Do you notice how ppl decend upon food like a plague of locust when its free?? I had a first hand experience seeing this when I attended a function. Although, mentally prepared to see this, I was still shocked. I expected that since this function was held in Shangri-La, ppl would have some table manners at least. *sigh* I sound like a snob don't I? Never mind, I don't think writing about this will help anyone. Although let me add one more sneering comment, "Macam tak makan setahun." There, got it off my chest.
I am busy studying, preparing report, coordinating project and attending conference. Even as I blog I feel guilty. The stack of statistics on my desk are staring accusingly at me. It was give maybe 2 weeks ago and I just started like Monday. I better go, later!!!
P.S.: Am studying for an exam, so ppl please don't plan any serious outing that includes me at least till Sept. 15.
Food For Thought
What is so Radical about Iraq's Rebel Cleric?

Nah, D&D stands for Dungeons and Dragons. Which was what I played last weekend with Hani, Adik, T-boy and Ash. With T-boy as the Game Master, mwahahahah.... I was a blond, green eyed half-elf Cleric who's out for her noble family blood, being exiled and all... My weapon?? A dagger, pretty lame come to think about it, but it didn't matter since I mostly heal my team members.
The senario started with me waking up in an inn. I heard noises downstairs. "What are you going to do?" T-boy asked. My deduction was 1) Noises early in the morning does not sound good. 2) I worked with 3 swindlers (player's knowledge not character's) 3) They had crept/sneaked out at night. So I said, "I gather my stuff and jump out of the window." Needless to say, T-boy was agast. My politically correct answer is, "I am a peace loving fellow. I shall avoid conforntation whenever possible." The right one would be, "I'm armed with a dagger and you want me to face a large crowd." After being reluctently forced, by the game master to face the crowd, he ask what I would do.
"Err..., throw some holy water over the crowd to calm them down??" I said sheepishly. "T-boy, I don't want to die." From there, I'm sure you could deduct what happened for the rest of the game. I enjoyed myself and was glad that I played.
Hectic Schedule
OMG, I just registered for an examination in October. Now I have 1 1/2 month to actually study. I have to pass at least or else..... Then I remember that I was also suppose to register for some classes. *dies* Somehow I can imagine that my blogging time will go up to accomodate my increase ranting......
GTG, work, schedule and stuff calls.
PS:I think the quality of my English is going down the drain... *sigh*
