Alright my weekend. Friday was great fun with the "rude photos" quotes from Mr. Yoder but past that it wasn't that great a day. Bio class Miss Hughes brought in Cicadas though. Some of the girls in my class were freaking out.

Saturday was uneventful, other than seeing Troy. My parents went to get us in, but the ticket guy didn't care which was great. When Mere and I went to get snacks though, Clement and the group yelled "Coon, use protection" which was amusing, but not really necessary. Lucky thing my parents weren't in yet. So we bought our nachos and soda from Krason then proceeded to watch Troy. It was a pretty alright movie. It had tons of fighting and really that's all I wanted from it.

Sunday was another do nothing day. So for those of you complaining of a lack of entry, there you go.

Sunday Entry?
Sunday, May 9, 2004

Alright, I was supposed to go golfing today, but I already hurt my arm once this week so screw that. So instead I went to the mall with Mere in hopes of getting a mother's day present. I couldn't find one though. Oh well. My dad and sister had already gotten her stuff anyway. So Mere and I walked down to the pond and just kinda relaxed for awhile. Not a bad day if I do say so myself... especially considering this was planned in about 10 minutes.

I'm not adding another entry just to put in a survey, so I'm saving space.

Friday, Saturday.
Saturday, May 8, 2004

Alright, Friday I went to Atholton's Spring Concert... people actually had the nerve to ask me why I was there. Hmmm... I wonder why. Seriously hehehehe. In all seriousness, they were good. Twas good times other than people bothering me.

Went to Steve's Party today. We saw Van Helsing. Good times. Apperently I'm not supposed to buy my own food... not like I care though. I did it anyway. Then we went back and did nothing for a bit. David came over and Steve opened his presents. I'll let Clement go into detail about his at a later time. Then we started to play Risk 2210. Unfortunatley, nobody wanted to play after their first turn. Oh and did I mention Steve tried to eat 6 Saltines in a minute. It's impossible to do. Yeah, when I left Nick, Kyle and I were playing risk while the rest were watching Family Guy. No one was knocked out of the game either. Atleast I got to claim Africa for a short while.

The usual Saturday entry
Saturday, May 1, 2004

Today Mere came over, but not for very long. For then we went out and played mini golf. Yes, I would like to repeat, Mini Golf. Rocky Gorge was really crowded, but it's sad how badily Mere and I did on that course. I mean, with a par of 51 and Mere getting a 45 and me getting a 42 and all. Then afterwards, we went back to my house for a short bit then went to Red Robin and to get tickets to see Man on Fire. Then we went back to my house again and finally went to see Man on Fire. Good movie, slow build up. Gotta like Denzel Washington. He makes any movie good in my opinion. Coincidently, Mike Krason was at the movie too, he claimed he said hi, but I didn't hear him, neither did Mere. Oh well, he came up to us after the movie. Then Mere went home with her left overs from Red Robin. That's pretty much all there is to tell. So you can leave now, I've got nothing to sell you.

Kyuss
Thursday, April 29, 2004

One name, one band, impossible to find... unless you look at FYE. I have to salute FYE, even though their prices are a dollar higher, they had both of the Kyuss CD's I was looking for. Then my mom, thinking she'd get a reward, did a stupid survey at Arundal Mills after dinner. Which was also after some little misadventures that aren't really important for now.

On a side note, my mom's new blue car is a freaking speed demon car. You press the gas pedal down a tiny bit and you are going 20 miles per hour within a split second. This is versus the green carolla that when I would press it down the exact same ammount, it would take up you up to about 15 mph, and in a much slower ammount of time. Lucky thing my mom just wanted to show me how fast this thing was. Seriously I'd hate driving it. I had a hard time keeping it at around 20 mph and according to my mom it gets worse since you can be going 70 and not notice it with that car.

