Some images about henry kissinger, random internet people, graph theorists, geocaching, that really fast photography stuff. that stuff is cool. and then pictures of the dogon tribe, the ones that knew about sirius's twin star before it was discovered by science. and then some machinery, symbols, and stuff about illuminati. that stuff is weird.

makes me want to slap him. but then he'd have me killed.

so cool. the first person to see these must have had their mind blown. timing the photograph must be really hard.

so cool.

a couple graph theorists.

russia is cool. nice outfit.

the entire coast looks like this. guys just stand out there fishing all day, in 100 degrees, smoking. that truck is really small.

i think this is a real image. so cool. there's gotta be life out there.

graph theorist

it took me a while to figure out the image. still don't get the caption.

can you imagine him speaking at your graduation? what a great chance to protest.

he looks so devious

too bad he's so old, even if he were tried he'll die soon.

nice temples.

nice board

the whole history of catholocism is so cool. much better than protestantism. the thing how all the priests were gay and spoke latin & greek is cool. how weird.

i have no idea how this is made.

supposedly this is some sort of evil illuminati sign. it looks like clinton's just doing "i love you" though.

omg so fucking cool

mexico, i like it

how many cities can you name?

congressional districts? so fucked up. what's a good way to decide? rolling dice? something that can't be corrupted.

minimum spanning tree for a bunch of us cities. fucking cool

rpg worlds always feel like every place is made by the same person. unlike the real world. would a collaboration seem more natural? it could be like names, it always seems weird speculating about if your name was different, but if it had always been different you wouldn't think it was weird.

i live in middlesex county but i have no clue where any of these places are, although i've heard of all of them.

what could this be?

which will last longer, astrology or belief in god?

so cool.

i played the illuminati card game the other day, it's fucking fun.

the city that made people think of graph theory, can you walk around town crossing each bridge exactly once?

europe felt the lack of kanji and made up lots of symbols like this.

the human brain's not that good at graph theory. compared to how good we are at calculus at least.

something having to do with connections between academic papers.

amazing not hokey like normal variations of the taoist symbol.

the symbol of the masons

can any of this be real? who knows, there havn't been any revleations comparable to MK-ULTRA in like 30 years, so who knows what they've been up to since then.

i'd pass this sign every week going up to my tiny 30 kid elementary school. it's strange because the girl

some knots. knots are cool. really hard to visualize, we have no innate ability for it.

some images from a search for "bleak" on google images. pretty bleak eh?

so great to see sexual puritanism up there with all the other stuff that causes violence. from those guys who think that breastfeeding and hugging as kids are all it takes to make people nonviolent. also how sexually permissive tribes are nonviolent, while puritan ones are.

i hate bush so much

my yen's gone up like 10% in value recently, it's nice

on trains in japan, every physical movement of the conductor is regulated. he has to point to every sign he sees, and say like "sign check: ok", then check the list of things to do and mark his place with his finger, say it out loud, do whatever action he's got to do, say it out loud, etc. it must drive him crazy. like in a car: "approaching turn" "check list" checking mirror mirror ok initiating turn turn proceeding turned ok, check list, etc. fucking drive you crazy.

beware close-up shots of japan. this beach looks ok but i bet there's tetrapods just out of the frame.

nice earthquake shot, better than ours. it might be on the japanese scale of earthquakes though. that map has weird prefecture maps, the divisions are sub-prefecture. on the smallest of the 4 islands there should only be 4 prefectures. i was in the bottom one, kochi, taking up the bottom three of the island.

can't fault them for these power lines. nice to see some grass there. in kochi city i knew the only place near downtown with any grass, right as you're waiting to cross the street near the station, there's a little patch next to the taxi stand.

looks nice, right? how about if you went closer and saw that all the trees are planted in rows? i don't know about this picture, but in kochi, if a forest is one color only, it's manmade. real kochi forests are hundreds of shades of green, jagged, with huge swaying bamboo around the edges, and undergrowth. fake forests have no undergrowth, and are all "industrial cedar", with the ground smothered by their needles.
