today we had lunch at the steak queen, a grimy greasy spoon. a guy there had on a t-shirt that read: "kill all vegetarians, and eat them!" i am not a veg, but i am disturbed. soylent green is made of people?

last night, raine, the dude, his dad, and i went to see a preview of space cowboys. More like space crone boys if you ask me. or as the dude put it, grumpy old men in space. it was very predictable (storyline and writing) yet still enjoyable (great special fx). it amazes me that an old geezer like clint eastwood can still seem attractive. it must be the leathery skin.

the movie also got me thinking about how much i wanted to live in outerspace when i was a child. i truly believed that by the time i grew up it would be possible. i haven't given up hope yet but it seems more unlikely every day.

morcheeba have a new album. yippee skippy. if you love me, you will buy me a copy.

getting excited for this weekend. going to raine's cottage with shannon, eric and jana. fun. 'cept it's located in new york. on cemetary road. creepy.

oneofthose suggested i bring a copy of the blair witch project. i still haven't seen it, but seeing as i want to work up the courage for a midnight skinny dip, i think it will have to wait.

oh, oneofthose also passed on this wonderful little treat. power puff girls gone gothic. i am in heaven. or is that hell? muhahahahah.

brr... it's so cold in our office today that i have been sneaking trips to the bathroom and using the hand dryer to restore feeling in my fingertips!

at lunch i bought a bag of gum balls at the dollar store. i chewed lots of it in hopes of building a gum collection (chew by colour), but had to stop when i felt that sweaters were growing on my teeth. i don't know who taught me that expression, but it was recently and i thank you.

tonight: free salad king + drinks from the suite 916 girls. yippee. it's a thank you party to say thanks for the help with the urban carnival party.

this weekend was fabu.

saturday, the dude, ariel and i family circus'ed the city on our bikes. we went to the docks driving range. i am no tiger woods but it was fun. the docks is a frightening place, loaded with low-end gold diggers and mullets. our waitress' name was candy!

today was a blur.

now i am off to my relaxation class. zzzzz.
