Tuesday, March 2, 2004 @ 06:13 p.m. - Dys'daera.net version fourteen
If you weren't aware (and probably everyone who is reading this WAS aware), version thirteen of the 'Era was a "we're closed indefinately" page that went up on December 31, 2003, and snuck back away to version twelve sometime in late January, 2004. I was going through a lot of friend-related shit, and while it isn't over, it's definately lessened, and I've gotten my head back. I'm not sure if I ever updated about it, but it really doesn't matter. Dys'daera.net has been updated with version fourteen, which was made for us by Sallie

Something I also should have mentioned earlier but didn't was that Atamagaokashii^2 has gotten... quite a few new layouts since last I updated about it. The layouts have slowed down since the bimonthly change I used to do, but I'm still on version twenty-seven: Lavendar Dreamlight.

Over the course of the next month, Dys'daera.net will be in the process of switching hosts, as Active Web Hosting has proven itself to not fit my needs of a webhost for my personal domain. It'll be moving to Gushi Systems, which quite a few of my friends have reccomended (and which seems to be a much better deal, with more and better stuff at $4 less a month), but AWH is notorious for being slow to respond and even slower to get the picture, so... that'll be somewhat frustrating. In any case, if there is a bit of downtime here and there, you'll know why ^^; I'll let everyone know once the switch is complete.

Muichimotsu and Aslua Studios will be staying on AWH's server, however. Just wanted to make that clear.

Monday, December 8, 2003 @ 02:38 a.m. - Pepaña off hiatus
Due to the impending season of doom for everyone's credit cards, Peppermint Banana has come off hiatus... sort of. The list that's currently up now is by no means complete, but it's a start, and... erm, stuff. Frames are required to view it properly, so keep that in mind. Also helpful is Cascading style sheets and a tolerance for fanart ^^;;

Monday, November 24, 2003 @ 12:05 a.m. - Happy Birthday, D.net!
On Sunday, November 24, 2002, Dys'daera.net officially went up, with banners flying and children screaming, women weeping and their respective spouses getting teary-eyed.

...or not. In any case, today is the 'Era's first birthday, and while there isn't a lot changing, it's important stuff that is.

- The 'Era is now on version twelve, "Darémyth ~ New Beginnings", featuring none other than Xellandria Dys'daera. Some sections have been removed, others have been added upon, and others haven't changed a bit.
- Within The Mists has been closed, and all site-specific pages and images have been removed, save for the "we're closed" placeholder. The folder will continue in existance as Alex's own place for whatever he feels like updating with, and none of his files have been removed. Spaz not X3;;
- The Ebil Bush Official Fanclub™ has been put on an indefinate hiatus. Current members have been notified at the email address they gave when they signed up (unless I was notified of an address change), and have been given the option of removing their link without penalty (of what, I dunno Oo;;) if they so desire. If you want to keep your link up, by all means do so, as it will come back... one of these days o_o;;

Thank you all for sticking with me through all this crap that I've been doing, putting you through, and putting myself through =D I can't believe it's been a year... it feels like twenty X3;;;

Friday, October 24, 2003 @ 11:38 p.m. - Hiatuses
Well, the 'Era's hiatus is over, with the unveiling of the eleventh layout. Significant changes include the rewriting of a good portion of the "about this domain" section, and the removal of the "links" and "link us" sections. They'll come back eventually, but they're just too much for me to deal with right now, especially with all those absolutely horrid buttons and banners I had up @o;

I also put Peppermint Banana on temporary hiatus, because I'm redoing the site from scratch, and what I had up was so outdated it was frustrating ^^;;

Monday, September 29, 2003 @ 12:20 a.m. - Marionette & the Era
I promised the denizens and viewers of Marionette, the Chin Isou shrine-slash-fanlisting, that I would have the problems with the form fixed by the end of the weekend. Since I was out almost the entire weekend, that was sort of hard, but everything should be working there, now.

