Happy Merriment Day y'all
Saturday, February 21, 2004
I promised you guys an entry and by god I'm a man of my word. Yesterday was me and Mere's self made holiday; Merriment Day. So after a long school day of protecting Joe from his assassins, I went over to Mere's house. I would be the first to say that while I really don't like dogs, Mere's were good dogs. Well anyway we ended up exchanging gifts, playing darts, DDR, eating and watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Gifts-wise I ended up getting the photos Ben took two months ago along with a frame ( NOTE: Better camera person wanted. Person who knows when to take good photos), a necklace, a card, and a little photo of Mere. I ended up beating Mere in darts, but she beat me in DDR badily... not that we were really playing against each other even though it was versus mode. Then Mere fixed me dinner hehe. So, I had steak for the first time... really... it just tastes like meat... But anyways. I think you can figure out how Monty Python went. Desert was good with marble cheese cake, and then not long after I went home. That should sum up the night for you nosy people.
Then today Clement, Ben, Mere, and I went and saw 50 first dates then went mall walking. Let me say that 50 first dates was a hilarious movie. I thought it looked kind of iffy from the previews, but it was great.

semi-weird day
Wednesday, February 18, 2004
Okay, today was one of those mostly normal and yet, not normal days. I'm not sure exactly where to start really. Well I guess the start of my day would be good. Well as I was walking up to Spanish, I ended up seeing something that were a bit atypical, but it's not something to make a big deal about really. Oh, but before that I got to see Kyle's and Tony's German projects. The powerpuff girls were actually born of an 8 year old Aldielocks and Peter Griffin (from Family Guy) in a chicken suit. Or atleast according to Tony. Then in English, me and Miss Bornstein had a nice little chat about my course registration... I'm not going to go into details about that and bore you all to death, but atleast she didn't bother me about signing up for Comp Sci 2. Government was... well Government. Pre-Calc was better without Miss Holly. And David asked a stupid question in Bio. Quoted for your viewing pleasure, "Now, let's say I hooked up with a white girl. I'm talking full white. Is there a chance our kid'll come out Asian? I mean me being black and Asian afterall... yatta yatta yatta" Miss Hughes stopped paying attension at that point and he kept talking for another minute and a half. Really the past few days have been boring and I haven't been updating. But I can promise an entry late friday and/or sometime Saturday.

Have I mentioned I like the History Channel
Saturday, February 14, 2004
Okay, so I went around looking on the History Channel's website since I was bored. I ended up finding and interesting article on the history of Valentine's day, why we celebrate it and the real St. Valentine. Since it was pretty interesting... I thought I'd share. http://www.historychannel.com/exhibits/valentine/main.html

Happy Valentine's Day
Saturday, February 14, 2004
Especially to Mere... who isn't here to read this right now, even though this entry is for her. *shrugs* What'cha gonna do right? But yes, this entry is for Mere. The carnation you gave me is starting to look alive again, instead of frozen and scrunched up like it was. Wee, there's so much I could say right now, but I'm not sure what exactly to say... I think I'll add more to this later.
Countdown: 1 hour 15 minutes before I call Mere. The highlight of my weekend is coming soon. The problem is that time seems to moving so slow. That's usually the way it is in life. The things you like and want to happen pass quickily. But the things you don't want and/or the build up to the thing you do want seems to last a life time. I really haven't been in this boat very often. Often, there was nothing to look forward to except the monotony of day to day basis. I think Valentine's day is a good day to look at yourself and analyze how good life can be if you just wait it out. Much like this hour and...12 minute (now) wait to call Mere. And that's why I'd personally like to wish everybody who reads this thing a Happy Valentine's Day... and a Happy Merriment Day ^_~

V-day is soon
Thursday, February 12, 2004
Well, I was minding my own buisiness today in first period and the craziest thing happens. I get a carnation. Much to my suprise Mere sent me a carnation through Meg. At that point many events suddenly clicked together in my head. Mere and Meg's "drug" references, Meg not letting me and Clement see who she was sending a carnation to and well... those were the only two things.
Then I got home and had a nice long chat with Mere on el telefono. I found out a few things, but I won't bore you with those ~_^. Just trust me, it's not worth asking about. That's about it really...

