angsty ranting ahead... holy fuck. one of my mom's friends/nonfriends/fucked-up-deaf-people-who-probably-hate-music people gave me a cd compilation of "2001's greatest hits!" i didn't want it. so i gave it to my mom. she was playing it and whoever created that didn't know anything about American music since half the tracks were released before 1999. The tracks were also probably not original, since Savage Garden sounds masculine and Dido's song was mangled even worse than the radio edit. (The one where the repeat the goddamn chorus seven fecking times in a row. WE GET THE IDEA!) The woman who resung the song obviously had testicles, and had a russion accent thing. 'then you HONDED me a tawel... and OLL i see is you' etc etc. I wanted to scoop out the contents of my brain through my ear with a dull spoon. I've had my Dido cd since the 6th or 7th grade, (it's probably been out longer than that) and I don't even look at it anymore, for fear that someone might peg me as an eminem fan. damn you all to hell. returning to the safe haven of my room, i was greeted with angry bdsm music about ass-slapping...ah, bliss. XD

ack. my internet was down yesterday and today. seems the router sometimes doesn't want any of the computers to go online. i tried to fix it, but...it's too complicated. i just wound up pressing a bunch of buttons and typing in ipconfig a lot.
oi. i hafta go to church today. i go every week, but this one is...an hour and a half long. after church i'm gonna go to my aunt's house. NOO! it's unbearably boresome there. everyone is 30+ or 8-. so the old people just talk...a lot and the kids all swarm about me and make me play stu pid games. usually, i just watch cable upstairs, but the children always find me. i should tell them to play hide-n-seek and then just walk away. ctrlshift8. gyah. NO INTERNET AT THEIR HOUSE! well, i think they have, but it's 56k. -insert x amount of sad faces- it's the dreaded curse of christmas come to get me again! no internet and surrounded by hordes of children.

IYOKO, I TOLD YOU SO!! I've been listening to it the whole week ever since its release on the 19th. I'm attempting finding answers for the history test, and so far I've found one. I emailed the ppl in my group but only melissa n. replied. I'm getting the magazine on friday! hopefully its the RIGHT ONE THIS TIME. sheesh i am not going to keep two january issues. if anyone's bored, go download globe's genesis of next. you probably want the one w/ keiko's singing becuz the ver (0,8) was uhm... interesting.... for 8 minutes... the one w/ her singing is the original mix and it's around 9:45. in two days namie amuro and VERBAL from m-flo are releasing the last single for "songnation" entitled "lovin' it". i've heard a sample but all i hear is amuro "wailing" in the background and verbal trying horribly hard to rap or something. disturbing indeed. i downloaded BoA's first song, "ID;Peace B" and discovered that she has FOUR versions of the song!!! There's English version, which I have, and believe me, she so far has the best Japanese/English I've heard. There's also a Japanese version and Korean version. Those two sound the best, wel duh. I haven't heard the chinese version though. I think someone got the Korean and Chinese versions mixed up cuz they are exactly the same length. haha, i wonder how she will sound like singing chinese.... gr.. i want to hurry and learn japanese, but considering now is winter vacation i won't be seeing my japanese tutor for another two weeks. oh yeah, another update on the "poor rich man" show i've been semi-raving about. there are (counts fingers) four guys in there now! the main character who also played rui in the chinese version of hana yori dango is the main character called yamamoto tarou smiles an awful lot in the show and everybody thinks he's cute.. even some of the guys!!! ctrlshift8. the guy who likes tarou is sugiura and he's like, superbuff or something... but he doesn't look bad either. tarou's best friend, i think, is really cute. i think his name is kimura, even though the caption sed "mimura". ahhhh....... the show is so stupid but strangely addicting. i strongly urge you ppl to watch it! especially iyoko.

Grr....The poster june gave me will not keep itself on the wall, maybe i have cheap tape? Or it might be because the poster is mysteriously attracted to the floor, lets blame the weather. today was strangely fun. i don't think i did anything for school. i performed a scene from the book we were reading for english and ate japanese food. for piano/computer music we...did the same thing we did since the beginning. in history, we watched had a raffle and watched A CHRISTMAS STORY. fun. p.e. was boring because we did absolutely nothing but sit on the bleachers, but we played games in geometry, then got to play on the computers. whoo. and in bio, we watched shrek and the old lady substitute handed out candy bars that weren't mini or bite-sized, but full-sized. has the unfortunate christmas spirit virus even affected the cold-hearted school system?

