hmm.. i am in montreal. it's weird to be home and yet not feel at home. i am already feeling the constipation that is passover. hurray.
i also just discovered a weird bruise like formation on my left hand. it doesn't hurt but i don't know how it got there and it's freakin me out.

not much else to say. i was really looking forward to coming home and seeing old friends. and i saw one tonight. but i am slowly chickening out.. this seems to be a common occurance for me when i come home. i just wanna escape my hectic toronto life, be a homebody, sleep, read and veg..

ariel suggests checking out schuminweb's photo-essay trip to wal-mart, and visit to Toronto, where he describes ad nauseum every detail of the delta chelsea hotel, and if you are not totally terrified at this point, be sure to read his poem about spurned spurned love. eek! some people should not be allowed to interact offline.

currently loving the new video for weapon of choice by fatboy slim. in case you haven't seen it yet, (even though it's in heavy rotation on the music stations) - the video stars christopher walken doing nutty dance moves and flying around a hotel lobby like something out of crouching tiger - all achieved with a deadpan expression.
i think spike jonze should get the rights to release a dvd compilation of all his videos. i'd buy it in a sec. he's worked with every band i love from the beastie boys, pavement and weezer and ween to bjork, elastica, the pharcyde, air and the chemical brothers and the list just goes on...
right. i hate losing an hour. better go get some shit done offline.
