03:13 p.m. ^_^ Finally, I'm through with exams too! What a relief...!
Wai! Joey... I may be seldomly seen on AIM, but now that I have no school, I'll definitely be able to go on much more often! Ahhh! The freedom of not having to be tied down to your school books *_* My AIM screen name is 'enpuresu momo'. I've hardly used AIM though ~_~ Anyways, I'm off to celebrate with my friend - we're going to the candy store to fill our little tummies with mountains of chocolate and more. ^^;

04:59 p.m. Welcome back Charlene! Hope you had a wonderful trip ^^
One exam out of the way - I don't know if I did very well, particularly because of the endless amount of writing involved. Tomorrow... science.. *shrinks* That will be tough. But I'll try my best! After the English exam, everyone was really upbeat and relieved. It made me feel much better too, and I got to talk with a friend of mine. Last year we were always throwing insults at each other (for fun, I think ^^;) but he was so nice today, I'm proud of his maturity!
Wai! Very interesting news about Bulgaria. Which has elected a party headed by the ex-king for the government. I only pray that Bulgaria is on the road to recovery after a shaky few years after communism. I know so little about the politics from this corner of the globe but I hope everything is alright there. I miss my relatives a lot right now. ;_;
Joey, I'm in the same position as you! As soon as I'm on holidays, I'll be looking for a web cam to buy too... although I know absolutely nothing about them and will certainly get the worst deal. XD
Everyone, thanks for the well-wishes for the exams! *hugs* They were certainly well appreciated. Now to conquer science... @_@

06:52 p.m. Oh dear... I just spent 2 hours looking at digital cameras on the Internet. Mama said I could get one next week and in my excited state I rushed to see which one I might like to get by looking through some Internet web sites. Grandma just popped in to remind me that I have an exam tomorrow at 12 p.m. *hits herself* I must go back to studying! 2 hours wasted already! *cries* *whines* *runs around* It is too easy to lose track of the time, ne? o.o;

05:45 p.m. [Music: Do as Infinity - Raven] *munching on apple* Oi >.<; This week has been terribly busy. I just finished, presented, handed in all my projects, and now it's just this weekend left to, as
Mary put it, cram-cram-cram! ^^; I'll honestly be very relieved to have the school year come to an end. I'm looking forward to my tennis lessons in the summer, studying my French and German again, working on neglected websites (-.-) and perhaps a trip to Prince Edward Island. I've never been anywhere else in Canada before so it should be interesting.
Well, I haven't been reading many other blogs lately, but I noticed that Flipper has also been doing exams too. Congratulations, Flipper, you're finished with them for now, right? ^_^ *thinks to herself* Just Monday and Tuesday... and then vacation ^^ My friend just got a Playstation 2 and I'll be over at her house playing non-stop too. ~_~ *pokes her SNES* Yup, all I have is that old machine at the moment. Although Yoshi's Island 2 was a really cute game!
We watched a little clip from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon in English class today. A student did it for her project. I just saw it recently, but I missed a few parts because I stopped to actually work on my science project. I don't mind seeing it again at all, likewise, I have 3 other friends asking me to come watch Moulin Rouge with them even though I have already seen it! ^^
Okay, that's enough for today. It's study study study; cram cram cram! At least tomorrow, classes end at noon so I have more time to sqeeze in some last minute studying.
Adeline, I love the TSK wallpaper by the way, I have it on my desktop now! The picture is pretty, definitely one of my favourites.... Hai hai... *reluctantly opens biology book*

06:20 a.m. [Music: One & One - Robert Miles & Marie Nylerm] Ohayo! ^.^ I'm up so early, and on a Saturday morning! Well, I fell asleep yesterday at about 7, after a very busy week. I simply collapsed on my bed and didn't budge until now... When I first woke up, I had no idea what time it was and I felt very confused. But when the confusion passed, it feels really nice now to be up early! I used to love getting up early in the morning when I was little, but lately I've been sleeping the weekend away... -_-; Today is different! Even the birds are chirping, so very pleasant ^^
Oh oh, speaking of peaceful mornings *ahem* it is exam study week for me starting on Monday. '_' After that I have two major exams left: English on June 18 and Science (o.o;) on June 19. Then, finally, a vacation for 2 months! I think it is the idea of a vacation that is motivating me. I must finish my English project today as well so that I can finish yet another Science one tomorrow... Good luck with your finals too, Gem-chan, and the new layout is awfully cute!