@_@ FOOOOOD!!! *munch* i finally get food... i forgot to eat when i got home, since i skipped lunch because i didn't feel too hungry then... anyways... i was late for practice because i suddenly glanced at the clock and shouted "HOLY FUCK IT'S FIVE FUCKING 25!!!" and scared the shit out of my sister and her friend. x_X i ran to the school. actually, i ran to the park. walked through the grass (grass is yucky and smells bad. x_x;). then i ran to the stopwalk. then i walked the rest of the way. good thing mark wasn't mad at me. makiyo and kikari yelled at me. and since i was too confused to answer, i just stood there nodding. i was hungry through practice, but irene gave me a few reese's pieces and a hershey's kiss. (THANK YOU MY DEAR SON IRENE!!! *glomp*) and today, i got my present from Kristi!!! *glomps also* THAAAAAAANK YOOOOOOOUUU!!! she got me a shirt and a box of X-rated fortune cookies. heh, i'm going to have fun with THIS. *laughter comma evil* today after school was fun!!! for the.. brief hour we sat "waiting" for the band room to open (even though they opened it after 15 minutes or so ^^;) squeeee!!! where are my fangirls?!

wahhh!! update on release dates! the new "songnation" compilation cd w/ "a song is born" (ayu + keiko), "the meaning of peace" koda kumi and BoA and namie amuro, verbal, tomiko van, hitomi, etc. comes out january 17, 2002! also, the new globe album hits stores february 6, 2002! yay! i want them ALL~! anyways, i have the "the meaning of peace" song, and it's not that bad, although ayu and keiko's song sounded better. koda kumi and BoA have really good voices together and they don't have crappy english like other jpop singers do.

yes... they do... oh yeah, today when i volunteered at the rose parade float decoration thing i saw this guy named eric meng who reminded me of sarutenshi! from the back he looks a lot like him! he also walks like sarutenshi! hohoho.. i met lots of whitney ppl there and i also saw neil and jenny. me and neil talked about alias and everyone had no clue what we were talking about. *snicker* . i couldnt go to the choir thing cuz my sister had some taekwondo awards ceremony and we had to go at like 6. and THEN THEY CALLED MY NAME TO GET MY BELT but i couldnt get it cuz i wasnt wearing my uniform and they called maggie's name too... this sucks... i have to take some time off my social time cuz im taking a whole shitload of classes next year. my mom wants me to go back to piano so i probably will, and i will probably be going to pasadena art school and take graphic design, on saturdays... did you know they give lots of homework there? graphic design better be fun. figure drawing kinda sucked and our teacher was kinda gay, i think. he kept hitting on this one guy called joe who LOOKED LIKE COLE from charmed. what else... um... i'm doing track.... whole shitload of reports to do next semester, finals.... dammit. hehe i cleared all this room for iyoko's purdy wallscroll.

seems like victoria's been the only one signing. so yesterday was most interesting. i had three tests. one for history, which i think i did pretty well on, the second for geometry, which i think i did horribly on even though i actually studied for it. damn you constructions. and the last for biology which i know i bombed because 92.8% of the questions were from the video that i slept through and the rest from the notes she had us review for weeks. what an odd teaching style she has. learn useless crap and get tested on something no one payed attention to. after school, i went to the mall with alex to try to do some christmas shopping. he got his done and i got...two presents. most of the crap i need is from towne centre. ew. i need to catch up on homework. i have 15 assignments to catch up on and two projects. huzzah.

yesterday, i was confronted by grace and she asked if colorguard was for cheerleader rejects. it's not like i haven't heard the joke before, but i find it completely stupid and irrelevant. first of all, cheerleadering and colorguard have absolutely nothing in common with the colorguard except they are probably things you sign up with the school for and they.. um... practice? cheerleaders cheer, hence the name. colorguard does not cheer. we only look happy so the judges give us a higher performance score. (it's true!) cheerleaders are school spirit and attend almost every sporting event the school has to cheer on the team. we only go to varsity football games to perform at halftime. we could care less about the game. half the colorguard hate the cheerleaders and the other half hate the dance team. although some stand neutral and could give a flying shit about either. cheerleaders do preppy happy jumpy-hoppy-dancy stuff. i guess if you hand a ballerina a rifle it might work. we dont shake our ass to hardcore rap (unless that's our theme. but it's not) so don't compare. you'll get laughed at for your idiocy-a-go-go and it won't be my fault. okay? XD (no offense to dance drill or cheerleaders. dont mind me and just go ahead and do whatever you want *smile?*)

i switched back to bright red because, i cannot for my life, remember the code for the dark red and i'm too damn lazy to check. of course rei doesn't have a penis. that would be me. XD colorguard practice was okay... i need to get BLACK socks because the bottom of mine are turning a freakish grey color from the stupid wrestling mats. we have to do a toss with the rifle facing the different direction and catch it up and down with our heads down and our feet in a funky position. i could only do it while singing "DAAAAAAAA... DAH!" then i got it. go me. kikari and makiyo were spinning flags on their backs (a lot. pain. x_x) and then they had to do a sit/squat position for a long time against the wall. gianne was cheating. :D during english, i started my new story. hopefully, i can finish it. x_X;; i broke the bolt on my rifle. *wail* i dropped on the tennis court and it landed on the bolt and it cracked! i have to buy a new bolt now. it's around 5 dollars. makiyo needs to fix her rifle. there's a big crack down in the middle and the wood is sticking out. *imagines makiyo running around panicked with a big splinter sticking out of her hand*