Stupid Jerk-offs
Wednesday, April 28, 2004

Today was a good day even though Driver's Ed was boring... of course when isn't Driver's Ed boring? But yeah, after that I went home and then went out on a quest to get a Kyuss CD and to drive. Nobody has any of Kyuss's CD's, which is a real bummer (but mom might be taking me to FYE tomorrow to look there), and there was a (slightly older) Don Berry look alike at Tastee Freeze which was creepy. Now to explain the title of this entry. There were a few jerk-off drivers on the road tonight. Apperently following the rules is not what I'm supposed to do. So yeah, I got honked at for stopping to see if the car on the other side of a one lane bridge wanted to go, and got tailgated for going the speed limit. Stupid jerk-off girl and hick. Luckily, my mom let me call them jerk-offs and that they could bite me. Not to their faces though (although I would have). Oh well, atleast I'm on the road.

Another Entry, run for your lives
Sunday, April 25, 2004

Yes, another entry, I update when I do something. Today I went bowling with Mere, Ben and Mike Krason. Jokes were flying as much as the pins and that is a good thing... I think. Overall Mere and I got told that "the bathroom is over there" and "get a room you two" no less than 4 times. Worse yet is that it was mostly just when we were standing close or when I was tickling her... dirty minded people. But yes, much fun was had by all I believe. I hurt my wrist using a 14 pound ball, but it worked for the most part atleast. Then Mike left and the rest of us walked over to Taco Bell and had a nice meal there. Then all parties went home.

If anybody knows where I can download a copy of Slither by Velvet Revolver that is actually a good copy of it, IM me. You will be rewarded somehow...

coonzie @ 06:16 p.m. |

Long time.. no update
Saturday, April 24, 2004

Alright, I know I've been slacking. But what did you want me to write about? The trees? That was the only thing exciting in my life for the past few weeks. But yeah, today I went driving again. I actually went on some backroads today instead of just the parking lots. If you are not already afraid, pray for your mortal soul... now. Then I went over to Mere's house at 3:00. I gave her the photo Jasy took of us at the coffee house and the CD she wanted and got a little frog full of sand in return. I'd say it was a fair trade off. Especially since we made snicker doodles after that. Now, I may not be good at rolling balls of dough, but I am good at eating cookies. Oh and for the record, if the recipie says it'll make two dozen, that means about three and a half. After the cookies were all baked, Mere and I proceeded to play Super Bust A Move. I've never played that game before in my life, but vini vidi vichi. Then we watched most of the first Matrix, however this time was different, for no apperent reason the subtitles were on... in Spanish. Will you please join me in saying "Morfeo!". Too bad the subtitles were censored for the most part. We stopped the Matrix not long after dinner, we weren't over but I knew the rest. Master and Commander: the far side of the world was then popped in. Oh and, incase you didn't know, it was based on two books. Hence the long title. Anyway, we watched that until I had to go home. But yeah, this was my grand day today. And bowling tomorrow.

As for anything interesting for the time I haven't updated... Meg said I should name my guitar Sherbert... I wonder why...

Coonzie on broadband
Saturday, April 10, 2004

I would like to say that Verizon delayed me getting DSL no less than 4 times. But I would also like to say that this was worth it. Now just to get the network working later.

I spent the night at Josh's house last night and we didn't do all that much so really all this entry was for was so I could say that I'm on DSL now. Go back to your daily lives now.

Another two day update
Tuesday, April 6, 2004

Well yesterday I did practically nothing... except going down to Clement's house for a bit. We then hung around Nick's house for a bit and then I went home. On a side note, I played Rise of Nations for the first time playing the quick play tutorial. I didn't do all that bad if I do say so myself hehe.

Today we had a Matrix marathon at Ben's house. Mere had to miss the first one because her parents wouldn't let her be over without Ben's mom being home, and I'll tell you what... Ben's mom was not happy when she did get home. But let's not go into that. After the movies, I paid Ben to go get some pizzas for us to eat... We were supposed to all chip in money, but it ended up just being my $20 that was used.... oh well I ate probably the most pizza anyway. Now I have no clue what I'm going to do until Friday.

