Don't MAKE Me Go SHETANGI On Y'all

Oh, Shizuka Arakawa, how I adore you.

She and Shaun White, plus the Zhangs who won Silver for China in the Couples Skate, are my favourites this year. But man alive, Shizuka Arakawa was AMAZING in the ice, and much more graceful and artful than both Sasha Cohen and Irina Slutskya combined. Just has to be said. So happy Japan finally got a medal, they were talking about how the Japanese press was being evil and nasty about it, gurl's gon' git PAID.

Too bad for Apollo Ono, I gave you my faith and for WHAT? Johnny Weir, how could you just fail in the free skate?! Michelle Kwan, How could you LEAVE ME?!

Academy Awards in about a week!

Daniel Franco Song
HILARIOUS! "Daniel? Where's Daniel? Daniel? Daniel!"

I love you, Heidi. So much.

    FINALLY

Jake Actually WON Something! BAFTA, that is.

Heath has to get something dangit! D:

Actually, New York Times did a segment on 25 best actors of 2005; they did individual photoshoots for each. Check out the slideshow here. My favourite photos are of Heath Ledger (BBM), Amy Adams (Junebug), Ziyi Zhang (2046, Where She Belongs), Shirley MacLaine (In Her Shoes, LOVE HER AND THE PHOTOS!), Penelope Cruz (Don't Move), Reese Witherspoon (WTL), and Michelle Williams (BBM).

I can't believe they left out Jake G., Keira Knightly, Toni Collette, and Felicity Huffman, and Steve Carrell! Shoot dang! They'd have some mighty fine photoshoots, right?

I think we should watch Mysterious Skin, and My Summer of Love next. BOTH were playing at SIFF! AND Junebug! WHY PIZZA!? We just HAD to watch Pizza! HAHAHA

I love love love Amy Adams.

    Monica | Saturday, February 18, 2006

    jump on that bandwagon, biotch

Yeah, I tried to copy the BBM-Movie-Trailer people. It's kind of... rookie-ish and gay (pun TOTALLY intended.) And guess which movie I totally bastardized?

Yeah that's right. Harry Potter and the goblet of fire.

    Don't tell me you couldn't see the Harry/Ron tension. Harry/Cho? Ron/Hermione? PUH-LEASE.

    Kelsey | Friday, February 17, 2006

That day, the Dead Duck Day, was when it all began.

Chloe made me nervous on this last episode, her dress was so plainjane. And Kara? she should have been cut when she sent caution tape down the runway, but i dont think it was bad this time or the flower time. I liked Santino's colors, and Daniel's had a nice upper half (bottom looked odd when she walked).the end

So thursday, Mom, Kiley, and I were up at the track walking max and we found an injured duck. Its neck was curled into a spiral but it was breathing and tried to fly away. So i drove the truck home, got a box and newspaper, drove the good jeep back to the school, scooped the duck into the box and drove all the way to the Bird and Wildlife Refuge in Squim. We named it Madison the Mallard. Sure we were close, I never thought it could be like that seeing as we just met. I bet one of those Canadian geese did it.

My mom can't drive anywhere for 6 months because of her seizure. So I have to practice doing her errands even before she's to old or in a retirement home, which I'll do but...bummer you know.

hmm my life is kinda like About A Boy.(sounds so emo, but maybe it's irony?)
PS: I am so going to put an injured woodland creature in my movie.

God Loves You Just the Way You Are

    WATCH JUNEBUG NOW!

It was so good! I'm totally off the Michelle Williams bandwagon; Amy Adams, you are the one for me. She was AMAZING! Also, the hymn sung in that song, sooo gooooood! The whole movie is amazing, the cast, the cinematography, the atmosphere, it was rahvahshing.

Next up on my to watch list: The Piano. I already rented it with Junebug, but I watched Red River again, instead. Monty, why did you have to drive into that tree?

    Random thoughts for Valentine's Day...

    HAHA! Wuh.

So, today was the perfect day soundtrack ideas! HAHAHA.