Well... I had fun yesterday...
Sunday, February 8, 2004
Pretty much everybody who went rockclimbing did as well. After rockclimbing we all hopped in the van of Meg's mom and went and watched movies and ate food at Meg's house. We ended up watching Panic Room and Terminator 3. Hehehehee, I'm proud to say that I ate the most pizza in the shortest ammount of time yesterday as well. 5 slices =) I really could mention Meg falling asleep on Ben and a bunch of other stuff from yesterday, but I'm not in the mood.

Dad's birthday
Thursday, February 5, 2004
Okay it's my dad's birthday and I'm stressed out... kind of. It's more of a I'm tired kind of stressed out. *shrugs* Between dealings with certain people, and me and Clement's "evil army" I think I'm a bit more tired lately than I have been in awhile. I even thought aloud for the first time in months. But on the plus side: The weekend is close, I made the CD's I've owed people, and just overall things are good.

Okay, nothing has happened within the last few days so I'm just updating this to let you guys know that I haven't forgotten about you. The only real thing I can say is that I'm going rockclimbing on Saturday hehe

Guardie Movie event #2
Saturday, January 31, 2004
Last night I went over to Laura's house with Mere. Now, I could write out everything that happened but instead I'll summarize:
1)Me and Mere arrived at or about 4:40
2) Margaux sang and danced
3) We watched identity and ate pizza. Mere and I were able to correctly predict most of Identity. Margaux got scared a lot and while we ate pizza, most of the guardies got angry that I can eat a lot and yet be skinny.
4) We watched The Mummy Returns (I once again predicted some scenes correctly hehe)
5)We played pool until 11:00 pm. I won the first game and probably would have won the second game. My sister later said "of course you won, you were the only guy there."
Oh and as per Clement's away message that was up before I left, there was no morkey buissiness last night.

Okay, you can guess the main change
Thursday, January 29, 2004
Okay, thanks to Mere the tagboard is up and running in the very nice Blue and Black.
With that said, I had a boring day today. I have B's on most of my midterms though, so that's an improvment over last year. I'm really going to have to do better in my classes if I want to stay in Honors classes though. It's pretty sad when the Monkey acutally lets me choose what class I want to go into (she didn't give anyone in the class a choice other than me hehe). So, I have to get B's in government (and Bio, but that's a different story) for the rest of the year. *shrugs* How hard could it be?

another new layout...
Monday, January 26, 2004
Okay it hasn't been long since the last one but Clement offered to make on for free. That's something to jump onto. 64 hosted pictures, and one hell of a lot of fixing (Clement did most of it, bless his soul) later, we have this. Isn't it awesome? I'll make a real entry when something interesting happens.

Ben's party and the mall
Saturday, January 24, 2004
Okay yesterday was Ben's birthday party and while I did spend the night, nothing much happened after the women-folk left. Although I must say, Ariki (or however you spell his name) in the movie Brother is an awesome dude.
Then today me and Mere went to see Along came Polly and roam the mall. The movie was alright but unfortunatly Mere may have cooties now. Mere and I wasted a lot of time at the mall and were quite saddened that the Bubble tea guy wasn't there. This was sad because that's half of the reason we went, so I could try bubble tea. It was good fun though. I'm not experiancing signs of rabies though, so maybe Mere was right in saying she doesn't have it. ~_^

