... I got sort of tipsy afterwards and fell asleep right away. My parents just thought it was funny and laughed at me. I think I'm getting used to being laughed at now, sheesh. =_=;
