my weekend was a bust except for two wonderful things:

1. trip to hamilton to see the mean red spiders and some other fun lovin' indie bands at this great bar called the ack, temporary synapse failure. oh, the hudson.

2. went to staples business depot and finally after 4 long years, bought a desk! yes, a real computer desk with a keyboard tray, drawers, the works. it's so purty and i am sooo thrilled. it arrives tuesday, i cannot wait. i am also thinking of buying a fancy pants 17" flat screen monitor. i have been waiting since i moved to toronto to buy a desk and a computer. hopefully, this also means i can redesign this bleepin' expletive website. i hate it. it's so ugly it hurts. i also hope the new setup will inspire me to write.