But, on a better note~~ I just checked my ICQ and I have a message from my dear friend, Saki-chan! She moved to Japan last July and we sent a letter or two back and forth, but I haven't talked to her in a very long time. I'm so happy that she messaged me! I'm positive she'll want to know all the exciting things that have been going on at school. Err, I can't think of anything at the moment... ^^;
And speaking of Japan - Charlene, have a great time in Tokyo! I think you've gone already, so I hope then that you are having a nice time at this very moment! ^_^
I don't know if I will be blogging very much in this coming week, although I might be able to drop by with a word or two. Right now though, I really feel like some fresh orange juice to accompany this lovely morning. Wai! The rain has finally gone and I believe that today will reach at least 25 degrees Celsius! *claps hands*

10:26 p.m.
This is one big, long paragraph because I'm in a rush '-' ... Still busily watching Love Hina! Wahaha, it's funny ^^ I just couldn't view episode 3 or 4 for some reason... something is wrong with the CD I think. After watching a few episodes though (I just finished with #7), I do see the resemblance,
Phil! ...
Selene, you're back! It sounds like you had a wonderful time, and that's great! 40 manga, eh? I do believe that must be awfully heavy ^^ ... I seem to have a lot of energy at the moment... it must be because I ate a substantial amount of the chocolate cheescake grandma made. I have to tear myself away from the computer so I can study my notes for my tech class. Friday's the theory exam! *sweatdrop* Goodness me, I don't know why I took that class because I don't want to be an architect. There was very little about learning 3D animation like it described in the course booklet! *goes back to studying how to make a floorplan* Feh >.<;
( Monday, June 4, 2001 )
12:53 a.m. A little late *guilty look* but I only finished all my homework just now... I spent all day at my friend's house working on our chemistry project, from ten o'clock in the morning until 7 at night. x_x Lots and lots of work... and I must admit, his house was extremely distracting. We spent the first two hours watching Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon on his laptop (finally, I was able to see it - wow! *^^*), watching Final Fantasy music videos, and downloading anime. Lucky lucky, I am, he lent me his Love Hina downloaded episodes that he burned onto a CD. I watched the first episode already, and it was funny *^^* *laughs*
Oi ~~ raining again. *shivers* Much too cold for the month of June. However, this weekend did brighten my mood quite a bit despite the fog & rain. Someday, I believe I *will* learn to deal with every day stress more easily. *pats herself on the back*
( Friday, June 1, 2001 )
10:35 p.m. *painful smile* I'm alive, I'm alive... I've just had a rather awful week. ;_; Too much stress. I made a terrible mistake on my physics test, as well as on an assignment for English, because I can't think anymore. Gomen,
Phil, I'm all right! I know I might sound a little dramatic - everybody has bad days, but it just really got to me this time. ~_^ And maybe, I must tell a certain someone to stop poking me and picking on me because he's distracting me from my studies *ahem* That will be hard to do, knowing him...
I went to the movies myself today. Everyone else was working or doing other stuff, so I ended up going alone. I decided to watch Moulin Rouge, and it was very good. ^_^ Like Joey said though, it is a 'couples' movie! I chose the corner seat too, Joey. The wall was my buddy throughout the movie *keke* @_@; I feel much better though, I had a good laugh, ate a yummy taco, and got my mind off things. I was tempted to see Pearl Harbor (very tempted also to add that 'u' ^^;), but one movie at a time! *^^*
Oi ~~ I don't believe I can go to the annual Bread & Honey Festival this year. It's a small festival in our city, with a parade, and well, bread on honey (apparently some people eat their bread that way!), but it's a lot of fun dancing around in the streets. I must MUST work on my English project however, with no time to go to the festival. ;_; Oh well, next year then!
