3 in 1
Nere, you just said what I was
thinking earlier today.. xDD I was thinking, "I bet everyone would think
that my blogging spirit graph had gone down after the overexcitement the other
day" hahahha ^__^ -- which was not the case BTW. My PC was just monopolized by
my sis that I didn't have the time to blog x__x
So.. let's see.. It's been a quite interesting weekend for me.. first of
course there was Valentine's Day-- which reminds me,

Hope everyone had a happy valentine ^-^ I didn't
really have a special V-day plan, well.. If you're my age and you've been going
out with your boyfriend for almost six years, you probably wouldn't be
*that* excited about valentines anymore =P
Anyway.
My friends and I held our very first Arisan last Saturday! Only a few
couldn't make it.. that includes the ones that are now abroad, but most of them
came.. ^__^ But that's not the only thing that makes me happy.. hehhehe guess
what? I actually won! Hurraahhh!! I did have a feeling that I was gonna be one
of the winners (to speed up the cycle, there are 3 winners in every arisan), but
who would thought I would actually won? I thought it was just a fool's hope..
hihihihi ^^ And I was a lucky one, too! See, we already drew the names and the
winners had been Wiskid, Fadjri, and Tigor. But when we counted
the money, it was the sum for 17 people, whereas there were only 16 names in the
draw. So we re-checked it and it turned out that I forgot to enter Ary's
name! *very sorry for thaaatt!!* We all agreed that it wasn't fair for him, and
re-did the drawing. And the names that came out were mine, Fathi's, and..
Fadjri's, again! You sure are a one lucky guy Fadj! ^__^ Here is a pic of
us, but some already went home, so not every participant's in it >__<
On Sunday, I watched Mariah Carey - Live in Concert!!!
Went with Nimas, a few of her friends, and also with Fiany and
David! Gosh, I haven't seen them for so long!! They both looked a bit
thinner.. stressed out from work, I guess.. ^^;; Anywaysss, it was a great
concert.. Mariah's voice was truly amazing.. it's just a shame she wore all
those minimalist clothes.. she'd look way better, not to mention less b****ier
if she had only worn more appropriate clothes, the way she used to ^^;; Well
anyway, let's get more focused on the concert itself.. she sang all her old hits, I loved
it! But she didn't sang One Sweet Day, which was one of my fave songs.. hiks
hiks T__T I do think the concert was too short, it wasn't even an
hour and a half long! With tickets that pricey, it should've been a 2 hour
performance! One thing though, I can't believe that Trey Lorenz is still
one of Mariah's background singers! I thought he had a solo album out not long
after he did a duet with her in "I'll Be There".. I forgot what the single was,
but I liked it.. maybe things didn't work out too well for him as a solo
artist.. poor guy! And he had such a marvelous voice.. kinda think of it, ALL
the backing vocals had marvelous voices ^^;;; Hmm.. My fave part of the
concert was when Mariah sang an "introduction song" for her band, you know..
introducing her band members while singing.. that is so cool! Like when Craig
David did it in his concert.. awesome!

As for today.. I just went to campus to legalize my
documents, and to inquire about how to apply as a lecturer.. hehehe can you
imagine, me.. being a lecturer??? ^__^;; I stopped by the Accounting Department
to take a look at the lecturer's CV and stuff and I got all scared because the
accepted candidates were.. well, SCARY! They were all like cum-laudes from
reputable universities, with loads of work experience and heaps of
certificates... *shudders* And to think that I even thought about applying now..
that would've made me a laughing stock in the whole dept! ^^;; Don't get me
wrong, I still wanna be a lecturer.. but now I'm just being more realistic, and
maybe put it off for a little while, until I have more experience ^-^

Finished reading 'Confessions of a shopaholic' today!
Yeah.. yeah.. I know, it's an old book and everyone's read it.. I had wanted to
read it back when I was in Sydney, but all the bookstores seem to be running out
of stock of the shopaholic series! (Seriously, I reckon Sydney is not the best
place to look for books, in respect of both price and array of selection). And I
had wanted to buy it here as soon as I got back, but it was also sold out at
Kinokuniya! So I've just recently bought it in KL and have only finished reading
it just now! No wonder everyone seems to love it, it's so bloody funny! And I
can totally relate to Becky--the main character.. I think she reflects most
normal girls.. I mean, us girls.. we do have that shopaholic disease
somewhere inside us, don't we? If it's not for clothes, shoes, accessories,
etc.. then it's for J-mags, J-CDs in VARIOUS editions, pictorial books ,and all
those other things JE sells.. ^^;;; Well.. let's pray that we'll
always have enough money to support our shopaholic side, shall we?? Hahaha Amen
to that! ^__^

