finally saw star wars this weekend. it had all the usual elements: bad acting, great action, neat story and visuals. i am sure all the geeks loved it and are busy memorizing the script from some fansite in a galaxy far far away.

also, i am over the whole hockey playoffs thing. it was fun going to see the live game - although freezing cold in the acc, to all who told me i'd be ok in just a T, you were wrong, dead wrong - but i prefer going to see basketball games. hockey is best watched on tv with friends unless you have out of this world seats and enjoy being raped by the concession stand folks. raptors game have better tunes, more exciting intermissions, announcements etc.. hockey brings out the hicks. my two cents.

wooo hooo! i am so excited! the dude got us tickets for the leafs game tonight! and to think i was getting annoyed at all the cheeseballs driving around this morning with double flags on their cars?!? this is my first toronto game ever!

could it be time for me to move on from toronto? i can no longer maintain anonymity when i want to be invisible. most days i do not mind running into old friends, but every once in awhile i just want to be on my own. after almost five years living in the downtown core, this has proven near impossible.

i wonder if that's just the way life goes.. your circle continues to expand until one day you can't even hide out in an igloo without running into a familiar face.
