I had a very nice day yesterday after having been stressed out so much the day before. I was worried about the science test I wrote a week ago and was nearly ready to cry in class today when he said how badly our class did. o_o; But then, I got my test back and I did very well! I feel like a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders. ^^ Wai! Today I have to go shopping and be at the mall by 1:00... I'm not even close to being ready to go. ^^;; Well, maybe a little more posting later. I'm a little pressed for time now~~~! @_@

Oi oi oi ._. I'm too tired and a little lazy to work today. I still have to read at least 20 pages of "To Kill a Mockingbird" for English class and draw a Bohr diagram for chem. Thank goodness it's Friday tomorrow, really! I'm hoping to cast away my school books and do a little shopping over the weekend for a birthday gift for my friend, Kathy. And then, help organize a surprise birthday party for that same friend! Ah, yes, and also assist a certain guy friend on how to buy a gift for Kathy because he says he has never bought a gift for a girl! Now, how hard can it be? But after this conversation... (I won't reveal his name just in case he may stumble upon this web log ^^)

Guy friend: Hmm... what should I get Kathy? How about one of those key chains that have the fake $1000 bill inside?
Isabela: ^^; I think that's just a *little* cheap!
Guy friend: Okay, what about $40 worth of candy?
Isabela: ^^;; Is that really practical? Spending all that on just candy!? Be more creative, please!
Guy friend: I know! Since she likes stuffed animals... how about a stuffed rat? Wouldn't that be nice?
Isabela: o_o; Just give me some money and I will go buy a gift for you to give to her. You're hopeless! @.@

So I might have to do shopping for 2 gifts now! ^^ And why is the weather still so cold? Spring, please come!

Eh... just looking around the Internet to see if I can discover how many isomers pentane has. [chemistry ^^] I calculated 3 but I am not sure. Any help from someone who knows their chemistry is appreciated. ^o^

I actually did a resume today for myself so I think I'm ready to look for a job. First of all, there is my volunteer hours to worry about. It's a new requirement here now to get a highschool diploma. -_- Demo; I did volunteer to do a 30-hour famine fundraising drive in April. That means 30 hours without eating anything! :o It may be a little hard (especially for myself ^^;) but at least it's for a good cause. ^^

It seems that everyone is purchasing digital cameras these days! Isabela wants one too! They look like a lot of fun. Ne, at this rate, I'd have to become a millionnaire to get all the things on my wish-list ~_~

By the way, thank you Alexa for providing Argento Soma mp3s at your site. I downloaded all songs and they are so pretty. So you go ahead and do that too. ^_^

Counted the pennies and such today, totalling $200... only $1800 left. ._. *goes to search out job ads* Nya, baka Napster... one person is trying to download *7* files at once from me. And I need to get offline, but I feel a little bad for the person trying to download the music... ^^;;

After taking my nap and doing chemistry, I watched the Endless Waltz Gundam Wing movie. ^^ I knew that the series was being dubbed but I didn't know the movie was as well. I've never seen original episodes of GW so I don't know if the dubbing is a great deal different or not. Otherwise, it was pretty good. It seems that a lot of anime is coming to North America, ne? Which can be both a good and bad thing... ^^;

I finished another new layout for this little blog. But this Love Hina one hasn't been up for very long so I'll leave the other one for a later date. *click click* Just doing some of those Anime Selectors. Love Hina character resemblances:

o.o I need something peaceful like this song to calm my poor stressed nerves down. I had an English presentation, cbemistry lab and career studies assignment to finish for today. Somehow, I got it done but I am so very tired. ;_; I slept through the other half of science class and now I don't know how to write chemical formulas of polyatomic ions. Help? ._.

New layouts up at Toshi and Connie-san's blogs. Very pretty. ^.^ Connie, glad to hear that you got a raise... although this reminds me that I have a lot of volunteer hours and work to do. Must get 40 hours of work done before this summer so I can go to Bulgaria again! And yet I still might not go because my grandma (who worries a great deal) feels that the conflicts in Macedonia could reach Bulgaria and it won't be safe. I hope not; I wish things could be peaceful in the Balkans.

*yawwwwwwwn* Okay, I must spend just a little half hour on my chemistry and then I can sleep. Just a half hour of chemistry.... z_z

Wai, does everyone remember the Belldandy Network? It has been updated at last! Aie, I'm getting so very distracted today, which is not good because I still have homework to finish. The above song is very pretty! It took long enough for me to download though because I kept getting transfer errors on Napster. ^^; I still have a lot of homework left as I was rather lazy yesterday. My friend and I went to the library to get some work done but instead we just looked for different books in foreign languages. Ne, some interesting Japanese magazines were there that I didn't know you could even find here. ^.^ I picked up a book for my next book report too, called "The Pied Piper's Poison". Haii... I have approximately 3 days to read it... ^^;;

I wish I had a little bit of time to watch anime and read manga. I'm still saving up to buy another batch of subtitled tapes; does anyone have any recommendations of what I should purchase? It's always hard for me to decide what series I should buy tapes from. Wai! It's a little bit later than I thought. But I'll probably stay online for another 4 hours downloading songs off Napster anyway... ^^

*smiles* Thanks to everyone who changed their links so quickly! I've missed blogging regularly these past few weeks so I am very grateful to Elyse-san for hosting me. I do wish that I could put up a moved page at Digitalrice however... if they would just reply to my e-mail. >.<;

I meant to have an exciting Friday evening and go downtown to watch Darude perform his new single. But I have too much English homework now so I won't have the time today. ;_; Studying Romeo & Juliet is enjoyable, but the teacher asked us today to write a sonnet due for Monday and that's not quite so easy! As well as another book report due at the end of the month so I have to get cracking and read! At least I was able to get "Feel the Beat" by Darude on MP3 thanks to Flipper-san! Arigatou. ^.^

Lots of other news and things. If I could just figure out these chemical formulas for chemistry, watch a biography about Nostradamus, the prophet of doom; and complete my English work, I'll be able to enjoy my weekend. Did I mention that when I was sick not too long ago it was during my spring break? What luck, ne? @.@

On the other hand, I finally might get my chance to study abroad for a little bit next year. An English teacher at my school is organizing a trip to Greece for next spring break to study Greek mythology and I've been offered the opportunity to go. Now, just to save money this year in my piggy bank (well, it's actually a Big Ben clock from London ^^;) and I'll be set to see the ancient ruins! *flies away*

I'm back! *waves* ^.^ I haven't posted in over a week, I know, but I've been very sick. I had a throat infection as well as numerous other ailments that came with it. o_o; After a lot of rest and drinking fluids only, I feel almost 100% recovered today! I even made a very simple layout for this log (I haven't touched my compy in some time, though!) but Digitalrice has changed my password again so I cannot log into my FTP. >.<;; Please be patient with this layout for a few more days or so! I must have missed so many blog entries, ne. I did notice that Charlene has a new red layout. Sugoi! ^-^ And she's finally opened her wonderful collective too, which I need to look at right now! Wai! Vern has a new layout and a new home. It makes me so angry that I cannot change these links but since I can't log into my Digitalrice FTP, I'm helpless. ._.

Haii... I have a lot of work to catch up on. And I have to finish my book so that I can write a book report. I can't even remember what it's about. ^^; I do know that I'll be eating solids today. No more liquid diet for me! First I have to take my medicine though, and then I'll go to the kitchen and stuff my face with all the goodies I've wanted to eat but haven't been able to in the past few days. *_* I'm glad to be better now. Back to reading those blogs!