Friday and today
Saturday, April 3, 2004

Friday I went to the mall with Clement, Kyle, and Steve. We ended up seeing Secret window, which by the way was a good movie. I don't want to ruin any of it though. Then I went home and slept, just bideing my time for today.

What happened today you ask? Mere came over. We played such fine games as Zone of the Enders and Timesplitters 2. We set up AIMutation to allow us to talk while being away and had conversations with such fine people as Meg and Clement, all the while being away. Then we ate from Checker's, watched a movie and then Mere went home. All in all, good times were had both days.

R.I.P. Whooshy Stick
Sunday, March 28, 2004

Well, I guess I should start with yesterday, seeing as how that's really when I did stuff. When I woke up on Saturday, I noticed something... it was only 8:00 AM. Saddened, but hungry, I walked out to the kitchen and made some French Toast pop-tarts. I lost track of time until around 4:00. That was when Mere came over to help with my photography assignment. While I'm guessing some photos didn't turn out, it's perfectly alright by me. The whooshy stick died during this time. I broke this 10-15 foot long stick twice, before making a few last whooshy swings. My mom got upset that I took Mere into the basement since it's smelly down there, but oh well. Me and Mere then went to AMC to see dawn of the dead with the gang. Humourously enough, Ben's dad gave specific advice to me since I was the only one who had a girlfriend at this time. As to what he said... that's really for me to know. Or atleast all of what he said. Dawn of the Dead was not a scary movie by any strech of the mind... either that or I'm just desensitized to blood and gore in movies. Take your pick on that one. The whole time I was expecting something disturbing or scary so I took deep breathes to keep my pulse down, but there was no reason to really. Oh well.

Today, however, I actually did something as opposed to most Sundays. My sister was online so it's not like I could waste my day online anyway. Anyway, around 11:00 me and my dad drove up to CD warehouse only to find that CD warehouse opens at 12:00. So we went three stores down to Gamestop where I bought Metal Gear Solid: the twin snakes. Fear me and my non-existant stealth skills. Then at 12:30, me and my dad drove back to CD warehouse where I got Socialburn's Where you are CD and Bush's sixteen stone. The catch however is that I got them for a combined total of $12.58. That was a pretty good deal if I do say so myself.

coonzie @ 01:25 p.m. |

almost there...
Wednesday, March 24, 2004

Wee, once again I have my "first couple weeks of Spring" allergies. The throat is sore, my head hurts and my eyes itch and burn like there's no tomorrow. This sure is fun. But past that I've been doing okay incase you guys have been wondering. I'm just a bit bored really. I don't really have much to say. Humourously, Ha was wearing a shirt from Maddox's website. It said "For every animal you don't eat, I'll eat three". God I love that shirt. Even better is that this girl in my English class said "Ha that's horrible. Take that shirt off." Stupid cheerleader who has no sense of humour. Oh well hehe. I'm going to go find something to do.

The christmas tree finally came down
Sunday, March 21, 2004

This week has been hectic with all of the projects and stuff, but I can safely say yesterday made up for it. I went over to Clement's house around 12 to start our El Cid movie for spanish, which by the way looks to be shaping up nicely in places, and then went to the coffee house with Mere at 7. The coffee house was good (don't let this out from under your hats... but me and Mere got a free soda) with some bands and singers being better than others. The highlights definetly were Miss Miers-Bond yelling at bands, the band playing four songs when they were supposed to play three (and getting yelled at), Jasy saying "awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww", saying "Ben" at Ben Johnston and him not responding, and many more things. What can I say but Good times.

