It's really difficult at times to remember that we all give love in our own ways. I hope I will have the wisdom to respect and accept these differences. Oh give me the mental strength I need to repel negative thoughts.

Anyways that's a picture of my siblings and I in our garden when we were little :) I unearthed it while cleaning out my room, how cute right? I love my hairstyle hahah freaking awesome!

Hellooo I'm finally home! :) I suppose this marks the end of my travelling before I take my next big step towards adulthood.

Well the past week or so has been an eye-opening experience, though not necessarily an enjoyable one. Sometimes the people whom you think you can trust are the most dangerous. It kinda breaks my heart to realise that some people are not who I thought they were. But I guess with every disappointment there is a silver lining. Really thankful for all the warm hearts I have met and the wonderful moments we shared. :) It really gave me faith in people again.

Anyways it's good to be back, can't wait to fully recover from whatever disease I picked up in China. In the past three days I have had fever, stomach+chest pains, diarrhoea, sore throat, rashes and dizzy spells. Fortunately none of which was serious except maybe the rash. Sigh oh well.

Moving on to happier things, hung out at the playground last night :) We became kids all over again, laughing in glee on the swing and the see-saw. It felt like we were the king and queen of this magical land, with our accessories of neon light sticks. Simple pleasures are the best :)

Had the most amazing weekend at my cousin's wedding celebration. It was really awesome seeing my extended family and catching up. Plus I finally got to check out my dad's childhood home :) Nevermind how my cousin tried to matchmake me with his friends, or that I had to bathe with a scoop. It all added to the experience, pretty fun actually haha. Probably share some pictures when I use my laptop.

On a different note I'm kinda glad to be home for a breather before flying off again tomorrow. Hope the week ahead will be fun as well :) have a wonderful week everyone!

Looking at pictures from our girls' night out cracks me up non-stop. The photos look like they belong in Hangover III or something! Anyway all was good :) I'm so looking forward to the next time hee!

I never really thought that I would dread going on holidays ... but I do :( Feeling kinda homesick I just wanna stay in bed and watch TV endlessly boo. Oh well hope the next 10 days would be awesome. Besides it will be a good way to stop myself from shopping up a storm at the GSS.

Gotta loooove my latest playlist, comprising mainly DCFC's latest offerings, other indie stuff & the Cure :) I haven't been this musically delighted since the time I discovered Mumford and Sons. Imma happy sound owl now (private joke hee).

Finally took a dip in the pool yesterday. Nothing motivates me like a combination of a sinful lunch buffet & the purchase of a new bikini haha. After doing my laps, I spent some time sitting in the bottom of the swimming pool. Or at least trying to, when I'm not gasping for air in panic. I love how everything looks from 2 metres underwater, and how weightless it feels. Yup, definitely gonna do this again soon.

I feel like time is running out. There seems to be so much to do before I start work, but the days are numbered. :'C Majorly feeling emo about life now sigh. Well okay I suppose it's good to be busy; really excited about the next couple days hee! :)))

Hung out with my girls a couple nights ago over tapas, sangria and indie music. Definitely my kind of evening. :)
