hello world. i am almost back to being me. i think. i've been a terrible grump of late. being in a funk is the worst, because not only are you miserable, you bring everyone else down with you.

my latest book review - dave eggers', a heartbreaking work of staggering genius - is now live on bookbabes at moxie.ca. scroll down cos someone else reviewed the same book. as i mentioned in my review, it is *the* book of the moment.

alrighty, time to shut down. my shoulder/neck pain is acting up again, plus the dude is illin' and begging for some tlc, plus i've been online for over 13 solid hours today.
