So, I really don't have any idea of what to bring to Frisco. I mean, I have bare essentials in mind, mainly, but then again, I have no idea what's essential or not. I haven't vacay'd anywhere other than around family, so help a brotha out! Here's what I have in mind:

• A lone toothbrush + capsule container thing, since I was thinking everything else, like floss, toothpaste, body wash could be purchased in California, right? Like those tiny traverler's sized things? Those are so cool!
• How many changes of clothes do you reckon? What am I dressing for? What's the weather like? Are we beaching? Oh, yes, LET'S! Again, I think I shouldn't bring too many clothes since I'll probably just buy clothes there. Also, sunglasses, wallet, and a small bag for city walking. Is bringing a towel weird? Should we bring blankets, Mariela? Gahh this is the most confusing part for me.
• My Nintendo DS. Ohhhh yes. I'm working on a new pokémon team, so I's gots ta level'm up on the lonely plane rides. Also, my camera, iPod and headphones, mobile phone, and all assorted chargers.
• You don't need your passport, right? I'm nervous so maybe I should just bring it? I's scared!

Frankly, that's all I can come up with. WHAT AM I MISSING?! I'm gonna freak out about this all week, I sweater got.

EDIT: HAHA I just remembered to read up on the comments about what Mariela said was going down when we get there, and WE'RE GOING CLUBBING?! HAHA YESS!! I can't wait!! MISHA IT'LL BE SO FUN!

OK. CALIFORNIA TRIP. Meesh EXCELLENT FIND on the Virgin Airlines thing. You say the tickets must be bought before Thursday?

Ok, so I'm going to pull some strings on my end to confirm my availability for the trip, mainly being fiscal and parental. Ok. Monica and I need to be back in time for volunteering for moving people into their rooms, I think by the 17th of Septembre.

I was talking to Kelsey and I think she said she could leave the 13th? What if a few of us go a little earlier and meet Kelsey, since I would preferably want to come back a day before we have to move into the dorms, that being the 16th.

Lodging. Where would we stay? This would determine length of stay. I don't want to put you out of your way, Mariela, but if we could hole up with you and your family that would possibly take from expenses which I sorely lack, and would make a 3 day trip feasible, since I wouldn't want to overstay our welcome, that is if we were welcome at all. Then again, if we stayed at a hotel or hostel or something, then a shorter trip would also be fine, since I can't pay for no hotel, nor would I feel comfortable in a hostel, sorry guise. I'm flexible on this issue, so I'll just go with the flow, that's just my prefs.

If we were to leave earlier than Kelsey, I'm only suggesting this just in case a 3-day trip doesn't seem feasible, meaning on the 13th we'd arrive, 14th and 15th are days of leisure, and the 16th being farewells. I don't think it's too shabby a plan, but the time between the 16th and moving in on the 17th could be hectic, just saying, Monz.

So, if we left on Tuesday the 9th, Wednesday the 10th, or Thursday the 11th, it would still cost only 69 dollars, arriving on the 16th is also 69 dollars, and the rest of y'all could feasibly stay behind and Monz and I could make our way back to Seattle together. That's just another option.

Anyway, going a little earlier than Kelsey would provide more days of leisure and exploring, yet also dependent on stay. So if you guys want to meet up and we must meet up soon to talk about this, for serious, we should do it by Monday, maybe even Tuesday. We can plan and resource the trip and get this done right. I'll call you soon.

We need to definitely confirm that we are all paying for the right trip/airline, so we must definitely all be together when we purchase the tickets. It may sound juvenile and like we can't do anything on our own, but I just think it's too much money not to make sure we're all on point. So please, let's get together and make it work! Yay!

I'm officialy campaigning for Emily Blunt, Ziyi Zhang, or Marianne Cotillard to play Catwoman in the next Christopher Nolan Batman movie. He's making it a trilogy, yes? OMG, if any of those three were chosen for Catwoman, if Catwoman is gonna be in it at all (he says he wouldn't but we all know he SHOULD), then only those three I would put up with, since Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman is my favourite villain in any Batman movie, EVER, and only those three, I think, could do it right.

AHH, loving TV right now. Has anyone seen Baby Borrowers? Its on NBC and its FUHnny. Basically parents leave their children with teen couples and monitor how they handle the bbs. The first week they took care of infants then I missed week 2 and in the third week they had toddlers.(I wonder if they'll go up to age 18. awkward.) The teens all live in a suburban middle-class cul-de-sac and have bbqs, jobs, arguments.. Im getting so into this. Its having the same effect as Kid Nation. My favorite right now is the couple from CA.