School has started, and I'm really stressing out. So much so, in fact, that I'm going to have to put the 'Era on hiatus. So, no new layout this month. Sorry about that. I hope to be back on track in October, and will definately have something in November for its first birthday ^__^v

Saturday, August 30, 2003 @ 07:22 a.m. - Open Up Your Mind
After giving away over three-hundred, twenty-five invitation codes to four different sites (but mostly LiveJournal), and dealing with a lot of people, some nice and considerate, some harsh, rude, and disrespectful, Open Up Your Mind has been closed, and updated with version 3: closing, actually featuring a character from the series the song is from for the first time in the history of the site.

Any code requests left on comments will be ignored, and any code requests sent by comment will recieve an automated reply. Please do not give out my journal or email address as a place to get invitation codes, as I will not supply them. Thank you.

Wednesday, August 27, 2003 @ 04:18 a.m. - Marionette
Marionette, the Chin Isou fanlisting and fansite, has been updated with a new layout. D.net has been updated to reflect the changes. I really love that picture of Chin Isou ♥

Sunday, August 24, 2003 @ 12:33 a.m. - Dys'daera.net version X
Ten usually marks big changes. The Macintosh operating system went from pretty good and reliable to Unix-based Windows-lookalike feelalike CRAP with the big X. Over at the 'Era, we're doing considerably better. Dys'daera.net version X is now up, with an absolutely amazing layout by Kinky-J. Go yonder and gaze, minions *^^*

Thursday, July 24, 2003 @ 01:30 a.m. - Housekeeping
A lot of housekeeping things being done today. Let's see if I can remember them all:

Whoo. Think that's it =D;;

Friday, July 18, 2003 @ 12:35 a.m. - Open Up Your Mind
The LJ shrine, Open Up Your Mind, sent out its 250th journal code request an hour and a half ago at 11:10PM on Thursday, July 17, 2003. To commemorate the event, the site has a new layout, and has been condensed, with icons and layouts removed, and with a warning that the code request will end when I run out of codes. Hey, I like 3-layer layouts these days, hush you XD;;

Monday, July 14, 2003 @ 09:17 p.m. - Atamagaokashii^2 v. 23
Atamagaokashii^2 has been updated with a new layout, along with matching icons. Whee? Oo;

Monday, July 14, 2003 @ 06:03 a.m. - Cliques and Fanlistings
The form at Marionette is working again (finally --;). If you've tried to join and I haven't added you to the list -- that means if you've tried to join full-stop (I haven't gotten a single email, except for my own nn;;), please try again, since it's working now ^^;;

This also holds true for anyone who has applied for Silly Girls, Attempted Productivity, or The Ebil Bush Fanclub and has NOT gotten a reply from me (be it yay or nay), since they all use the same CGI script server thingie ^^;;

Monday, June 30, 2003 @ 12:39 a.m. - Atamgaokashii^2 v.22 (two cubed?)
Version twenty-two of A2 is up =D This means a new layout and matching icons.

And yes, I'm quite aware that my "sleepy" icon is actually Pandora, Sizer's mother. Hush you XP

I figured it was about time... my hard drive's been named Pandora for... I don't remember how long oO; And yet in 21 layouts, I've not showed homage. So.. yeah. Represent.

Thursday, June 26, 2003 @ 12:50 p.m. - CafePress stores closed
All of my stores on CafePress have been closed. I've explained this once or twice in my personal journal, but I feel it needs saying here as well.

CafePress revised their User Agreement, charging $25 fees plus the loss of whatever funds you had in your account if you did not accumulate $25 within a 90-day period. In my three years of being with CafePress, I've made $49, which would mean that, if the first (and so far only) check I got from them was for $25 even, I would lose $24 and charged $25 per month after 90 days. As it is, I was sent $33 with my first check, and so they now owe me $16, but even still. Also, if you closed your account after July 1, 2003, they would charge you a termination fee.

Long story short, even with the new and revised terms of service, it is simply unprofitable for me to stay. Since creating and maintaing CafePress stores is NOT a fun and enjoyable thing for me to do, and is purely to get money so I CAN do fun and enjoyable things (like eat, pimp myself at anime conventions, pay for my three domains, etc.), if there is no profit in it (which there isn't anymore), there's no point in staying.