This morning however the Christmas tree finally came down (as the title of this entry says). That only took three months. I'll be going over to Clement's house to finish the movie for Spanish so I'd better get ready.

coonzie @ 10:32 a.m. |

Mighty fine day
Monday, March 15, 2004

Today was a great day. Even though I couldn't buy coffee house tickets today. Luckily for me though, Mrs. Meirs-Bond told me that if I dropped by during extended passing I can buy them then. Then I developed some photos and they turned out perfectly... a few dust spots aside. Mr. Dubbs assigned 7 pieces for us to play for him... I got 6 of them done in one class period hehe. Mrs. Holly was long gone and that helped math go by. Then in Bio I found out that I have a 97.3%, I r a happy Coonzie right about now. This was only made better when I went outside to skateboard in the very nice weather and found a ten foot long branch had fallen off one of my trees. Needless to say that swinging it made cool whoosy noises. Now I just need to download the rest of Salival. Only three songs left and I switch over to DSL in two hours. That'll help the cause.

The rest of the week
Sunday, March 14, 2004

Okay, tuesday - thrusday nothing happened at all. Really nothing happened on Friday either. But that's the typical week in my life hehe. So let's just talk about yesterday shall we? So, Mere and I went over to her friend, Laura's house to watch movies, like we did awhile back. Once again I got called Boy and Mere's BF (the letters not what they stand for) more than any of my names. But it's all good. Until most of the people got there we watched this movie on TV from the 80's, it was... interesting. Then we watched X-men, I didn't pay all that much attension because I had already seen it though. I also once again learned that apperently Mere and I are cute together, this was especially seen in the loud "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW" that came after me and her walked off to something to drink. It took a lot to get the second movie started. Between people not being able to decide, interpretive dances, kareoke (I sang Flvor of the Week by American Hi-Fi when it came on just because I could), someone popping in a workout video twice, and some other tomfoolery. Then we ended up watching a weird movie called "Practical Magic". If anything it taught me one thing, not paying attension to a movie can be fun. Mere got yelled at by her mom just as my parents arrived to pick us up though =(. So who knows if she'll be allowed to go to the coffee house... I'm hoping so though. 'Twould be nice.

coonzie @ 11:34 a.m. |

yeah... I haven't grown up at all
Monday, March 8, 2004

Okay I could write a nice entry about Joe, Joe's friend Justin, Clement, Ben, Mere and I seeing Eurotrip yesterday and then malk walking and all that stuff. But instead I'd like to devote this entry entirely to the yo-yo my dad gave to me today. =) I feel like such a little kid, but it's a light up yo-yo! hehehehehehe I've never had a light up yo-yo before. God this is fun. The only problem is that it's an auto-return yo-yo and it's harder to do tricks on. But past that it's fun as anything. I almost cut of the circulation in my right middle finger before writing this because I was having fun. It's so cool with the light up stuff. I'm happy my dad took this from his work. hehehehehhehehe I'm such a child. =)

A visitor came over today
Saturday, March 6, 2004

I'm not going to say who because it should be an easy guess. Clement and Nick went on an IM'ing spree while I was "away" with my visitor (meaning in the room but not on the computer). Nick pretty much holds the record with IM'ing me 54 times. I'm going to have to congratulate him later. My visitor and I had quite a bit of fun, if only they didn't have to go home before we finished watching Ocean's Eleven. Oh well, hehehe atleast I got Cookies. =)

coonzie @ 11:15 p.m. |

Good day =)
Friday, March 5, 2004

Well I can very cleanly say today was a good day. Sure, Clement was missing from Spanish but we got doughnuts. Then I got to develop my crazy homoicidal bear film. Jasy showed up during photo and half of my table and the people around my table said a ryhme. "Jasy J, have you come to play?" I laugh and call it my current Quote of the day. Guitar was like any other guitar day... good. The rest of my classes went by without a hitch. Bio is such a great class, one girl lashes out at David all the time now, Miss Hughes also makes fun of David. He's almost stopped asking stupid questions now. It's great. =) While Mere was working with Sara on their little job, I beat the last two stages of Halo (again, since my old x-box broke I didn't have my old file) and then got Taco Bell. I still say their hot sauce should be labeled "mild". Tomorrow is also shaping up to be a good day, since I'm going to have a visitor. ;)

coonzie @ 09:29 p.m. |

Urge to kill nerds... riseing...
Thursday, March 4, 2004

Gah, okay maybe Coonzie won't be going broadband today... the stupid Nerds on Call place rescheduled to the 15th. I mean seriously, what. the. hell. Clement, I know you are going to read this sooner or later. If you know what kind of router we'd need to get, my parents are willing to let you hook it all up. I know you won't accept a payment, but we'll be paying you in Pizza. The one thing I was looking forward to today has gone down the drain. Oh well, there's still Saturday. I still have to ask the parents though, and I don't feel like asking with my Mom's friend over.

