Hee hee, welcome to the blog circle. You really should spend the time to read other peoples blogs besides mine. I know you spend enough time reading other things, can't you take a little extra time out of the day to read everyone elses?
Anther thing Chrisyou're a freak. You sould really scale down your blog so that the rest of us don't have to scroll sideways to see everything. You're the only one who runs at 1280 x 1024 (or higher, I don't remember what you told me).
Another thing, my blog is called "Spasticity" not "The Running of the Cactuars" that's only the secondary title.
Ok so maybe I'm a freak too, I'm sitting here blogging to Chris when he's probably in the car almost at my aunts house up here anyways. This means that I could have just told him all of these thing, but oh well, it's fun to blog them and let the rest of the world know too.

Ok I find this rather amusing. It's too bad that there isn't anything there at the moment since they are upgrading. But the fact that it even exists amuses me.

Yes they do actually make cactuar plushies. And I want one too, I just can't find them outside of Japan and no one will import them here. At least not any of the companies that sell them that I know of.

Yay! I get a button. Hee hee, I'm going to be the only female on that blog. I find that very funny, especially since people who know me know that I'm usually the one who gets all the male roles. Now I get to be the only female, this should be amusing.
Sam get online or something so that I can talk to you about giving you the pictures. I don't dare knock on your window uninvited (mostly because I know what you do to people who do). I want to give them to you before the Japanese final because I'm leaving right after that to go to my aunts house where my mom will be waiting with Chris. I have to go talk to my studio teacher at 2:30 but I should be here after that until the final.
Tuesday, June 12, 2001
Um . . . Ok, Chris I love you to pieces, but this is scary. Maybe that's more because I don't see you as the type of person to do one of these but I guess things are changing while I'm not there. Not like that's a bad thing or anything, it just means that I have to get used to a few things. Hee hee, I bet you'll be surprised about a few things that have changed about me to (or a few things I've reverted back to doing). At least it'll make summer interesting.

