current music: 311 - I'll Be Here A While

This is just a stupid short update, lol.

Gahahahah. I'm currently enjoying a Katamari Damacy Desktop Buddy. Basically, the little Prince just rolls up a katamari around your desktop, and you can drag the katamari anywhere so he can fall when you let go of it. So cute! XD You can download it at the official site. Freebies are hidden in the site to customize your desktop buddy. I suggest downloading it, since it takes off some of the boredom. XD

Well anyway, we watched Doom a few nights ago. It was okay. I liked it better than the other videogame-turned-movie, at least it's not too predictable. IMO though, in the first half of the movie, the plot moved too slow. But it gets better anyway. Ah what am I saying, just watch it if you're a videogame fan or if you just like the shoot-'em-up movie genre.

Also, I'm currently playing We ♥ Katamari. Still the same old cutesy, addicting game. XD The King still evokes some eyebrow raising on your part. o_O; Oh, and some stages in the game are quite new, which makes it more interesting. For example, there's as stage where you have to roll up a head for a snowman so instead of a katamari, you're rolling up snow. Or when you have to light up a bonfire, you're rolling up, yep, you guessed it: a roll of coins a roll of wood branches alit with fire. Variations like this adds up some spice into the game. Not to mention the funky soundtrack. :D Hahaaa it's so addicting even my brain gets rolled up AKSDHKSJADH.

In other news, new PC = ♥. *hugs it and sniffs the straight-from-the-warehouse machine-ish scent as if it's cocaine*

... I was about to end this entry, but I just found out that Soul Calibur III for PS2 is already released AAAAAAKJSADHASKJD @#%&%@#&%$&#!!!

current music: Bloc Party - Banquet

Hoho. I can't sleep. My body wants to, but my mind won't let me. The voices in my head JUST. WON'T. SHUT. UP.

So I took the pain of giving up and doing something else to make me sleep. Except that nothing else works. Reading, playing videogames, soundtripping, torturing a little bunny... nothing makes me sleep. Hence, leading me here into this place (a.k.a. the land of Shut Up And Just Write ANYTHING!!!) so the ramblings in my mind could telepathically transcend into the screen, but... yeah, it's still not working. Ah well, after all I don't want to use this blog as a trash basket for annoying negativity. o_o; Well, not like all the stuff in my mind are annoying negativity. There's still room for torturing little bunnies.

So I just have to think of something to talk about and this entry will have some meaning. :D

... But alas, nothing comes out. Therefore, this entry is pointless. :D

current music: The Killers - Mr. Brightside

Dreams are weird, I tell ya. It's like telling you to do something, then laughs on your face after doing what it says, all "HAAAA SUCKAAA!"-like. Figuratively speaking, yeah. :D

Kinda like what happened to this dude here.

(I forgot where I saw the pic, so... yeah. Don't sue me. Gyahah.)

current music: Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children - Beyond The Wasteland

Yes, another lame update. I never seem to get the chance to talk about all the stuff I wanna talk about, so bear with me. (And no FFVII stuff yet... just coz. @_@)

Anyway, I've been thinking of buying a laptop at least before early next year. I'll be gone in a few months (to places I never knew existed... nah just kidding) or so, and I'll wither away if I won't have a computer to hug beside me when I sleep. 'Coz that's just the way it goes. o_o Me with no gadgets = ZOMG DEAD.

So I've been wanting to switch to a Mac now. Preferably an iBook. I won't be worrying too much about using a lot of power, so it'll be enough. But I've just heard that Apple will ship out Macs with Intel processors mid next year, and most probably, the PowerBook will be the first to get an upgrade. Now I'm thinking of waiting for that Intel PowerBook too, because it can use Windows and probably be cheaper than the ones with the G4 processor.

The only problem for me is... yes, as do all tech-hungry people (well, not all) worry about, the budget. :D I've chosen a Mac so I wouldn't have to worry much about the viruses that often attack a Windows PC (and as we all know, laptops are quite hard to fix when troubled), but the problem is it'll be quite costly to maintain (or repair).

So... yeah. :D
I'm still open to suggestions though. (I think.)

// yes, i'm still alive.