Hey, Yuki, when are you going to Moscow? Although you may not feel like going, I hope you have a nice time! ^^ I'd actually like to go away for a little while when school ends... though I still have this month to go. ^^;
I'm sorry that I keep posting my problems in this log! It's not very entertaining to read. -_-; At least I hope that dear Elyse is feeling better. ^^
All right, that's all that I have to say for today. Oh, Noelle, I love the new layout! Until later. ^^
( Wednesday, May 30, 2001 )
06:36 p.m. Oh no! Oh no... *faints* ;_;
( Wednesday, May 30, 2001 )
12:00 a.m. <-- Wai. I waited an extra two minutes just so that I'd get the time to show up exactly at 12. ^_^ I've been working so hard the past five hours on all my assignments, and I'm nearly done. Almost there! I'm just stuck on this one question, and baka-Isabela can never move on and leave the question unfinished. I'm falling asleep though, as I type, so I think it's best to put it aside for lunch tomorrow T_T Hopefully my lunch break won't be as stressful tomorrow as it was today (err... well I guess yesterday now that it's past midnight ^_-;) A particular boy, he just won't leave me alone! It's almost like poor
Joey's problem with her stalker... except he bothers me because he thinks it's funny poking Isabela-chan every 2 minutes...
;_; I hear thunder outside... sure signs of another rainy day tomorrow. The one thing that is nice about this endless rain is that many flowers have begun to bloom. Now my school is more colourful with the efflorescence of the tulips. Ne, I learned that word from my reading in English class today. ^^
I don't think I'll be able to get online tomorrow, so I need to wish a happy birthday to my dear friend Monica, as well as Robbie on the 31st. *pops champagne*
No more pondering over this remaining question. I'll save it for tomorrow... liaka nosh! ^_^zz
( Monday, May 28, 2001 )
04:32 p.m. Gomen, this entry is a little lonely and personal. I'm usually quite happy but the stress has been getting to me lately. I keep wishing I had the free time to do the things I've always wanted to do. I hate missing amazing opportunities because I haven't finished my work. I remember that I used to be able to manage my time so nicely, but now, I find it even hard to be motivated to work. I can only look forward to the summer, and I will try my best to do as much as I can of what I enjoy. I know I can do better, and I will try. I will try my best not only at my school work, but with the rest of my life too. *breathes sigh of relief* I feel better now ^^;
Well, now that that's out of my system, I've had a nice time looking at all the wonderful new layouts people have put up. Charlene with a pretty Tori Amos one, Toshi with a stunning orange & black one, and more. (Sorry if I forgot to mention!) I didn't even link anything because I'm too lazy at the moment. -.-;
No physics test tomorrow, thank goodness! The teacher took pity on us and postponed it to Wednesday. ^^; The weather is terrible outside... I don't mind the rain, but it's terribly cold. Maybe that's why I feel the way I do today...
I must clean out my hard drive right now. I'm running low on space. T_T No room to download anime episodes nor music~~? *watery eyes*
( Friday, May 25, 2001 )
04:36 p.m. [Music: Fukai Mori by DAI] Arigatou,
Joey for the song. It's very nice. ^_^ I should download the other ones too, perhaps when my internet connection decides to work. ><; ...
Elyse, please do not worry about not having had the link up. I didn't even notice and even if I had, I wouldn't have been mad at all. ^_^ My poor collective is getting a little dusty at the moment, and I'm sure it will continue to gather dust while I'm slaving at my exams and projects. Too much work! *gets buried under her physics notes*
*waves to
Adeline* Thanks for linking to my little blog. I like the new layout as well. ^^ ... Oi. *rubs eyes* I'm going to take a little nap now, and then start on my homework. ._.
