i am experiencing a charlie horse in my leg. it was set off during my aquafit class and is still bothering me. such a weird sensation.
totally taking a liking to the new mark farina disc, mushroom jazz 3. can't seem to take it out of rotation. although that could just be because i'm lazy.
so, about 3 secs after i book my ticket to montreal for next weekend, i get e-mails from 2 separate friends saying they will be in toronto. i hate that.
alright. time to watch the simpsons.

have you met my new online pal? pocketsound and i have a lot more in common than just our blogs. we're both originally from Montreal, love sushi, green tea and to top it off, she refers to her guy as theboy vs. my refernces to the dude. freaky, eh?
right. time to sleep. i am going to try to work at getting in to work earlier. problem is i am not so good at going to sleep early and i am even worse at waking up. grr.