2nd time around..
Hihihihi here I am , blogging again for the 2nd time today... biasa deh emang
kl lagi semangat aja gini, ngeblooogg teruss xDD
But the previous doesn't actually count as today's blogging u know, since it
was last week's entry.. ^^;; *excuses.. excuses..* hohohoho ^__^
Anyway... I just wanna share yesterday's happenings with you.. I met up with
some of the IJ girls! Haven't seen them since the last time I got back,
which was almost two months ago, so it was great! There weren't that many coming
to the mini-gath, since it's a weekday I suppose *gomen to all the working women
of IJ =P* There were Citta,
Tina, and Lita from Bandung -- they
were the reason for the gath actually, since they came to see the Japan
Education Fair, so we figured.. why not have a gath as well??--, and then there
were Dianne,
Dta,
Nova,
Githa, Imel, and Lina, whom
I've just met for the very first time.. nice to meet you Lina-chan!! ^__^
Oh, and there was also Hana at the
education fair.. she was there with her friends so couldn't join us for lunch at
PS. And of course.. there was Satria, Citta's boyfriend. Hahahaha it's
not everyday you see a guy at IJ's gathering.. kikiki ^^ It's cute to see Citta
with her boyf, she becomes so much quieter.. something that I thought could
never happen.. nyahhahaha xDD But I am happy for her.. good on you, mate!
^o^ After lunch at PS I went home, because Nimas was coming to do the
fitting for her dress - my mom owns a boutique - while most of the others went
to Glodok to hunt doramas. Jangan salahh.. biar ngga ikut juga, penitipan
teteepp berjalan!! ^__* Later at night the bandung-ers stopped by at my
house.. They bought me Hotman and Otousan , yee-haaww! I don't
know when I'm gonna watch all those new doramas ^^;; But there's one I forgot to
ask them to buy me, Hatsu Taiken! I've always wanted to watch it.. T__T I
guess I'll just have to borrow it then! Tina, jangan lupa! I'm the first
in line lho!! Oh yes, we took a pic yesterday. Just one pic, sadly.. and not all

After the bdg-ers went home, I went to Mutiara Restaurant in Pondok
Indah Plaza with Dini, Musab, Wiskid, Fadjri, and Arief. Vicky
came about an hour later to join us. Had a li'l late snack there.. the Dim Sum
was great.. especially the Shrimp Cheese Ball... YUMMMYY!!! Stayed there until
it was closed.. hahhaha they practically threw us away by giving us the bill
before we even asked for it ^^;; It was great going with the guys again, it's
been quite some time since we had that long hangouts and story sharing.. well.
we're having it again tomorrow.. My friends and I will be holding our grand
first arisan * I seriously don't know what the english for arisan is*
tomorrow! I think almost everyone's coming, which is wonderful since I haven't
seen some of them for so long.. I hope I win tomorrow.. hihihi I'm in a kinda
need for cash here =P Wish me luck, ok minna??

popsicle toes, relaunched!

I'm finally back blogging again! It's been almost 3 months since my last
entry... Whoaaa that's like, the longest hiatus I've ever been on ^^;; And I
never made the announcement for it either.. gomen ne.. minna-san! m(_ _)m
Thank you to Dianne for
making me this beautiful layout, which makes me all energetic about starting to
blog again ^-^ *hugs* Look how beautiful Orli looks in this pic... <333 I
was confused about which pic I should use for this comeback version and already
had a few pics in my hard drive, but when I found this one... the others went
straight out of the pool! I even named this picture file 'orligantengbgt'..
heuheuhuee xP Dianne said she laughs unstoppably when I sent her the file ^^;;
I'm writing this entry today--February 6th, but I don't know when I can post it..
>__< You see, my cable modem's broken.. so the only way I can get online is by
using telkomnet, which is quite annoying because I have to use my laptop and I
have to connect from downstairs, in the living room area--because that's where
the phone plug is-- and my living room is always full of people nowadays, which
makes it not too comfortable for me to stay there long. Besides, I've been so
used in using cable that I fear I would forget that I use telkomnet and stayed
online forever ^^;; That should have my parents blabbing... Imagine, me.. the
jobless girl, draining out their money for internet.. that should drive them
nuts! ^^;;; Anyway, the point is.. I won't be going online until I get
myself a new modem.. (which should be soon, I hope *fingers crossed*) but I will
try to write entries whenever I can and then post all of them as soon as
possible, yakusoku!
I went to KL last week! It was a big family trip, with relatives from
my father's side. There were over 30 of us! It was kind of hectic, because there
were so many people, obviously.. so I didn't have the chance to look for doramas
until the last day >__< I only went to Sungei Wang Plaza to look for them, but
it was near closing time so my sis and I had to rush from floor to floor to look
for the dorama selling stores. In the end we only bought Stand Up, Double Score
Motokare, and Boku dake no Madonna.. well, quite satisfactory lah..

Hoaahhmmm.. so sleepy! I'm quite a sleepyhead the last few days.. especially
yesterday.. after almost a week absent from the gym (Oh yes, I go to the gym
now.. have lots of fat to burn baby!!! ^^;;), I attend a Hi-Lo class, and that
plus half an hour of treadmill got me so tired that I slept for more than half
the day! And after that much sleep, I still overslept! Woke up at 0845, which
meant that I had no time to go to today's class (classes start at 9am) >__< So
instead, I decided to burn fat by other means, which was cleaning my room! I
went through all my stuff and found that I have LOADS of JUNK in my room! I
practically never throw out anything!!! I'm not even half finished now, but I'm
continuing tomorrow.. I can't stand the thought of going through another drawer
^^;;; And after I finish, I still have the rest of my cargo from Sydney to be
taken care of.. @___@ In other words, I'm just emptying my room to be filled
with newer junks x___x Well, hopefully I can finish the tidying up soon, or I'll
have my mom yelling at me every single day for sure ^^;;;