Oho. So it has been 498 years since I last posted. Friggen' crap, I don't even know where to start. @_@

Okay. So my brother got married two weeks ago, and we stayed in a hotel (the same one where I held my 18th birthday) for a while, hence my absence in the online world. Didn't enjoy that much in the hotel though, because I was asleep during the day and awake at night. Well, as all human beings know, there isn't much fun during nighttime because everyone's friggin' asleep. Except when you call painting people's faces while asleep fun. :D

And suddenly, I got lazy of thinking of something to write about. @_@

While I'm at it, I've already watched Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and now playing the Playstation game. Will talk about this later, because I just got a shot of the Just-Shut-Up-And-Do-Something-Else drug. Ya, so, 'bye. o_o

current music: Final Fantasy VII Reunion Tracks - One Winged Angel

[totally useless post]

I just realized I want to play Final Fantasy VII again. And I will. For the love of the Turks. Haha. (And no, I haven't watched Advent Children yet. Shutupshutupshutup.)

current music: Live - Lightning Crashes

Yeesh. Yeah, so it has been eons ago since I last posted. Not that I was busy or anything... I was just in a pretty average dormant stage where your batteries get empty and you had to replace it with new ones. Except that I hadn't replaced them in any way. So yeah, I'm still dead. What the HECK am I talking about anyway? o_o Ah, just beware of some random stuff I'll throw here.

First, some random music blabber. Lightning Crashes by Live is one of my favorite rock songs... it starts off slow and peaceful, until it finishes with a hard, passionate sound. Wonderful. I've been wanting to play this song with a band and all (I know the solo bass lines by <3 LMAO), but yeesh, everybody nowadays is all into yuckoustic. And on a side note, I miss playing with a band. ASDFASDSHDKJHDSADSDSDASJHFASKF. And, on another side note, I want to see this song played on Rockstar INXS. Because the House Band rocks big time. And, on another side note (this is the last one I swear plzdontkillme), I now officially hate myself for deleting mp3s. I emptied the hard disk of some Red Hot Chili Peppers, Silverchair, U2, Stone Temple Pilots, Foo Fighters, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains (the list goes on... why even bother), etc. back then just to make way for some JRock/KPop stuff. And yeah, I know I already said that in a previous entry, but nobody can stop me from mentioning it again anyway. MOOHAHAHA. :D

In other news, the iPod Mini is already banished from the iPod kingdom. Its replacement? The iPod nano (yeah yeah, I'm about two weeks late with this, but I've been meaning to write about it in my nonexistent entry last week). Needless to say, I want it ASDJKDHFAASD. Anyway, it's just a few notches bigger than the iPod Shuffle, and it's available in 2GB and 4GB memory. It also holds pictures. Though am not quite sure what you'd like to view with a teeny weeny bit o' small LCD. It also has a car integration device. Though am not quite sure why I'm blabbering about the details here while people can click the link and check out the official Apple page anyway. :D

And there's this not-exactly-new videogame I'm playing... it's Beatdown: Fists of Vengeance (thanks to Alan for the copy btw). Well, you're playing as someone who's betrayed by the mob (yeah, mafia thingy, me likey :D) he/she works for, and the main goal here is to recruit other people to build your own mob and rise against the one who betrayed you. I like the plotline and some of the gameplay (because you had to change clothes and stuff everytime to not be detected by the police and the other gangs and all), but I didn't quite like the other stuff. Other stuff = slow loading time, fight sequence/gameplay, and the fact that you'll get tired of playing it because you get detected by enemies ALL THE FRIGGEN' TIME while you're just recruiting and robbing and doing other criminal acts of yayness (so therefore, the endless cycle of hunting money and the constant changing of your looks). Not to mention the SLOW LOADING TIME every friggen' area. All in all, it would've been a great game, only if Capcom took its sweet little time and polished it more.

Also, it's really really late for this, but I watched Red Eye two weeks ago. And I'll make this short. Cillian Murphy's character (the killer) is sooo lame I wanna cry. :<

Okay, I wanted to end it here (because obviously, my mind practically screaming at me right now), but I was just browsing at GameSpot and I just want to blurt out... WHAT THE HECK! SNAKE IS SO OLD! ;_; (In case you live in some rock or something, that's Metal Gear Solid 4). Even Otacon too! Wah! ... Oh hey look, is that Resident Evil 5? 8D