( Thursday, May 24, 2001 )
04:56 p.m. [Music: Bon Jovi - It's My Life] I just entered a contest to win a trip to Ibiza, Spain. ^_^ *crosses fingers* Ibiza = summer = happy Isabela *^^* Speaking of Spain, I went to a meeting today about overseas school trips that will be taking place next year. Now they are offering Spain for history, and as I mentioned before, Greece, to learn more about Greek mythology. Which one~~? Both sound very lovely, although I have been to northern Greece before (less than a day though ^^;) Err... I do think I am getting ahead of myself! Both trips cost a fair bit, so I need to at least earn some of the money myself @.@
I'm in a good mood today~~! I've been worried about getting confused over physics these past few days, but I did just fine on my quiz, and that reassured me! Now, this weekend, I must study for the big test, work on my chemistry project, START doing serious work on my English project, and read about... 4 novels. o.o; It is always like this at the end of the school year - teachers pile up the work because there are only a few weeks to go and too much work to finish. T_T
My friend is very obsessed with the Aussie soap, Neighbours. They started airing it here not too long ago, although it's over a year behind in episodes I think. ^_^ She keeps pondering, "Will Libby & Drew get together?" And I sort of put a damper on the suspense by telling her that they are already married in the newest episodes. *keke* She seems to love every soap opera, and has a tendency to waste tapes upon tapes recording episodes. ~_~;
My civics teacher (also a history teacher) wants to take our class to watch Pearl Harbor tomorrow instead of watching our regular 'Friday video'. However, the principal of our school didn't seem too enthusiastic about the idea, so it was a no-go. ><; I'm sure that if she saw Ben Affleck, she'd change her mind. :D
Gomen, I'm rambling a little bit today! I don't think 10 hours of sleep in a span of 3 days is very healthy. *sweatdrop*
Elyse, good luck with the speech! ^^
( Thursday, May 24, 2001 )
12:27 a.m. Wai!
Selene, you get to go to Japan ^_^ Have a wonderful time! *waves frantically* I should be asleep now, but I haven't gotten any sleep in the past 2 days, so I don't know if it even really matters anymore. Everything has been very hectic and I have much to say, but no time to do so. And when I do find the time, I will forget. ^^; Anyways, I'm a little late, but my grandma's birthday was on the 23rd, as well as my cousin Donka's, and my parents' anniversary. So happy birthday / anniversary to all of them (although I don't think they are reading this o_@;)! I only wish I wasn't so busy so I could have taken part in the various celebrations. ^_^ All right, time to sleep... Oyasumi!
( Sunday, May 20, 2001 )
09:49 p.m. [Music: Love Squall from Lupin III] AHH! o.o;
Phil, I spoke too soon. ;_; Just looked at the weather for Toronto and it went like this: Monday - 14 degrees & rain, Tuesday - 15 degrees & rain, Wednesday - 14 degrees & rain, etc. This is no longer the summer weather I was looking forward to so much. *wails* I'll never say how much I love the warm weather again. -_- It's a curse.
Err... on other news, I didn't get very much homework done today. *shakes head* I will have so much to do tomorrow and of course I won't be able to see the fireworks for Victoria Day because of school work. ~_~ I was watching the Italian Open final today - Jelena Dokic vs. Amelie Mauresmo - and I watched the whole match straight through. ^_^ (My English textbook was cast away in the dust *keke*) I miss playing tennis, although I am terrible at it... I can't remember the last time I went to play some tennis. So I have resolved now to sign up in the summmer for tennis lessons... 2 hours training a day, 6 days a week~~! I must keep myself occupied though... or else I'll be sitting here in front of the compy for 20 hours a day!
I forgot to mention my reaction to watching the end of Gladiator on Friday. I couldn't believe it, but I cried so much at the end! It was just a very emotional ending *wipes a tear* Everyone in the class was making fun of me, but I'm sure they cried the first time they watched it too! Actually, I like movies that make me emotional, so I must add Gladiator to my collection. ^^;
Looks like I'm going to have to pull out my winter clothes again >.<; I can hear the thunder rumbling...
( Saturday, May 19, 2001 )
11:34 p.m. [Music: Kosmonova - Danse Avec Moi] I've been sitting on my bed all day trying to finish all the books I need to read for English class. Nearly done with Lord of the Flies. ^_^ But my eyes hurt so very much ._. I left my compy on to download some music as well... I was downloading Endless Rain by X-Japan on Napster and got a transfer error at 99%. o_o; At least I have most of the song! *sighs*
Not to worry, I wasn't cooped up in the house all day! I went out for about a 1/2 hour for a walk in the park across the street, which was very soothing & relaxing. ^^ It was a nice, beautifully warm day, so that made me want to stay outside... Gomen nasai, to all the Aussies [Flipper, Joey, Phil] for talking about warm weather; since winter is coming in Australia, while summer is coming here! ^_~
Oi. It's back to reading, I suppose... Lord of the Flies is a pretty good novel, so that helps! *ahem* There is still much more work to be done, however. It's a long weekend because of Victoria Day, so I have a little bit more time. But ~~ It's a holiday... and I have to do schoolwork? ._.
