Didn't attend today lesson. I'm totally tired. Everyday from 8am - 5pm and only 1 hour break. I really stress up with my Final Year Project.

Only have 60 hours to make it done including "PEPP Method" (Plan, Explore, Practise & Present).

Still thinking about my projects. What project can i do? Radio? Speaker? Guitar Amplifier? Door Bell? Tot of doing Mini-Box 2W Amplifier. Total 25 component. Budget. Easier.

Gonna buck up on my attendance and studies. Dedek need pay more attention and don't be a lazy bum. She needs to do more Sports & Wellness too.

School holidays is over! I realise i'm getting more fatter and fatter in just a month.

Best Oreo Cheesecake recipe ever!

So yesterday's dearest Mama's birthday.

But on Friday, me and the elder sister decided to bake a cake for her. Yes, model daughters we are. *grins*

What did we decide to bake?

Oreo Cheesecake!!!!

Yes, it was our virgin effort in making a cheesecake but it turned out great so great. I think it's in the blood coz Mama's got good culinary skills. Hehe...

One of the simplest way to bake a cake, but taste simply orgasmic! Especially for those with a sweet tooth, like me. Hehe..

You buy from cafes, it's like 4 bucks minimum for one puny slice. This serves 6, and cost waaaaay cheaper.

Being such a nice girl that I am, I will share with you all the recipe for baking this Oreo Cheesecake.

Try it, assure you will get addicted for more! My lil bro's friend tried the leftover cake this morning and even asked for the recipe immediately. I ain't lying! ;)

Got it originally from some website but modify it in our own way that we deem fit. So this is my/our recipe I am teaching you here!! Very easy, especially perfect for those who know nuts about baking too! No flour whatsoever, you can imagine the creaminess of this heavenly creation. ;)

Oh, I added about 2 teaspoon of lemon juice. But that is not a key ingredient in the recipe. I like my cheesecake with a tiny tint of sour-ish taste. :)

The pic we took for the finished product looked ok in the digicam at first. But was really messed up when I transferred to my computer. Very dark and disfigured. Darn, really need to buy a new digicam soon.

Anyway, the mum cried when we delivered the cake to her bed at the stroke of midnite, together with the birthday candles and decorations of coz. Hahaha~!! We've always just got for her mere presents year after year, but this time the usual lazy-to-cook daughters gave ger something more 'different'.

Tomorrow, the parents dragging me down to Grandma's (to the Daddy's side). I am soooooo not looking forward to it. Managed to 'escape' from visiting her when she was sick, due to work appointments last month. But now Daddy's been nagging again. Bleargh!!

It's not I am rude or unfilial or anything. From young till all grown up now, I've learnt how to differentiate those that really deserve my love & care, and those who don't. I hate people who's there only when you are doing well, and cast u aside when you aren't doing well.

I have absolutely NO connection/symphathy/feelings for this grandma. I've seen how she treated my family then, and now. Now my family is doing pretty well now, and woah, it's back to good terms again. Can get her "monthly revenue" from my dad.

And I'm not bragging here, but sister and me is the most successful grandchild amongst all the other cousins of my Dad's side. My dad despite being looked down upon last time, has brought up his kids well of morals and a good education. Yes, it's true. Can you imagine that, for a mere diploma holder and nearly an ITE graduates like us, is the best among the rest? The others are like secondary school dropouts, shotgun/messy marriages, divorcees, jailbirds, etc.

Sometimes I just wanna laugh at those aunts and uncles, who have hold my dad in disregard last time. But they themselves have messy marriages and lives now. I see 2 of them divorcing & remarrying within the past few years. Their kids and lives all so messy. Wahahhaha~~! Never mind, God have given them their due retribution. That's why I said I believe in karma. What goes around, comes around. ;)

Seriously, I don't think I would even shed one tiny tear if she dies. Once she fought with the aunt she stayed with, and no one else of her children wanted to take her in. She turned to Daddy, but I told Daddy "If she's in, I'm out." Well, Daddy doesn't have a choice, does he? Hahaha!! So she shifted from place to place in KL, staying with siblings and relatives. Now back with the aunt, always falling sick. Retribution.

But I have the total opposite feelings for the other grandma, the one on my mum's side. I think I love her so much that I would do ANYTHING for her Though now there are some misunderstandings with her and my mum's side of the family, I've never stopped missing her. Sometimes I wished I could show my love for her literally by hugging her and tell her that I love her, but I am not one who is very expressive in these kinda things. This grandma is leading a very good life now. Karma, again. ;)

Finally, boyfriend found a part-time job as a Mac Donald Delivery. To be frank, i hate to the core people work as Mac Donald, KFC, Burger King or Pizza Hut. I just don't know why.

Boyfriend bike suppose to be in Blue but it turns Purple. Something is wrong with my cam.

I can't live without my precious..... CATS!!! How cute they grew from a small kittens to a big fat cats.

Both of them have an opposite character.

"C Programming" = I really hate that advisors. She's so damn racist. In "c progarmming" class, only me & my guyfriend is Malay. When my other chinese friends ask for help, she help them but for us, haha! So, i didn't attend her classes since March and only came for test. Don't mind i get a "D" for it. I can't stand her attitude face.

"Microcontroller" = For this subject, hhmmm.... i passed up all my assignment. Maybe my project don't have waveform. All correct but cannot work. Stupid! It's mean half work, half didn't work. As for my test, 1st test = FAILED, re-test = PASSED

"JavaScript & I.E" = I only really keen to come for this two lesson. I always do the best for it.

* JavaScript = I loves to learn more about HTML codes
* I.E = Must always come cause for my class-advisor.

"Customer Service" = Get Satisfactory for this subject althought i didn't come for the lesson "much". This advisor very weird. She's a typical line dancing ah-so. In class, she talk cock, talk cantonese, malay & ...... eat fried rice which smells horrible in the air-condition, dancing in the class & never do anything. She's lots of crap but fun.

Well, me and my elder sister didn't literally make the cake but it was a last-minute dash to Westmall before our Daddy came home. So we settled for something that saves the money in our pockets, but definitely more 'touching'...

You need, a pre-made marble cake, Nutella, and colorful chocolate candies for decorations.

Pretend you totally forgot about the birthday and don't mention a word...

Deliver it after dinner, as a surprise in bed.

I know we made our Daddy a very HAPPY birthday boy man today... *smiles*
