Yesterday was something of a mixed day. It began disasterously: While sewing a cosplay commission, I accidentally (a)made a slight miscalculation in the pattern which resulted in my not having enough fabric to cover up what needed to be covered up and (b)marked up the surface of the fabric with a non-water-soluble ink. Thereby causing me to (a)have to scrap what I had finished thus far, causing 8 hours of hard work to go down the drain and (b) cry oceans of waterfall tears, nearly causing myself to drown in the process. However, in spite of all this misfortune, something good did happen. Well, TWO good things happened, actually. One, I finished posting the next two sections of The Nadesico Movie Thumbnail Theater and two, I got to see Spirited Away at the local discount theater. On a big screen. For $1.50, no less. Could life get any better than that?

Dear God... I hope so...

Allright. Today marks a personal milestone as I've finally finished my Escaflowne Thumbnail Theatre which I have now posted for your perusal. (Allright, Kevin. I'll stop slacking and get to work posting the rest of the Nadesico TT update you sent me.) Oy. Can't believe it's late in the afternoon already. I feel as though I only woke up about two hours ago. Wait. That's right. I did. Boy, isn't unemployment fun?

Just letting you know I'm still alive. (As alive as a Minnesotan GETS anyway...) Sorry. Nothing much in the way of updates this week. Can't say I'm surprised, as I don't really feel like doing much of anything lately. (My God, I'm turning into one of those apathetic weblog update generator thingies, aren't I? Oh well. I can't say that I care...)