On an unrelated note, Open Up Your Mind has had it's LiveJournal code request page updated with a more accurate code count.

Wednesday, June 25, 2003 @ 11:43 a.m. - Dys'daera.net version eight
Version eight of Dys'daera.net has been put up. It hasn't been tested on any computer but my own, so for all I know it's cheapness (this is the laziest I've gotten with a somewhat-decent layout yet) may not work on other Macs, let alone PCs. *cough* Oh well ^^;; It features two screencaps from Gensomaden Saiyuki, more specifically Chin Isou. You ph34r, I know you do.

Monday, June 23, 2003 @ 03:56 a.m. - Flow of Destiny

Happy birthday, Flow of Destiny!

Thank you to everyone who gave us birthday presents this year *^^* You can view all ... one of them on the newly-updated Fan Donations page *^^*

Also, the comic itself has been updated with a new comic (we finally finished that flashback!) and the whole site has been redesigned!

Yes, some sections are still not done (those being: Characters, Gallery, World, Lore, and Sunahri), but ... erm... we got one page that wasn't done done? Right? Yes!

So, happy first FoD, let's hope this second year turns out to be more productive for all involved ^^;;

Sunday, June 1, 2003 @ 11:02 p.m. - Aslua Studios
Well, I've finally buckled down and done it. Aslua Studios has caved in...

... and gone to its own domain. Yes, Aslua Studios can now be found at http://www.aslua-studios.com. Tremble in the glow.

Some of you may know that the reason for this was Active Web Hosting's very tempting offer of getting a $10 rebate per month you have three domains. Yes, this means another site is moving to its own domain, but that one isn't quite ready to go yet, so... we'll have to wait to announce that one ^^; Stay tuned, things are happening at the end of the schoolyear...

Saturday, May 31, 2003 @ 1:59 p.m. - Atamagaokashii^2 version twenty
Happy birthday to Atamagaokashii^2! You're two years old, and to celebrate, there's a guest layout by Odile of Windschaser dot com and The Shounen-Ai OrG, with matching icons. Thank you, Blackie~! *glomps* *^^*

Saturday, May 24, 2003 @ 05:36 a.m. - Dys'daera version 7
The new layout for May/June, version seven, is up at the Era. Yes, that's Alex (of Bowspirit's Aim), and yes, I'm aware that his chin is in the wrong spot. It was in the right spot on the initial sketch, and I have no idea how the bottom of his jaw gravitated up so high to make him look like some deformed... anyway. It's up.

Wednesday, May 14, 2003 @ 10:00 p.m. - A2 version 19
Atamagaokashii^2, my LiveJournal, has been updated with a new layout and new icons (well, not new, just reused). Open Up Your Mind has been updated to reflect this change.

I also fixed two typos on the main 'Era page. If you hadn't noticed they were there before, don't worry about finding the fix now ^^v

Tuesday, May 6, 2003 @ 04:52 p.m. - Within The Mists
Alex's site, Within The Mists, has been updated with five images that I've been neglecting to put up since February. Whoops?

Monday, May 5, 2003 @ 09:22 p.m. - Attempted Productivity & Cliqueness
One new member, Kimmie at Just-once.net, has been added to the member list at Attempted Productivity. If you've sent an application for any of my cliques (Attempted Productivity, The Ebil Bush Fanclub™, or Silly Girls) and have NOT recieved an email from me confirming your membership or asking you to resubmit or fix a problem with your application, please use the respective forms again or email me at xella @ dysdaera . net. Thanks ^^v

Thursday, May 1, 2003 @ 01:36 a.m. - Atamagaokashii^2
Atamagaokashii^2 has been updated with its eighteenth layout, complete with matching icons. Open Up Your Mind has been updated to reflect these changes, as well.