And now I return to say that Saturday is definetly a go, and I can play now play a little song on my guitar. "Eon Blue Apocalypse" is the name of it, Tool is the band who plays it. =)

coonzie @ 04:29 p.m. |

January 14th 1970
Wednesday, March 3, 2004

Well I knew today was going to be weird at lunch. I wasn't expecting it to be directed at me though. I got an earfull from Meg about a comment I made and how I didn't understand her side of the story, and then immediatly after, she left without hearing my side of everything. Apperently she thought the comment I made was me only listening to Steve's side and not her's and how I don't know what she's going through since I've never gone through it. EDIT: I started to write my argument here and then realized, She probably won't listen to it anyway. I'm just apathetic with this whole situation and really it's not worth it. Besides, no one should ever really know how much I know about their situation, about how much I try to attain a mutually good decision for everybody without them knowing it, about how every action I make is planned. So, I decided that I'm just not going to help anybody except for myself for awhile, excluding a certain deal I made to someone, they know who they are. The funny thing is, I felt bad for both Meg and Ben before today, now I don't think I feel as bad for Meg as I used to. Anyway, to happier things.

I forgot to mention eariler this week that RHS finally has a school sign. We don't have that stupid piece of tarp that said "Reservoir: Home of the Gators" on it anymore. We had an assembly today for Black History Month. Really I didn't think much of it but it could have been worse. hehehehe I can't wait until tomorrow when I get DSL, that'll be good. Coonzie will be going broadband =). As for the entry title which I know you have been wondering about, My MP3 player is really glitchy and it said that today was Jan. 14, 1970. I just figured it would make a good title for today's entry. Meh, I think I'll work on homework now.

Election day
Tuesday, March 2, 2004

Wee, I went over to Clement's house today. I finally got to ride the boat with Clement and Kyle which was good fun. I feel bad for Steve though, we came to see him after and him and his sister got in a fight before our very eyes... the worst thing was that he had people over. =( I then went running with Clement because he needed to so he'd be ready for track. I ended up wearing myself out. Meh, I wish my parents would have been home so I could have seen a movie or something. Oh well. Saturday is only 4 days away, as long as I don't fall apart by then I'm okay.

Saturday, February 28, 2004

Ahhh another trip to Shadowland. This time with Sara, Brad, Ben, Clement and Mere. Much merriment was had by all I think. Between my pack randomly going invincible (Yes I am Jesus... have you heard of my passion?) and the stuck up on drugs group that was flat out annoying it was fun. Sara got photos from the occasion, but odds are most of the people reading this were there, so there's really no need to post them.

Oh and I think I can say with certainty that I am going to the coffee house this year... I wonder who I should bring. ^_~

MSA's = Easy
Wednesday, February 25, 2004

Yeah, today was a good day. Not really for anything that happened, but just in general I felt really happy for no reason... Not sure why hehe. I got Corizones Dulces in Spanish. Took the MSA, which was easy as pie... mmmmmmm... pie... um... anyway. Then proceeded to Photography for 20 minutes. I played guitar for an hour which was good times for no real reason. Then the rest of my day I just kind of went through without doing much. Then on the bus ride home, Dooley wanted to have a thumb war and I freaked a lot of people out with my double jointed thumb. Muhahahhahahahhaha =) All in all, nothing much happened but I was still pretty happy when I got home. I just hope Meg is feeling better...

EDIT TIME: Quote of the day (I can't believe I forgot this) "Don't punch a girl in the chest, she'll get cancer" Just goes to show you, people at RHS do not always equal smart.
