Second. Place. Out of 11 schools. One school had the same song we did. They went on right before us. They didn't place. YEEEAAAAHHH BABY! >D

No offense to West Covina, but that song is meant to be played LOUD and FAST. Drumline took sweeps again. No surprise, our drumline kicks ass. Band and colorguard are in one category now, I suppose. I'm greatly happy. Last week we took 5th out of 5, this week... 2nd out of 11. As of last week, our band was top 21st out of California, because of what we did at last week's comp. 21st.... which is 3 points lower than 14th place. @__@;; Everybody was so surprised when they heard... I wonder what our placing now is...

After the comp, I spent an hour on the bus to get back to Cerritos... Got to homecoming. Everybody already took pictures, so I grabbed some people to take pictures with me. So we have two sets of Delirious pictures. Huzzah. :D We danced a little bit... and this girl I haven't talked to for a long time asked Kikari who I was. Kikari told her, and I turned around because I heard my name. She was greatly surprised that it was me. I don't know if that's good or bad. :/ This guy yelled my name when I walked past him. When I turned to look at him, he looked embarrassed and said "never mind." Eessh. o_O Homecoming pictures will be posted soon for your viewing pleasure. We left early and walked to Carrows, which meant that we probably woke the entire fucking neighborhood on the way. Ate food, and talked for an hour and a half.

I had the strangest dream that night. I was running away from someone... I think it was our assistant band director. @w@ Anyways, I turned around and this trombone player from our band was running with me! Then we went into this house that was sort of like those shelters for runaway teens. There were a bunch of random people sitting in the living room... including Christine (from colorguard), Johnny (Who I don't even /know/!! He's on cross country with SAI-CHAN!). And my geometry teacher gave me soup and told me it was 'Chicken Delight' He asked me if it tasted good, and I told him it was like a party in my mouth. X________X;;;

Sai-chan... did you do anything to my streamload account? Apparently, my paid account got renewed... and I don't remember paying for it. yesterday was a busy day. once i went home i started doing all my hw, and then i had to go to some volunteer meeting. i got back around 7:30 and then ate dinner. i ate dinner twice yesterday. anyway, that's not important. after dinner i had to study for ap euro. but then i remembered i didn't finish my english hw yet, and so i had to read lord of the flies chapter 5. WHY ARE THE CHAPTERS SO DAMN LONG?!!?! by the time i finished doing that it was around 9 and i started studying. but i was behind 10 pages in my ap euro book, so i spent about 20 minutes reading (skimming. saiyuki doesn't read :) ) then i had to review all the crap from before. mr armstrong forgot to send us an email telling us what wasn't going to be on the terms-sheet test, so we all studied ALL the terms and there were SO many. i finally got james I, charles I, cromwell, james II and charles II straight. that drove me crazy. i knew james I was the gay one, so that helped. (he was LITERALLY gay). anyhow, so i studied all the terms and all the other stuff. i finally finished studying at about 10:15. then i noticed our room was a bit messy so i organized it a bit. (i actually went in to get some paper). i went to take a shower and then i realized i forgot to do my study guide. that took me about another 30 minutes and by the time i finished i was very tired. but anyway, i brushed my teeth this morning at around 12:30, and then i organized the room a bit more. i finally went to sleep (after putting medicine on my ankle and dropping eye solution into my irritated eye) around 2 o'clock. it is very difficult sleeping after 1. i woke up this morning at 6 with panda eyes. i was so tired i couldn't even walk straight and almost bumped into things. then during ap euro i discovered i didn't study enough "detail" and i didn't really study about john locke or thomas hobbes, so i think i failed the scantron section again. i got all of the terms, but i don't know how accurate my definitions were. english was boring. the teacher FINALLY realized that nobody was listening to her lecture.

alg ii was boring also. i HATE matrices. they involve so much work. i'd rather use substitution for those stupid equations. it's faster and it doesn't waste paper. math isn't very environmentally-safe :. chem was interesting, sort of.