"I can't take you anywhere can I?"
Thursday, January 22, 2004
Okay the entry title has to do with the fact that I can't take my mom into card shops when they are selling Valentine's Cards... hehe. Too sweet... way... too... sweet... Anyway, I got Ben's present today. Last minute shopping at it's best. I also broke my word about not buying CD's for awhile and bought Placebo's Black Market Music and Cake's Fashion Nugget. I haven't popped in Cake yet, but Placebo is being... well um... Placebo. Or well atleast it's heavy guitar riffs instead of eletronic like Sleeping with Ghosts.
A lot of conversation went down with my mom today, I got a little annoyed after a bit but meh, what else is new? *shrugs* She made a big deal over Valentine's day and tried to undermind the plans me and Mere already have. That and trying to get me to buy certain cards when we were in the Hallmark store. However the quote of the day comes from her, "We like Mere, she makes good cookies. We want to keep her around for as long as possible, who knows what cookies she'll make next?"
Also, Congrats to Clement and Ang for making it two months. I'm suprised you haven't killed him yet Ang. ~_^

Wee, it's been a doosey of a day
Monday, January 19, 2004
Okay, not much happened today but what happened was rather... um... yeah. Me and JoJo have had two talks today one about Religion and one about my emotions and stuff. Quite fun actually. I answered some of Mere's questions about depression to the best of my ablities. And then came the real shocker of the night. My dad got fired. Okay, sure he has two jobs lined up and he's not out of the job yet, but... you know, he's worked there for 12 years. You don't see that kind of thing happening. Oh well, off to better things I guess.

My birthday!!!!!! ^_^
Saturday, January 17, 2004
Okay my kidnappers despite not doing that good a job of blind folding me took me to Arundal Mills. I must say that I had fun. Well, actually everybody had fun. Ben didn't have a present for me so he sent me in FYE and said "Pick out a CD you don't have" so I got the Foo Fighter's "The Colour and the Shape" and a window clingy thing that reads "Pimp zone. No entering. All violaters will be Bitch slapped". Then Clement arrived and we made our way to the food court so I could open my gifts from Mere. In the end I got pirated South Park and SNL, a new CD case, bubble wrap and cookies (Coonzie loves Cookies). Me and Mere escaped for a little bit... but nobody persued and went back after a bit. We then went to Jillian's where we played games and got 934 tickets on the ticket winning machines. Ben then choose to get Candy for himself and Clement, and M&M people for me and Mere (blue one for me and green for her hehe). After that we walked around the mall again and then went and ate at Chilli's. I personally ate 7 cheese sticks and a plate of fries. 'Twas very good food. Then some stuff happened afterwards that I'm not going to go into details about... but in the end Clement's mom drove me home hehe.

I had a good day today, how about everybody else? Well, tomorrow is my birthday and I'm getting kidnapped... willingly, I assure you... I'll probably write a long entry tomorrow.

migranes suck
Thursday, January 15, 2004
Okay I got my first migrane today and let me tell you, they suck. My day past that was pretty good though. My head is still bothering me (keep in mind, the migrane started up about halfway through lunch) though, so I don't know how much I want to type. I had fun jokeing around with Meg today though hehehe. It's fun playing the ignorant/sheltered card. ^_^

3 days remain in the planning period
Wednesday, January 14, 2004
Okay, today wasn't the best day in the world, but it wasn't the worst by far. I finsihed my guitar playing tests (Dubbs cut me a lot of slack. I thank him for that) and that is a good thing, it means I'll still have an A in that class. But I couldn't do the last two problems on my math test. Not good times. I sorta kinda BS'ed the second to last problem and I'm hoping I get partial credit. I had compeletely forgotten to study identities. Although I did have a few other good times today. Many actually hehe. David getting kicked out of bio (I clapped and saluted when he was told to go out into the hall hehe), Steve (Jackson) and me's obscure conversation, and Joe and Christie keeping me from getting to bio. Good times, one and all.

nothing really to say
Tuesday, January 13, 2004
Okay, nothing really important happened today other than me getting my hair cut. But, I did make some plans of my own for Saturday. 4 days remain for planning.

New layout, just for kicks
Monday, January 12, 2004
Okay I made this layout out of pure boredom today. I know I have some kinks in it, mostly with colors and stuff, but past that. My birthday is in 5 days...
