aww. it's not really the fans' fault that they create multi-fandom products with the original characters. most of them are not making any money, and are only for the entertainment and joy of self and other fans. series like Gravitation were just way too short and left us in an uncomfortable place, so fanfiction is just a way that a fan could express their "wouldn't it be cool if this happened?" There's nothing we could really do, and protests and demonstrations with "LET FANS HAVE THEIR YAOI DOUJINSHI" posters aren't going to help.
