Nooo~! My compy just froze while I was typing up a long entry. >.< Not to mention that I think the server this log is stored on keeps going down because some people said they couldn't access it. Gomen! *clears throat* Guess who is a proud new owner of an Rurouni Kenshin chibi? ^.^ Yes, look to the links on the left, click "about pita" and you will find little Tomoe-chan somewhere on that page.
GemAngel, I really like to read your blog. ^_^ I need to put a tracker on this page so I know where my referrers are coming from. But for now, if you are linking me, just let me know so that I can link you back and return the favour. ^-^
*munches on cheesecake* <-- Or what little of it is left from yesterday! I had a teeny drop of inspiration yesterday and made a new layout for my Hikaru Utada page. It's just not up because the page was deleted by baka Crosswinds and I'll be putting it somewhere else. ^_~ Oi, January is almost over! Too many things to do. -_-;

*dances* My mocha chocolate cheesecake is ready now and smells delicious! Everything would be great except for the state I left the kitchen in. *pulls out mop* I just talked to Elyse on ICQ & AIM and she's very sweet. ^^ She even offered me some space for my sites which is extremely generous. Thanks, Elyse! *makes v-sign* And that's right, I actually did download AIM. Although so many usernames were taken that I liked, so I tried to come up with something original, like.. marzipanpeach? *laughs* I was eating marzipan in the shape of a peach so, that's where that came from. ^.^
*yum yum* Eating burritos for lunch today. As long as I don't spill anything on the keyboard... ^^; *careful careful* I watched "Tea with Mussolini" yesterday and I thought it was very good. I'm a sucker for war movies anyway but it was unlike any other war films I've seen before. Eh, rent it for yourself and see! The Italian scenery was very beautiful too. I have a task to do today before I go back to school: organize my binders for my new classes. *thinks* English, Science, Communications Technology, and Career Studies <-- this last one is a new and boring addition to the curriculum. *bleh*
Never mind about school today! I'll worry about that next week and enjoy this teeny-tiny break I have right now. I had some time to put up the layout for Ever Free, but it's not very pretty. ;_; *eyes light up* I have a super idea! I'll make the mocha chocolate cake recipe that's lying on my desk here! Hopefully grandma will help me because she is more of the cook in the family than me. ^^;; Those RK chibi characters at Charlene's log look so cute! Maybe I should adopt one if there are any left?
I've been so unproductive today though, just surfing the web and such. I did find a web site called Contiki.com that provides tours to different places in the world for young people aged 18-35. I wonder if when I graduate from high school I should do this? It's always been a little dream of mine to visit other places in the world! If I only knew someone who has done a tour so I could hear their experiences. *scratches head* Well, to the kitchen for a more important mission: mocha chocolate cheesecake!

I can relate with Joey-san about the hair issue. ^_^ My grandma in particular expects me to have super-long hair so that if I even get a *trim*, she is disappointed in me. >_< Now my hair is so long that it makes it hard to handle. And my friend's kitten is always getting stuck in my hair because she loves jumping on people's heads. ^^;; I think that is more than good reason to get a hair trim, at least!
A lot of nice new layouts up again! I love the new one that Lisette has up. The colours are so soothing and the picture suits it well. Also at Bitter Strawberry you'll find a great layout! I like the colours. ^_^ Alexa-san, thank you for linking me!
I did watch the Rurouni Kenshin OVA that I rented yesterday, but it didn't have the whole thing on it. What I did see was very sad and touching! ;_; I think it is quite different from the actual TV series. I still have to watch the other movie that I rented, which isn't anime. ^_^ It's called "Tea with Mussolini" and I don't know very much about it except that it takes place in Italy before WWII - which makes sense because Mussolini was the dictator at that time of Italy. *hears yawning* Gomen nasai, I'm getting lost in my history again...!

*smiles* I feel nice & relaxed because I actually had the time to relax these past couple of days! Originally, I went to my friend's house to help her study for her French exam, but we ended up watching movies & anime. *_* She loves Vampire Princess Miyu so I brought over my one tape (from the TV series) and we sat eating popcorn and gripping our seats in suspense! I like the TV series, it's like shoujo anime with mystery, occult, and horror thrown in. ^_^; Wai, thanks Allie for linking my blog. Please visit Aquavy.net as she has such a beautiful layout & interesting content!
I played a video game today too, I think it was called "Legend of Mana" or something like that? I wish I had Playstation though so I could play some of the good games they have! I did go to the rental store today, but I couldn't find the movie my history teacher recommended watching, so I decided to look around for something else. And what did I see? Ah, a new added shelf of anime! Although most of them were Dragonball Z, there were some other interesting ones too. I wanted to rent Princess Mononoke but I had already picked up a Rurouni Kenshin OVA and another movie called "Tea with Mussolini" so I didn't have too much money to spare! *munches on popcorn* I should try and eat fruits & vegetables while watching movies! But who does that? ^___^ Happy Birthday, Amaru-san! (Sorry I couldn't post that yesterday. ^^;)
Oh, and by the way... my secret ninja name is Hansuke Fujiwara. Interesting, ne? ^.^

