Sunday, June 23, 2002 05:55 p.m. You know, I never found out about the movie time thing. I'm so confused.

Which Harvest Moon SNES character are you?
Harvest moon is true power. Anyway, I'm going as Ryo-ohki, or something. Later.

Trendy...? Eh. Am at loss to what I'm going to be at otakon, honestly. Probably just going to be boring mememe.Zombie hordes?
Wednesday, June 19, 2002 03:42 p.m. Hunter: The Reckoning is suprisingly cool. Zombie shooting game, with a choice of four characters and up to four player. Kick ass. The only bosses we've fought are a giant teddy bear that spews acid stuff and a big.. thing that I ran around in circles as bait for and Nellie shot at. I've only got into it a bit, but many people were turned into zombie-like husks of their former selves as the result of an execution, that only a few people can see-four to be exact, Duece, a biker, Father Esteban, a Priest, Samantha, a cop and Cassandra, a raver. They had weird names in the main menu, supposedly their "creeds" or classes or whatever.
Duece Wyatt-The Avenger ("a seven foot-tall, 310-pound biker with a leather vest and a handlebar moustache")
Samantha Alexander-The Defender ("an ex-policewoman with one-legged leather pants and a huge tattoo running down her exposed leg")
Father Esteban Cortaz-The Judge ("a trenchcoat-clad priest who wields a crossbow and a two-handed sword with a cross-shaped handle")
Kassandra Cheyung-The Martyr ("a raver-looking girl with a short skirt, serious boots, and a crazy hat")
A little suprisingly, I found that Nellie had already been playing Samantha when I broke in, and I ended up choosing The Judge Priest. I also found a kickass guy named Carpenter later on in the game, a mildly sarcastic..zombie? I think he's a zombie who pushes a little girl into your care in one of the awesome stages I was in, where you had to protect a little girl who followed after one of your characters and return her to her parents in the church-pretty amazing, you would occasionally run too fast and leave her behind, and she'd shriek to alert you that she was being attacked by zombies, and we'd have to go and beat the crap out of them.
The enemies in this game are amazing, not like slow-moving drooling rotting zombies, but mad zombies with a wide variety, from raver girl zombies to the damned zombies with guns, and the ghosts of hanged men who shrieked at you to cause you damage. And you hardly ever get attacked by just one-instead, hordes and hordes of them gang up on you, which is pretty cool, since the game hardly even slows down despite the heavy load.
Yeah. I'll be quiet now.
Tuesday, June 18, 2002 09:57 p.m. Connie, you censoring child! EVILEVIL. NEEVAAH. And you do look like Martha stewart if you're going to censor them.
Tuesday, June 18, 2002 9:00 p.m. Hmm.. Mum asked me who I want to be for Otakon, and I told her I was probably going as normal me, and she said it wasn't fun unless you don't get into it. So.. Lets see what my visitors (all two of them, probably) think. I'm leaning toward Ritsuko-NGE is one of my favorite series, if not my favorite, and Ritsuko is a cool character, with an easy costume. Anyway, votievote please.
Monday, June 17, 2002 010:50 p.m. Let my cow curse if it wants to. Hmf. And yes, Connie is a Stick figure with martha stewarts head and Kyo's hair. ^_^ Moving on.. Uh. Zoo work today, ended up going and working with the small midget people and kept carrying their water bottles and stuff. I got to draw paws on their opposum puppets. It was all very endearing. And I get to do 3-4 more hours of it tommorow. And the day after that. And the day after that. And so on for two weeks. Huzzah.
