Do you want to know how deep Sharleez's love is towards Barney?
This deep.
As you can clearly see from the picture, she will hug her Barney bag ooh so tightly, and will never let go of it. This is the second Barney bag we have bought her, simply because this one has a Barney plush top attached to it. Very cute, lor! :)
And oops, I forgot to remove the price tag!
Look who's the excited one here!

: The Tight(s) Rule. : Monday, May 5, 2008
Dear Super Black Tights fans,
Please understand that we do not do reserves for the black tights. I understand how crazy you are over them, but I have to be fair to the rest of the buyers who have been waiting patiently for the next batch. So, let's treat this like the 'Great Singapore Sale'. First come, first served. First come when the sale is on, that is! Nobody goes to a sale that is not on yet, right? :)
Thank you for your kind understanding!
Regards,
The Super Black Tights Distributor.

Be dazzled by our latest edition!
In love with Cheka from our previous batch?
You will be in love with something similar, Alane, from our current batch! :)
Seriously, it is not easy getting Sharleez to pose for pictures nowadays. That girl is really tricky. She knows she is expected to look at the camera but yet she will try means and ways to NOT look at the camera. She sure does know how to get me all worked up. Take yesterday, for instance. I was practically chasing her all over the bed just for a picture of her!
She hid under the pillows.
She pretended to sleep.
She wanted to jump out of the window.
She wanted to cover the camera with its lens cover.
Finally, inspired by all those Studiofrost shots, she decided to pose like her Mama Aan. But too bad, it was not Babyfrost's shooting yesterday!
Arghhh!!!
Sharleez, all Mummy wanted was a decent picture of you!

Be patient!! (',')
I will put up a picture of Sharleez with her new fringe cut soon, okay? How lucky of her! Merely a fringe cut and everyone starts demanding a picture of her in my blog already!
And yes, simply a fringe cut for $18!
When we took her to the baby salon after dinner yesterday, I told the hairdresser that I wanted only a fringe cut for Sharleez. The hairdresser frowned at me and remarked, "But you still have to pay $18, you know?" Of course I knew that before I came to you, auntie! I've been paying $18 to get my daughter's fringe trimmed ever since she was small. I really do not want to take the risk of doing it myself because I would end up chopping off her fringe instead. And I think it is important to have a proper haircut if you want the hair to grow beautifully. As clear-cut as that, really.
Okay back to me and a little update on the twins. I have yet to feel butterflies or bubbles inside of me, what more the quickening? Am I just too thick-skinned, maybe? By right, I should have felt their movements as early as the 15th week but I AM NOT FEELING ANYTHING! So no, I am not feeling like I am pregnant with twins. Not yet.
But yes, I feel like I am losing my sense of balance when I walk nowadays. I keep wanting to tumble to the left, or to the right. It is funny because I REALLY walk like a mother penguin now! Waddle, waddle. Imagine that! My husband does not allow me to carry the groceries anymore. He will never allow me to walk in front of him. He ensures I do not carry Sharleez for more than err, thirty seconds? You may think I am so lucky and that I should make full use of this royal treatment while I can but truth is, I feel really useless. There are so many things I cannot do, and am restricted from doing. Am I incompetent or what? Dr Tham advised me to rest all the way till I give birth, and take a daily walk (!!!) at the park so that my legs will not be so pampered. Okay doctor, I will try to take a stroll at the park. Maybe I should go dating with my husband at the park since we have not dated each other for so long already! Do you want to know how long? Since Sharleez came into our lives, that's how long!!
But hey, we are not complaining!
We still know how to make time for each other despite the lack of dates.
Our INDIGO collection is now out. STUDIOFROST, where else?

: Sharleez's Driving School. : Wednesday, April 30, 2008
Hey kiddos, care for a free driving lesson from me?
Don't worry, it is free and is really as simple as it looks. You just need to persevere, persevere and persevere. Let's not let them adults look down on us kiddos. Whatever they can do, we can do too. The only difference is, we are way cuter! ('-')
Step 1:
Put on your seat belt. Now, this might take some time especially if you are doing it on your own. It does not help if the person sitting next to you keeps on snapping pictures of you without even offering to help you with the seat belt!
Do we put it over our legs? Cannot be.
Or around our eyes? Cannot be.
How do we drive then with our eyes covered?
Finally!
Step 2:
Wipe the dust off the car.
Car maintenance is very important!
Just a bit more, and we are done.
Step 3:
Start the engine! This is when the real fun begins!
Step 4:
While waiting for the engine to warm up, you relax!
Step 5:
Start driving while singing to 'The Wheels On The Car'. If you cannot sing, hum! No need even to step on the brake pedal or accelerator since we are too short for them anyway.
While we are at it, let me tell you that there are different styles of driving the car. Besides sitting, you can also squat.
Or even stand!
You need to have a good sense of balance though, or you will end up..
tumbling!!
Step 6:
Remember to change gear!
Step 7:
Now, when Mr Golden Sun gets a bit too glaring for you, you put on them shades.
Of course wearing shades makes you a bit dizzy at times.
Step 8:
When the traffic light is red or when nobody's looking, you can watch your favourite VCD like Winnie The Pooh for instance.
Akkkk!!!!! I hear big footsteps!
I see someone very familiar!
Daddy is back!
No matter how I try to block him, I just can’t!
Oh well, who can chase the king away from his throne, right?
Step 9:
If you can’t get rid of him, join him!
Step 10:
Always remember to have fun in the car, kiddos! :)
That's the most important thing to do!
Love,
Sharleez

: Meaty. : Monday, April 28, 2008
Yesterday, Mummy was craving for Breeks' half baked chicken with honeyberry sauce so to Breeks we went. She ended up not eating much, though. Poor Mummy, her appetite is still not good. If only there is something I could do to make her eat to her heart's content. I am getting worried for Mummy as she should be eating for the twins and herself, you know? From how things are going, it seems like Mummy is barely eating for herself, even. :(
Mummy dear, time to add some meat to those skinny arms of yours already! If you don't mind, I could actually donate to you some meat from my chubby cheeks. :S
And oh, get well soon, Mummy.
Being pregnant and under par at the same time is not fun!
Love,
Sharleez