*watery eyes* I think that two of my pages are gone because of unreliable free servers! They include my small manga page on Ueda Rinko's manga and my Hikaru Utada page. They are only about 2 megabytes each, so if anyone could host them, please let me know! I've had more than I can handle of free servers. >.< Wai! Cherrycoma also has a very ethereal blue layout up. The colours are so nice and somewhat mystical, very pretty. *sighs in relief* Exams are finally over! But I still have one thing left to do because my history teacher told our class to watch a movie called "East-West" about communism in Russia. That won't be too bad because I like historical films. I don't feel like walking to the rental store tomorrow though because it will be so cold. Warm beaches & ocean waves are looking very pleasant to me right now. ^.^
*waves* I'm back! Oh dear, exams were a lot more stressful than I was prepared for. My French & German exams went very well, but I had my math & history today, and.... baka math! I don't like math very much, as you can tell. ^_^ The history exam just took a lot of writing, so my hand hurts. *wonders how she can type then* ^^; Thanks Joey for wishing me luck on exams. ;) The layout at Kiichigo.net is very nice too. Wai! Lots of new layouts all over the place! Happy Chinese New Year to those of you who celebrate it! Amaru-san, you just had a birthday too, didn't you? Happy Birthday! Ah, and a new layout here for the log as well. Maron-chan was cute but I already tired of it so.... ^_^ *so fickle* ^^; This one is not much better, either... gomen!
I'll put up the new layout for Ever Free too, but I just need a minute or two to get some rest! I stayed up late studying last night, which is a bad idea because I could hardly keep my eyes open while writing my exams. ;_; There are some new links to many other nice blogs to the left! I have a few days to relax before going back to school. But right now, I'm falling asleep on the keyboard.. ^^; I'll post a little more after I get.. some... s l eee p...

@_@ I have to memorize much more still for my French & German oral presentations! I have a lot of other studying to do to, but I decided to take a little break and watch the Windaria movie. The animation was very nice, especially since it was made in the 80's! But... *eyes water* It was so sad! No happy ending here... although I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched it. More important though is that I've decided that these next few days are going to be very busy for me, so... I won't being using the computer & internet until Friday, January 26! Wish me luck on my exams (I need it!) and I'll be posting again on this coming Friday! ;_; I'll miss posting (even for just 3 days!)... bye-bye! *slowly moves away from compy*

I didn't really do very much studying today. ^.^ As usual, I got distracted by various things and I feel very, very guilty now. ;_; I did finish reading my book, so I'll have to move on to another one. Most likely my huge book on European history that my aunt wants me to read. It's over 1000 pages long! *_* I watched the rest of my Weiss Kreuz tape too. Wai! That is a very, very good series. Hmmm... Ken looks very nice, ne? ^^;;
I like Darude as well, Flipper! Before, I wasn't into electronic, techno, etc. music but since I went to Europe and they play a lot of that music in the clubs I got into it. I think I must of heard Darude's Sandstorm at least 50 times there!
I finished a new layout for my collective! It's a Rurouni Kenshin one and very simple, but I like it still because the picture is nice. ^_^ I'll probably upload it at the end of the month. I'm watching this subtitled Japanese action/horror movie right now and it's very intriguing. Eie, a little bit gory right now near the end too! *covers eyes* See!? I'm still getting distracted by watching Japanese martial arts movies. ^__^ I think that the only way I can concentrate is if I take my TV, phone, and computer out of my room! But I would miss them too much! *hugs compy-chan* Yum, I also have a box of fruit-shaped marzipan pieces in my room. I love marzipan! But these fruit-shaped ones are so beautifully made that I feel bad eating them. ^_^;
Does anyone know where I can find pictures of the 80's anime movie, Windaria? *scratches head*

