Anyway, my latest web project is putting together an online resume at port5. It's for my film music editing crap. Anyway, I'm trying to make several things happen here:

keep idiots from finding it

make sure employers can find it

make it cross-browser friendly

make the frames play nice with search engines

This site has been immensely helpful in achieving this. It's unbelievable how much I still have to learn after figuring out the basics.

If anyone knows the answer to this question, please let me know.

Oh, one last thing:
Your sales are down by 50%. Your customers hate you because you charge more than any other record store in Boston. You're losing business right and left to e-commerce. So what do you do? Jack up prices again! Fuck you, Tower.

I really need to stop lurking on UBBs. Why is it that so many people on UBBs lack an ability to reason and think for oneself? I'm looking for another newsgroup to post on, but I can't seem to find one that I like as much as RAB. Today I subscribed to alt.www.webmaster, so we'll see how that works out. I used to post a lot on alt.tv.simpsons and alt.music.sonic-youth a few years ago, but there were just too many stupid newbies for me to want to deal with. You know who's a sick fuck? This guy.

Anyway, I've been working again on getting lawngnome.net up by July. It's such a bitch to build something from the ground up, especially if you want it to be interesting. I'm wading in pools of CGI and tables and DHTML and god knows what else. Blah.
