Today was CIP. For NYAA. Wow all the acronymes. However you spell that. Went to Parkway Parade to take care of some booth by the Nature Society for "Cut down the use of Plastic Bags!!!!!!!" campiagne. Lame...Irony was present like in every corner of that exhibition area...(eg: wastepaper basket filled to the brim with used plastic bags) WOW. So much for saving plastic and plastic bags. It was quite slack over there. (wow, everything I do is SLACK)Went there at....2pm, but didnt start till like...3.30pm?! The RGS girls were still there -_-|||. Not that I cared since Claire, Bao and I went shopping around the mall. Haha. The shops in the basement and first floors were ok. The normal shops I frequent. But anything above those...So not my taste and even higher...No more clothes shops. SAD. Esprite, Mango, Giordano, Bossini etc...Totally nice! I saw quite a few...not-too-bad looking blouses and skirts. I was SO tempted to buy them...But looking and thinking about my cupboard...I had second thoughts...(my closet is totally FILLED with clothes...no more can go in...) So I had to pass that chance on. There will be new season clothes anyway! When it was our turn to mend the booth... All we did were stand or sit there and look at the people go by or take the good sout and collect money. XD The older members there took care of all the talking and advertising. Haha! I am so evil...There was this like old lady there too....Who was "commenting" in a very arguementative way and giving suggestions in the exact same manner who kept saying that the bag was not catered to the older poplations. Hellooooo. We cant please everyone you know. This is a GENERAL design for the GENERAL population. -_- And this is not the like fianlised design. Its more of promoting our cause thats all. *not happy since she got away with not buying the bag* SHEESH!!! T_T Anyway left at 4.55pm so yea...Later have dinner with Uncle Harry! w00t! So cool! Didnt see him for quite a while yea...Need to apss him the CNY card too! XD Anyway....Time for moi, to get going oh yea! HAHA! Bought two cds today at that mall too. Madonna + Lindsay Lohan oh yea! Totally!!! XD! Anyway Mel signing off now! ^^

Just another (LATE) day...

2006. A new year has arrived. Why do I not see it becoming an even better year than the last? Looks like I am so totally not optimistic. How can you blame me?! I have NEVER in my entire life been in a class which has like totally 0 people I know! Ok look. P1 was different ok. That was the starting point. P2-P6, my class was practically filled with people I knew! I felt a lot more comfortable and not to mention changed to my now btichy self. Sec 1. New school, new class. Lay Kuan was in the same class as me! What a coincidence. And Sera too. At least I knew her. So I didn't feel that bad. For some reason I made friends in 103-04/203-05 EASILY. It was like breathing. But however in this new year. 2006. 303-06. How nice. I carry on the sacred tradition of the THREE family. Yet I, who do not participate in much class activities had the burden of carrying on the tradition. ALONE. Ironic isn't it. I tried not to have anything to do with most class events. I like more how do I put it...Smaller "functions". But darn. Crap. After our class split up and 2006 arrived, I totally want to turn the darn clock back. Back to those days where the skies were blue and clear, the grass were green and lush. I want to relive those days. I miss (omg, I can't believe I do) 203-05 so frikking badly! I want to be Sec 2 again. I want to be in the familar enviroment. I want to be with my old friends. I want to have Mrs Ng breathing down my neck for the assignments I didn't manage to hand in on time. I want to relive my memories. But that can never happen. Not now. Not never. You never miss the water till it is gone. This is exactly the case. I never though it would strike me this hard. A stone through my glass heart. Wow. Since when was I so "transparent". I have to move on. I know I must. It is pure unhealthy and stupid to cling on to the remnants of the past. So near yet so far. I gaze into the other classes with my old classmates and I sigh. Nice twist Fate. How sweet. I know this is an oppurtunity to give myself a fresh start, to rid myself of all my "sins" which I have commited. But I can't seem to do it. It is easier said than done. I know. It is almost impossible. For me. I hate changes. I HATE them so badly. I know I have to accept it, embrace it. But it is so difficult. I want to. But I can't. Maybe all I need is time. Or maybe I will never fit it. Sigh. Guess Fate shall guide me once more.