( Thursday, May 17, 2001 )
12:33 a.m. I've been so busy this week. *faints* I don't think I will be able to post very much in the next few weeks. ;_; So if you don't see anything here, that's why. Now ~~ back to the endless hours of science and English projects... Isabela wants to sleep, though >.>;
( Tuesday, May 15, 2001 )
04:07 p.m. WAI!
Ruby is back and with a sparkling-new layout. Welcome back Ruby! *sighs* The carnations I bought while volunteering are blooming very nicely now. ^__^ Pretty colours of pink, dark pink, and white with pink rims *_* ... Flowers are pleasant to have in front of your face sometimes; unless you have allergies that is. *ahem*
I didn't do very much work in any of my classes today. It wasn't exactly my fault though, I just got easily distracted. ^_~ In physics, the teacher never really told the students what we needed to finish nor tell us to stop talking about this Café special that will be happening on Friday. I don't know what it involves, but it sounds fun none the less. ^^ In English, I was trying to listen to the teacher talking at the front of the room (talking in an awfully monotonous voice, I might add @.@) but my friend kept poking me in the toe and wouldn't stop. He knew that I hate when people poke me, but he did it anyways and I was wearing opened-toed shoes too. >.< Guys will be guys, I guess!
Connie, congratulations as well for finishing your exams! When I get a vacation I hope to do the same - be super lazy! :D And Phil, thank you for telling me about Love Hina. Don't worry about changing the link though, the URL you have there right now is still just fine. It's a long story ^^; ...
I'm using this brand-new MSN Explorer right now. It takes some getting used to. I think I might just stick to my regular IE (for several reasons), but I do have a liking for the modernized interface (blue!) that MSN Explorer has. I need to do a screencap so somebody can at least get a clue of what I'm talking about...
Err... this entry turned out a bit longer than expected. ^^ I must be getting ready to go to Auntie's house now; it's her birthday. Ja!
( Monday, May 14, 2001 )
05:04 p.m. My English teacher handed me a huge list of books that he suggests I read for the summer. o.o; I love to read, but there were at least 40 on that list and I think he expects that I read them all! I have to manage too many books already - Lord of the Flies for an essay, The Secret Agent for a book report, and a huge volume of Greek mythology. ^^; My eyes hurt... *squints* Ho hum. I wonder if my glasses are ready today. Luckily, I only have to wear the glasses to see the chalkboard; if it were anymore than that, I wouldn't be able to stand it! The same thing goes for sunglasses - anything sitting on my nose bothers me. T_T
Wai, I miss watching my anime tapes. I would like to buy more, but mummy won't let me quite yet. Maybe when I get a job. >.<;; I really want to get some Love Hina episodes (if it hasn't been commercially bought yet) since everyone seems to like it so much. But, I'll have to be patient... *grumble*
Well, since I said I had so much reading to do, why am I still online writing in my log? ^_^ *reluctantly pulls herself away from compy*
( Saturday, May 12, 2001 )
08:17 p.m. Phillip! Happy birthday! A little late, but it's still the 12th here, so that's okay, right? ^_^
I woke up nice and early at 9:00 this morning and Daddy drove me to the place where I had to volunteer at. What I had to do was sell flowers to the passing people and the proceeds would go to the MS Society. The flowers were so pretty, mostly carnations since that is the symbol flower. And so, from 10:00 to 3:30, I was outside selling flowers in front of a liquor store. o.o (It's a high-traffic area!) I sold more than I expected with two very nice volunteers, since everyone seemed to be doing the last-minute Mother's Day thing (myself included ^^;). The only difficult part was that it was unusually cold today and that we had nowhere to sit. But we made a couple of hundred dollars and I was very happy to help. From now on, I think I'll volunteer more often. It gives you a good feeling!
I forgot to mention this yesterday, but this boy in my class keeps trying to sell me his Rurouni Kenshin OVAs! o.o The thing is, he is asking $5 for each, AND he expects me to provide a CD that he will burn them onto. First of all, is that not somewhat illegal (hehe)? And second of all, I can easily rent them at the video store for much less? Muah. And he thinks he can swindle money out of Isabela-chan? I think not!
Ah yes, I archived. *points below* The index page was getting a little bit long. But now it looks a little empty. ;_; *thinks of pointless entries to take up space*