I just enjoyed a few hours of relaxing: watching TV (and anime), reading, talking on the phone, making a new layout for the collective, etc. But now I'm very very tired. o.o I better get some sleep since I have to study quite a bit tomorrow. ;_; *yawns* Bon soir! Wai! The time is 1:00 on the dot. ^_^ A very boring post, I know.... *zzzzz*

*smiles* My aunt in Bulgaria just sent me an e-mail. It's always such a wonderful thing to receive an e-mail/letter from her because she is more like a very good friend rather than aunt. She's taught me a lot in past years when she lived in Canada and when I went to Bulgaria last summer. She even hopes to take me on a tour of Europe when I graduate from high school. Wai! My dream. ^__^ Anyway, that was a little sentimental, ne?
That's great Flipper that you had a nice surprise party for your birthday! Since I didn't know about your birthday either, Happy (belated) Birthday! Rather interesting too because my friend surprised me as well by giving me a ticket to the school semi-formal ball which happens to be on my birthday! ^_^ Friends & family are always a good thing to have!
*kicks Digitalrice* Still not working! I've seen a couple of very nice blogs but I can't upload the links because FTP is still not working! Ah, well, another time. Nani?? There are anime tapes in my house that have been here some 2 weeks or so?? *turns to her VCR-chan* Studying for exams will have to wait until tomorrow... ^^;

Wai! My cousin Diana sent me a letter from Spain, where she is currently living. ^_^ I'd love to go & see her some time because the last time I did was 12 years ago and I was very little. *pouts* Digitalrice still won't work and they haven't replied to my e-mail about the FTP problems. So if anyone can recommend a good host for this log & some other files I have stored here please let me know! All free providers seem to be unrealiable these days ;_;
Joey-san, Finn is a good character to have gotten. Despite being good and then turning evil *keke* she ended up being a true blue friend in the end. Ooops! SPOILER! Gomen nasai to those of you who have not reached the ending of KKJ yet! My character was Yamato, by the way; I'm still trying to figure out how I got that one. *scratches head*

Oi. x.x My backpack nearly dislocated my shoulder when I came home from school. That tells you that I have a lot of homework. Oh, the stress! *squishes stress-ball* But after Jan. 25 I'll be free for at least a week before semester 2 starts. At least there is one thing to look forward to! ^_^ *frowns* I have to take my beer yeast tablets now. Mummy-dear says that they have lots of vitamins and will give me energy. I hope she's right! Because I'm... so.... tired. *head falls onto keyboard* Sorry about your fish, Amaru! I've had a similar experience too. ;_; *resumes nap*
Tuesday, January 16, 2001
Bah! Digitalrice won't accept my password. So I can't add any new blog links to the left because I can't access my FTP. At least I can post since I'm using Pitas. ^_^ Must move this weblog!
Ne, Flipper, Maron does look sad in the picture. But oh so cute at the same time! ^_~ (Arigatou for the compliment as well ^_^) Speaking of little Maron-chan, I watched the rest of my KKJ tape, and... I bought the volume that leaves you with a cliffhanger! Noooo~~! The last episode on the tape... Sinbad kisses Jeanne, and requests to Maron, "I want you to stop being a thief," and it ENDS there. @_@ Must purchase more! (Even though I've read the whole manga, I just can't get enough!) Eh, my math book is looming nearby and my conscience tells me I should study now. Ja! *recites quadratic equations & trig ratios*

Whoo! What a long day I had today. I got up this morning very late, missed my school bus so my parents had to drive me. ;_; I felt so tired, worried, and overwhelmed. And then... I thought that I had caught the flu from my friend Kevin. Thankfully, things went much better afterwards. I took a nap during lunch in the library *keke* and then the teacher dismissed us from French early so I was able to take another nap. *double keke* :P I did well on my German culture test, which made me smile for the first time today, and now here I am at home feeling much better especially after reading the blogs of so many kind people.
Thank you Joey for your compliments. I guess I won't trash this layout so soon after all. ^_^ Eh, believe me or not, my best friend loves Jesse Spencer so much that she even signed up for an exchange program to Australia so she could see him. I wonder what
she'll write on her application... :P
Flipper! Yet again she has created another website masterpiece with her Bubblegum Crisis 2040 page. Take a peek, it is certainly worth it! *munches on biscuits* Now, for my German & French exams, I have monologues to do that count for something like 30% of my mark! '_' And me, who carries a fear of public speaking. What to do, what to do?!
Nani? Is the icy snow finally melting outside? *peers through her window* Hopefully the weather will turn warm soon. ^_^
