these past few weeks have been really tiring. it's only 8:30 and i feel like popping off the computer to go to sleep. today during practice, i hit the pole with my hand and cracked one of my fingernails. (gaah. i've tried to make it as non-girly as possible) it was semi hanging and i had to peel it off so it doesnt get snagged in the silk as to prevent fast ripping = excruciating pain. so i peeled it. it hurt. i tore into the skin or something and it started bleeding. i had to wait for it to stop as not to get it on our new show silks. they're exactly like our green ones but red-orangy. i'm tingly with happiness. *giggles* before, we had to borrow Chino's ugly CATALOGUE-bought orange silks that make me think of cake. some other school had the EXACT same silks we had. (irvine?) ah well. we might make it to 6A this saturday, a 2-division-jump-up from where we usually are. the thing is, mr. orr didn't even tell the band yet. the competition is in... 2 days. i dont think drumline knows either, unless their instructor told them. now there are some poor people who still think we're marching in 4A with irvine (CARVING PATTERNS!!) and etc. sigh. or is being an ass... like usual. i've been feeling bitchy and lashing-out-at-people-y the past few days. *sigh* i need sleep. pitas is also out to get me. whenever i write a long entry, it always decides to crash for a while, but it'll take short entries. those bastards. fanfiction.net also likes to shut down on me while i'm in the middle of a long series. yay! sarutenshi is coming to picnic on saturday. i haven't seen him since kristi's party. ...ew. i went to my first professional sporting event today. GUESS WHAT IT WAS!! RACING!! it was...mind-numbingly dull. the cars went around and around and around for 152 FUCKEN LAPS! how the hell do those people sit through the entire 230 laps?! the cars were so damn loud when they passed too. i thought my ears would start bleeding any minute. i was so glad i brought my cd player, but i could hardly hear it when the cars went by, even though it was on max volume and i forgot all the other cds, so i had to listen to one cd the whole entire fucken time. the whole place stunk of sweat, beer, and cigarette smoke. the sweat was the only thing i didn't really like though. how tempting those screwdrivers looked after half an hour...