You know how in teen movies there is always a homeroom class, or the only class you see them in? I think it'll be my chemistry class. HAHA. You see, there are these four girls who sit on my right side. And.. Valentine's Day = Christmas for them! Then, one row away, to the left of my seat is the inspiration for my main characters. Maybe. HA! This girl is like, always kind of... laughing flirtatiously with the boy behind her. Or... IDK. I might be the only one who sees it that way. It's like she likes him, but he doesn't take notice of it. Nevermind. No one understands me. Simple Plan. BYE.

    Monica | Friday, February 10, 2006

    friday nights are like

Scoff. Santino is still a skanky ho. And Kara is...

    Well, regardless! Bite. Your. Tongue.

    The Winter Olympics is overrated.

And while reading a review of Goblet of Fire, I saw pics of topless Dan Radcliffe in the rubadubtub. Ugh. That whore needs some nipple rings so he and his bitches can just hang.

I don't know why, but recently, any news about that kid just irks me.

oh and PS On the bus ride home, I saw this guy in a blue-British-mini and he was picking his head/scalp/mop-of-hair and then put his fingers in his mouth like he was eating something. And then, he started PICKING HIS NOSE. Then like, although the windows of the bus were tinted, it was like he was staring AT ME and then he put his hand on the side of his face like 'whoops, I can't be doing this in public.'

And this wasn't even a guy that seems gross. He looked like an emo kid.

    OK, yeah, that is gross.

PPS: From Ryan's: "Guess who's in charge of costuming for the Junior Class Lip Synch? C'est Moi."

    Oh god no.

PROJECT RUNWAY FASHION WEEK FINAL SPOILERS!!!

    ZOMG!!!!!

There are four here, and true PR enthusiasts know that they always show four designers so that people who go to the runway shows don't know who the top three are. When the final show aires, the fourth and loser from here won't be showed. On to the collections:

Chloe's Collection - Meh, Prommy, but still good. I luuuurve the black and the brown ones. Mmm.

Daniel V.'s Collection - Oh Danny, you've failed me. I like the white jackets (one is wrap, the other is double breasted) but so plain.

Kara's Collection - Ohhh ruffly and frilly and flowy, I like. Especially the dress with a creme top and magenta color ruffle blocks layered under, and the Brown and Blue trimmed dresses.

    And Finally...

Santino's Collection - FOR THE WIN! FOR THE WIN! Actually I don't know who won, but Santino's collection is AMAZING I LOVE it. He didn't overembellish or NOTHIN'! I Really, REALLY love them ALL, but what sticks out the most is the frothy blue chiffon over brown silk dress. Santino for the win!!! I'm soooo on team Santino now.

To tell you the truth, I want the final three to be Santino (FOR THE WIN!), Kara, and Chloe. Surry Danny V.

    Mariela | Thursday, February 9, 2006

    WAH

    Oh my precious, precious Nick.

AHH, I WANNA CRY. First Andrae, then my other favorite. At least Danny V. is still there. NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNICK.

GOD, they should have just eliminated Santino back during the lingerie challenge. Or the Sasha Cohen challenge. Or the photo inspiration challenge, for making almost the same dress as that other guy from last season. Or the garden party challege. GOD, FOR ALMOST EVERY CHALLENGE. Seriously, they keep him for the ratings. Bah. I'm through.

    Danyelle's gone too. Sniff.

Holy cow! They better keep Christian Bale as Batman, Best Batman, by FAR. Jake G.'s playing Harvey Dent, that is, Two-Face. Yes, Misha, his face is going to be SCARRED. Half, that is. Hopefully he'll keep the camera at his good side.

Josh Harnett so wishes he were Heath Ledger. Seriously, Pink is the New Blog is too addictive.

Edit (9:01 PM) - WEBJAY.ORG OK, I think we should all get an account at this website, and post our soundtrack info, so we can all see what music we have. On Webjay.org, you can list playlists and it can send out mp3s of those songs for free. We can also use it to mp3 blog/post songs/share playlists/find music. AMAZING!! LET'S DO IT!!

Make accounts NOW, it's so easy!
