Got bored, so I decided to look for some worthwhile albums to buy. I've narrowed it down to Tool's Lateralus and Nine Inch Nail's The Fragile. I don't know which Radiohead album to get, though. There's the beepy OK Computer, then The Bends which has one of my favorite songs on it ["Street Spirit (Fading Out)"], and Kid A. After previewing some of Kid A's songs on Amazon, I'm still not certain if it's a good album. Thom Yorke's [Radiohead] voice takes some getting used to. He sounds a lot like The Autumns. Never really know if I like his voice or not. I forgot where I was going with this.

Having another Gravitation marathon. The more you watch things, the more you pick up strange things. Confirmed that Yuki /does/ smoke menthol cigarettes, will try to confirm which brand, exactly. I've been told he smokes Alpha Menthol Lights. I know for a fact that in episode 4, the manga Shuichi holds up is 'Kimi to Boku,' Yuki's painting (if you look at it) depicts somewhat of a 'beach' type scene. With purple ocean and blocky cliffs and all. Maki Murakami must have made Ayaka into an unlikable character on purpose, for her hair looks like old strands of clumped noodles and create a nasty shape around her face, nothing at all like the style she draws the other characters in. I know exactly where Yuki's bathroom is, so if I walked into his house and needed to use it, i could find it. I'm also wondering what the hell he keeps in that closet in his study. Hm...

Started the four hour drive in the early afternoon. We set up our tent in Buckeye. Nice place - had a river. And bugs. A lot of bugs. [Plug] Buy Off! Skintastic! It's purple and it works! Did nothing but set up camp and play Mahjong. What little sleep I had was plagued by what seemed more like hallucinations than dreams. I think one of the scenarios was reading about stopping cicadas from making noise.
Woke up to find many bug bites on my neck. Went to another campsite's convenience center for ice where my sister and I saw a bear cub off in the distance. Crazy Mexicans were chasing it. Went on a two mile hike. In the middle of the afternoon. On the hottest day of the year. At least Crystal Cave was 50 something degrees. We returned to camp and swam in the river. We threw the dog in too. It was the first time he's ever swum. He didn't like it much. Played Mahjong again. I was the Mahjong Master! Three wins in a row! Hallucinations persisted. One of them was about a robot...or something. Eagerly anticipated leaving the next day.
Woke up to find out that the parents decided to waste more money on suffering through another night and discover more bug bites. Also found bear crap a few feet away from our tent. Looked at giant trees. Had to leave the dog in the rental van. ...Yeah. Was pretty pissy the entire day because we were staying longer. Sister was mad because she was planning on going camping with her friends on Thursday. Annoyed by Texan neighbors. Sister and I found a couple in the river naked. Worse things were soon to come. More hallucinations. This time about child actors who were making some sort of movie where they all get shot, but none could pretend to be dead.
More bug bites. Texans left to be replaced by some other hicks. Went horseback riding. The first tolerable thing we did. Packed up, picnicked by Lake Hume. Finally, we left the damned place.
Now it gets interesting...On the ride back [which seemed so much longer] we came to a rest stop to let the dog pee. Here's something important. There was no reception whatsoever in the mountains, so we couldn't get any calls on our cellphone. Another important thing - my uncle was to pick up our mail whilst we were away. Well, we finally had reception at the rest stop and my dad gets a call from my uncle. Apparently, my sister's car wasn't there when he went to pick up the mail on Wednesday. They called cops and other official people. Turns out her car was impounded for being illegally parked. Mind you, it was parked in the driveway when we left. Anyway, they couldn't get any more information from the cops because they weren't the owners of the car. Bewildered. [Fast forward to going to cousin's house] They talk more about the impounding thing and it turns out her car was stolen and illegally parked in Norwalk. Enough about the car.
So we drop my dog off at home. We also had to open all the windows because we had fogged the house before we left [to kill all the bugs]. Left to eat out at Sam Woo with the cousins. When we get back home, we find the dog. Lying outside on the front lawn. Stupid dog ripped open the window screen because he thought we were going to abandon him.

Mad mood swings are back. Stupid birds are fucking loud in the morning... wishing I lived in a high apartment complex so I can throw things out at the birds. The fucking mower was so loud, so I pulled up the blinds and yelled "Who the fuck hires gardeners so fucking early in the morning!?" then shut them. I'm going to be productive today and burn the rest of Pretear, and hopefully watch it, and not add it to the stack of Stuff-I'm-supposed-to-watch-but-is-too-lazy-to. Though I have motivation to watch Pretear... Sasame looks fucking hot in *SPOILERS* XD I'm not one for the Magical-Girls type series, but Hayate and Sasame are good reasons to watch. Plus, Himeno is a crack-up and she makes me think of Yukino-on-crack. Hm. o__O;