Hmmm . . . not much going on today. I did see Evolution though, now THAT was funny. Definately a movie worth seeing if you haven't already. I also watched the first two episodes of FLCL today too. I figure, I have all 6 on my studio computer I may as well see them in order (even though I have yet to see eps. 4&5 I thought it would be best to just watch it all the way through). I saw Zorro today too. Today was just a movie/anime watching day for me. I didn't do much of anything else. Oh well, it was still fun, that's all I care about.
Now it's off to sleep for me. I have a final tomorrow at 8:30 am (ick) that I'm not really looking forward to. It should be pretty easy (yay form Z -.-) Then I have my japanese final at 6 pm tomorrow. After that I get to move home and leave all of my friends here (sadness ;_;) At least I still have my blog to babble on since I won't really be able to babble at Sam. You people will just have to put up with my incoherent babbling every now and then, hee hee hee 9_9
Yay for grand adventures. Well, maybe not so grand, but very dark. I got to go wander around in a very dark forest like area on the other side of a river. T'was much fun. Unfortunately the last save point was close to town so we were on our own for a long time, but I got up to level 6. Everyone else only made it to level 5 because of the brambles, I fought the brambles and found the path out of there so I made it to level 6. I was the fighter after all so I had to be the burly one and fight more of the brambles anyways. Our party consisted of a Paladin (Alex), a Red Mage (Miranda), a dragoon (Chris), and a fighter (me). I got volunteered to go fist on most of the paths.
1. Because I was the fighter
2. Because I had better night vision than everyone else (not like I could see much anyways but I managed to find the better paths to travel on).
We started off the adventure in town and after a few quick staff twirling lessons (3 of us had staffs) we saved and headed across the river to the world map for adventure. Upon discovering a path that lead off the main road we decided to head into the woods to see what we could find.
Our red mage had a bit of a problem because she didn't have any night vision to use to guid her so our dragoon took it upon himself to be her guide and protector.
The way was mostly peacefull and we managed to find a sign that was meant to teach us the "Slow" spell. I, unfortunately, couldn't learn it seeing as how I was the figher, but our red mage could. The other sign we found had some kind of riddle on it. The paladin managed to decipher that one. Something about walking dogs and passing on the left, walking on the right. Stuff like that. We figured it was a clue as to how to get to the final boss dungeon/tower.
We were attempting to find faries or trolls or something similar but never did. We were attacked by bramble bushes (the dragoon valliantly protecting the red mage) in an attempt to reach the first dungeon (going to the dungeon was my idea, the red mage wasn't too fond of it). That was where most of the level building took place. We were all at level 5 after finally making it to the dungeon entrance. At this point in time the red mage had to cast "Cure" on me cuz I had taken the most damage. This was, however, her only "Cure" spell since she wasn't high enough level to have another one yet.
Unfortunately most of the rooms in the dungeon were locked. The only room that may not have been locked looked like where the boss was (we could all tell that it was hiding under the big mound of dirt waiting to pounce on us) so we decided to not go that way and leave the dungeon instead (this made the red mage very happy).
This is where my path finding skills come in. I managed to find a path out of there that was bramble free, hence the extra level I gained. We followed the path for a while and then decided to take a short cut through the wild grass, me in the lead, the paladin off by himself, and the dragoon holding the red mage's hand to help her along. After nearly falling in a pit trap I managed to find another path that had another clue to the location of the final boss's lair.
This clue was deceptive because we couldn't figure out what it was at first. Was it a 6 with a dot after it? A 9 with a dot before it? Or a cyclops with it's toung sticking out? No, it was, in fact, an arrow that pointed directly to the final boss's looming tower with blinking lights on top of it. It seemed to be well guarded with many traps in front of it. So we decided to not go there and went the opposite direction instead. Being only level 5 (me 6) we knew we would never be able to take on the final boss and that more level building was in order. We ended up back in town (and made sure to save again, twice) and headed back to our rooms to rest up for our next adventure, the dragoon holding the red mages hand for a good portion of the way.
All in all it was an interesting story with somewhat of a love plot in there. The paladin and dragoon visited the red mage and I in our room to discuss the adventure. The red mage and the dragoon flirting through out the night. I found this very amusing since the red mage told me herself that she would be single for the rest of her life and she was acting like she very much liked the dragoon.
Anyways enough of that. That story just went on forever and I'm sure most of you don't even care about that last part of it. That was actually more of a telling Sam that Miranda may have a boyfriend here soon but Sam is currently not on ICQ so I figured I'd blog it (pita it just doesn't sound right). The sad thing is that school is ending here soon and they'll have to split up for the summer. Such is life. Anyways I'm gonna go now, I should have been in bed long ago since I have to get up at 8 am this morning so that I can have my exit interview with my studio teacher.

Just wanted to start off by saying kudos to Sam and Tamara for helping me move my Mayline and other Arch supplies to my aunts apartment.
Well I guess if the placement works out then go ahead with the skin, but the buttons and stuff will be hard. That was more of what I was refering to earlier when I said it might be a little difficult to make.
Ne, Jen I think Sam and I were going to go with Mika for my character for lack of anyone else left at this point in time. But tis kuul, unless you can think of anyone else for me to be at this point in time I'll just go with that kyara.
Hee hee, more people being converted to the wonderful world of Morning Musume. Just sent Alex (from my hall) Happy Summer Wedding and he likes it. The madness is spreading, it's great.
Hmmm . . . what else can I babble about? I have no idea. Oh well, I can just make more cactuars out of green pipe-cleaners. *wanders off*

That's definately an interestin picture but to tell you the truth I don't think that it would work well as a winamp skin. I may be wrong though seeing as how you seem to have a knack for winamp skins lately.
I think I'm giving in to the pressure. Alright Sam I'll join the Gravitation blog. Where do I sign my life away?
Sunday, June 10, 2001
Wow, apparently 2 people from Indonesia and a person from Germany decided to visit my blog. Why? I have no idea, but they can join the group of other people who visit my blog from other countries (2 from Australia, 2 from Canada, 1 from New Zealand, and 1 from Brazil. It's not much but hey, at least someone not from Amerika is reading my strangeness).