me: ... do you think if we glared at the liquid, it would drain faster?
bernadette: i don't know. let's try it.

bernadette: it doesn't seem to be doing anything anymore.

fifth period was boring. japanese, all we did was review katakana flashcards. for 30 minutes -_-. the teacher collected four sumimasens in 5 minutes though, teehee. it was amazing how she didn't collect mine or iyoko's. i got my katakana writing test back. i missed a lot since my katakana is ugly. shrug. i was so nervous today, when i took my katakana flashcard quiz. i told iyoko, "what have i been averaging? (50 flashcards)"; she said, "18 secs and around 40 nanosecs..." so i said, "if i get 18.20, i'm going today" and THEN i just HAD to get ...

me: what was it?
iyoko: 16.
me: YOU LIE!!!
iyoko: *shows me stopwatch*
me: *clutches heart* IT CANNOT BE!!!!!!! damn.

then i think i got a heartache. while i was sitting in the teacher's evil chair of doom, my chest ached and i couldn't even breathe. the only reason i got 19 secs was because i was so nervous i couldn't even pronounce anything right. i was so nervous afterward that my legs were shaking as i was peeing. (great description, ne?) i was also shaking as i handed people change. i probably dropped four quarters. NOT AT THE SAME TIME!!! today is just my slack-off day... i'm not going to do ANY work. oh crap. english test tomorrow ><;. oh yes. iyoko, remember how i was trying to decide whether to get the "shinkirou" single or the "tsuki ni shizumu" dvd? WELL, THEY'RE BOTH THE EXACT SAME PRICE. -_-. they're both $38 w/ the "H" single combined. GUH i hate it when that happens. also, when do you think we can start selling stuff on ebay? i found some old magazines that might sell for a lot. i think.

REVIEW - SUGIZO'S "A PRAYER"
Personally, this video was too colorful for the mood of this song, though at some points it was black and white. SUGIZO looked very sexy with his open shirt (the whole time!!). We see a lot of his nice chest in this video. There's a really annoying girl in it though. She's wearing this large black shirt and no pants. :. The video keeps showing the same shots of her over and over again too -_-. Overall I felt the song did not totally match the video and was somewhat tedious, but I guess if you like to watch SUGIZO walk around barefoot and make hand motions while singing and sometimes playing the guitar, this video is for you.

i need to complain to hostonce once i get back from writing class. burning cds this whole week -_-... i got so many clips -_-. i watched mai kuraki's "secret of my heart" video.. god it's so boring. the song is good but the video totally makes it uninteresting. she just sings on this blank stage and she's not even wearing anything interesting. at least the camera view changes in hikki's "first love" video and there are other people too, and in ayu's "daybreak" video, she's wearing something at LEAST interesting to look at and the bkgrd is somewhat interesting. i didnt even get through the whole video when i gave up at about the halfway point. it was like a live minus the audience and band members.

I borrowed Survivor from my friend and was reading it while he was lecturing about the correlation between a school's reputation and property value. Strike one. He saw me reading and asked me how something would affect the property values of houses. I didn't hear the first part of it, so I told him to "rewind," as I always do in place of the idiotic "huh?" Stee-rike two! Then he asked me if I spoke to my parents like that - I said yes. Strike three and I was out of there.

He told me to see the counselor that handles all of "his cases" while he wrote up a blue slip for me.

I think I'm gonna have to write some bullshit apology to him now. Damn that man and his menopausal changing of moods.

Anyways, damn these teenage hormonal emotions! This song /alone/ makes me want to tear up, I cry when I get overly angry/emotional and yell at people (which prevents the yelling. argh.) and I cried at the thought of quitting the guard. Ugh. Sniveling female wench I am. I don't like this. Get rid of it. >F

On another note.... our team isn't getting anywhere. The weapons are moving foward, the flag line is... spinning in circles. Argh. No offense to any of them. The blame lies he who fucked up and decided to rewrite half the fucking show for them.