In reference to OUYM, be aware that the only codes I have left are LiveJournal codes. I do not, repeat, do not have any DeadJournal codes left (so stop emailing me asking for them! ^^;;), nor uJournal codes (which there's never been a big run on anyway, so... *shrugs*)

Tuesday, April 22, 2003 @ 12:55 p.m. - Dys'daera version six
Version six of the Era is up, featuring Cho Hakkai and Genjo Sanzo from the cover of a Saiyuki doujinshi (HakkaixSanzo-centric), First Love. The layout is also named First Love, by the way.

Wednesday, April 17, 2003 @ 3:51 a.m. - LiveJournal-centric things
Apparently Google has only just decided to list my LJ site, Open Up Your Mind, in it's search database. I've been getting a LOT of requests for codes recently, it's getting rather insane Oo; Oh well. OUYM has been updated, both with a revised code count and with information on the newest layout at Atamgaokashii^2, Ressurexi, as a sort of half-spirited Holiday layout (hey, it has Kami-sama [God] and Nii [the Easter Bunny] on it, what'd you want from me? XP). There are also icons to go with the new layout.

Wednesday, April 2, 2003 @ 11.43 pm - Desert Rose
Desert Rose has been updated. Chapter One, Ascension, is now availiable for public consumption. I'm sorry it's so short (1,805 words), especially compared to the Prologue (4,368 words). I intended for it to be much longer and to have much more happen in it, and I might just add to it anyway (and I probably will, because I'd like to get all my setup out of the way at once), but for now, that's it. Gomen ^^;

Tuesday, April 1, 2003 @ 05.28 am - It's so I can live for myself
Muichimotsu, my Saiyuki fansite, has officially opened. It's my baby, and my largest project yet -- yes, it even dwarfs Open Up Your Mind, the LiveJournal shrine (because I haven't been updating that at all X3; My bad).

Speaking of Open Up Your Mind, it's been updated with the new layout information from A2, and the 'Era has been updated to reflect both A2's layout change and M1's opening.

Tuesday, April 1, 2003 @ 04.19 am - Atamagaokashii^2 v.16
My LiveJournal, Atamagaokashii^2, has been updated with a new layout, and icons to match.

Today is the day of truth, stay tuned...

Sunday, March 23, 2003 @ 03.32 am - Changes
As is traditional around the 24th of the month, Dys'daera.net has a new layout. Version five, "Absolute Destiny Apocalypse," features Utena Tenjou and Anthy Himemiya from Shoujo Kakumei Utena (Revolutionary Girl Utena). Sorry Sallie, I couldn't think of a good way to use that Peorth screencap on a layout for the 'Era ^^;;

But! Fukai Mori (gee, what's that again? Oh yeah, this place! XD;;) ALSO has a new layout, and IT uses the Peorth and Gorgeous Rose screencap. It's not as cramped as version one, which makes me happy. And it's orange. That also makes me happy.

In more somber news, however, Goldenstriker Arch has been shut down. It was a pain to update, and I hadn't done so since I put the Ebil Bush thong up however long ago that was. mowyiskhitty was also closed, my logic being that if someone wants Windschaser.com merchandise, they can buy it from Odile herself, and it'd have her (much better) artwork on it.. which would make everyone happy =3 Everything else is still operational, however, and they're all linked as part of the main collective now. GSA might come back in the future, if I can find a better way to do it than the way I was, because the whole point was to get it OUT of my main collective's clutter... but oh well.

Fukai Mori is the update journal for Dys'daera.net (the 'Era). It acts, essentially speaking, as an "updates" page -- because that's what it is. Any time something changes on the 'Era, this page updates mentioning the change. If Dnet goes down for some reason, this is the place to go to find out why (or just to know that I know).

This is not a regular journal! If you want to see Xella's regular journal, go to her LiveJournal, Atamagaokashii^2. It's updated like the plague, at LEAST once a day, very often in the double-digits per day, and is just generally more interesting than this one.

Version two of Fukai Mori, "Song of the Sun", features a screencap (actually two) of Peorth and Gorgeous Rose from Ah! My Goddess - the Movie. Screencap was taken by me, Bryce weird-thing was made by me, layout was made by me. Take them not -- but if you want to learn how to MAKE one for yourself, check out Open Up Your Mind *^^*