Sunday, June 10, 2001 NOOOOOOO!!! Who's idea was it for me to room with you anyways? . . . No, wait, don't answer that. Tis going to be an interesting year next year, that's all I can say.
You know, I think it's rather funny that you ended up with the family names and not your cousin because now I can tell people that I have a friend who has a name that's 96 letters long. Granted it would have been even more interesting if both of you ended up with them, but not everyone can be special enough to have that many names *laughs evily*
And so for your enjoyment I shall post Sam's full name.

Well not much going on today. It's been a pretty boring day. Spent most of it playing FFIX and waiting for my aunt to get back to me on when I can move some of my arch stuff to her apartment for storage.
One interesting thing to note for the day, I have now officialy become a chew toy for Sam and Tamara. No, really, they took a picture to prove it. ^_^;;;
Friday, June 8, 2001 You know I would wait to take my walls down, but I wouldn't have enough time to take those down and pack everything else. I have waaaay too many small things to pack (like action figures) and nothing to really pack them in until my mom gets here. Soooo, that leaves me with half blank walls (the rest isn't coming down till closer to when I leave) and still way too much to pack. At least I've finally gotten my studio stuff packed for the most part, all I have to do now is move it to my aunts house for summer storage.

ACK, too much white on my wall. I just spent the last hour and a half taking down all the cards from my wall. That was a pain, there were dots of sticky-tac covering my wall and I had to go through and remove all of them. Oh well, at least the cards are compact and fit into a nice 4"x2"x2" area. The posters will be harder to store when I take them down. Right now they are still on my wall. I can only handle so much white wall at a time. Fortunately I've only got a few more days of it before I move back home to my nice poster covered walls there.

Friday, June 8, 2001 Sam the only reason I know Nagae-sensei is because Miranda is taking the 199 class from her and (as I discovered) is going to be in the 9:00 class with me next year. Nagae-sensei happened to mention to her that she was teaching that class next year. That's why I know who my teacher is.
Anyways, I'm glad that you finally finished the "bitch of a paper." It's difficult to try and make sure that you remember to eat and sleep when you're yelling and throwing Frappuchibo bottles at everyone who comes within 10 feet of you. But it's all good, you survived and we're all still alive. We can celebrate tonight with free pizza. I'd say we could watch anime too but you took that all home. Oh well, pizza is still good.
Ok well I should probably start taking down more of my walls now.
Friday, June 8, 2001

*doot doot doo doo* hmmm . . . I had no idea I had this much crap in my studio desk. I've collected far more stuff that I thought I ever could in one term. Fortunately most of it can be thrown away and will be. I just need to sort through it and figure out what.
I'm glad you like the new layout Poe. I thought it was pretty spiffy.
Good luck on your History paper Sam. Just think, tomorrow you get free pizza. That can be your goal, the free pizza . . . well, that and I guess the fact that you finally have the thing done would be a good reward too, but the point is you'll get free pizza when this is all over. n.n;;
Anyways, off to do other things. I really should start sorting through all the stuff I've collected on this computer but never bothered to sort cuz I didn't have time. I probably won't get through all of it, but if I can manage some of it it'll all be good.

Hee hee, just out of curiosity I searched for "Initial D" Winamp Skins to see if I could find Sam's Blog. Sure enough I did. Granted it's her old blog with Blogger instead of her Pita, but I'll see if I can find that too. Probably not since the descrip. seems to have come from several different sections of her blog. Here's the descrip. it gave me:
... I hate to admit this) Initial D, and this list has already ... WAI! WAAAAAAAAAI! I finished
my winamp skin!!! Isn't it ... Firefly can update the skins page! *nn*. ...
It's number 32 on the list so it's all that far down there.

*laughs* I just got to see a funny reaction as Sean from my hall discovered that 1/3 of my wall is now blank. I've just spent the last 2 hours taking down 1/3 of it (yes there's that much stuff on it). It was rather funny, his comment was "Wow, there really is a wall there."
