I dyed my hair last night!
I used one of those hair dye thingies that they sell in the supermarkets... The color is called "Chocolate Cherry." ^_^ My hair doesn't look that different from my original black hair, but under the light, it's red! I like it. =)
My brother used the leftover to dye his hair, and he was complaining that it doesn't show much. =P But I didn't want to dye my hair bright red!

Isabel, Good luck with your trip and stay in Japan!! Have lots of fun there! =)

I stumbled into a wrong page and then wondered what happened to Kitsu.. It really didn't sound like Kitsu that I knew... ^_^;;;

Te-chan, you dreamt of Shinhwa? What a coincidence! I dreamt of Shinhwa today, too!!! ^O^

In my dream, I was actually dancing with them. *hearts* Minwoo was absent for some reason, so I was performing "Wild Eyes" with them in place of Minwoo. ^_^;;;;
But I was being my true self in my dream, so I didn't do a very good job of dancing.... -_-;;;;; But I was happy to see HyeSung, so I didn't want to wake up! =P

It's weird.. don't you think? Minwoo was absent in both of our dreams... I wonder if anything happened to him in reality? ^_^;;;

--------------------------

Miko-san, I'm happy to hear that your mom's fine. =)

---------------------------

I've been sleeping a lot lately......... 12 hours per day is now norm for me. -_-;;; I've been feeling like I'm getting cold, so I've been using that as an excuse. Te-chan, I hope you get well soon!!!
Sleep and FF10 have been my life so far. I like it. =P I get to dream a lot. Most of them are not as epic as the one that I record, but they are still fun. I had a dream that mixes magic and sci-fi-ish atmosphere during a nap today. For FF10, I've just passed the Djose temple and went over the moonflow and met Rikku. Te-chan, I'm almost where you are!

I like Auron from FF10!! His introduction scene, where he went onto a fighting stance, was so cool!!!! *hearts*

My brother's comment on him was "He looks like a cross between Shishio and Sepiroth." ^_^;;;;
He doesn't look like or act like either Shishio or Sepiroth, but he does carry his sword like Sepiroth and wears his clothing like Shishio. =P

I forgot to add this bit of information when I was writing about FF10. According to the insert of the game, they sell little cute plush toys of some of the adorable monsters(?) of FF series!!!!

The booklet had picutres of Tonberry King, Cactar, Pupu (that alien thing from FF8), and Chocobo!!!
I want Tonberry King and Cactar!!!!! ^O^

I took the Harry Potter Character Quiz as well. (I got the address from K-san's page)
Got Hermione as the best match as I expected. Professor McConagall was the second, and the third was Moody. Moody? O.o

The least match was either Sirius or Lupin (can't remember.. but they were down at the bottom). K-san, I guess we're the opposite? ^_^;;;

Miko-san, you're a photographer now? Well, I remember that you double-majored in Photography.... and I liked the pictures of yourself that you put up on your page. =)
It just reminds me of my chem class last semester. I had a seminar class with the topic of "Chemistry and Environment and Art" or something like that. The topic of my second paper was the chemical process of color photography!!! It was an interesting topic, but I was through with it after the final portfolio. It came out to be 11 pages, and color photography was really hard to understand... ;_;

I've done it! Now I owns a copy of Final Fantasy 10!!!
Best Buy nearby my town had a grand opening day today, and they had 10% off coupon. I had to get FF10... ^_^

I've played for about 3 hours so far, and it looks pretty good. There are a lot of movie times like in FF9, but I think the movies are better integrated in the game than in FF9. The graphic is, of course, gorgeous. =)

----------------------------------------------------

I've reading "The Fellowship of the Ring" again.. and I found more differences between the movie and the book. When I first saw the movie, I thought that it was a pretty good summary of the book, but I was wrong. I feel that the characterizations of some of the characters are rather off.
Isabel mentioned that Frodo was pretty submissive, and I got a similar feeling from the movie. However, when I read the book, Frodo was definitely the leader type among the hobbits. Sure, he hesitates, regrets, and seeks advices, but he also has the determination and intelligence. I think he was portrayed as too much like a teenage boy in the movie...

But still, I like the movie. It's probably the scenery. =)

2002!!
Thursday, January 3, 2002 09:13 a.m.

Very much belated Merry Christmas to all, and Happy New Year!!!!!

I can't believe it's already 2002.. Time sure flies!

I've been busy after coming back home. My friend came to visit from 12/24/01, and left for NY just yesterday. It was a lot of fun, though. =)
We went to Longwood Garden on Christmas Day, went shopping a lot, and went to watch Lord of the Rings!

Yes! I finally saw Lord of the Rings on 26th of December!!
It was great. At least I think so. I really liked it, and can't wait until DVD comes out. Now that we have PS2 to play DVD on, I'm going to buy the DVD when it comes out.

It was rather long even if they couldn't fit everything in there, but I think they did a good job in piecing together the important events. Also, I LOVED the scenery..... I wonder where they filmed it?

Even though I skimmed through Isabel's 12/29/01 entry before going off to see the movie, I was not affected. OHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!!!!! I watched the whole movie without going off to an anime-derived free association that Isabel had. =P
I liked Lagolas. He's an elf. He is skilled in bows and arrows. What more can you want? ^_^;;;

The good thing about the movie was that it made me re-read the book. I haven't had the chance since the movie, but after coming back from NY (I went out to see off my friend and meet up with Kitsu), I started reading it again. I admit, the prologue about the history of Hobbits was a bit boring, but once the story started, I found it as interesting as the first time I read it. =)

Moo. I don't know why I'm up already. I went to sleep at 2am last night. I wanted to sleep a lot today. But someone (probably a telemarketer) called around 8:30am, which woke me up. -_-;;;;; I think I might go back to sleep.
