Saturday, 11.9.02--11:16 a.m. ahh ah hhhh
because i don't feel like drawing mancha people or the b house (will no longer be an xmas card) or graphing planes in 3 dimensions or hating spanish (and english for that matter) grammar,i will waste time online. shouldn't be too hard. maybe i'll randomly change thi pg, hrm.
Wednesday, 11.6.02--12:37 a.m. and i'm free
i've been happy lately. don't ask why, 'cause i've got absolutely no clue. god knows i don't have too many positive things to look forward to right now. what am i talking about? i've got too many to count, but the negatives are overriding everything. oh well, we'll see. anyway, tip for book readers everywhere: don't ever read 20,000 leagues under the sea. it doesn't even deserve the capital letters that i'm too tired to type. i think the only reason verne wrote it was to show off his zoological classification skills, or lack thereof. like i would know.. :) i want to read so many books at once, and i don't even know what titles. how much sense did that make? lol, what i mean is that i have a pile of stuff to read, but then i want to go find books on stuff like astrology, taiwan, new zealand, leonardo de vinci, and monkeys. go figure. heh. yes, so this is my life. that, and i haven't drawn the B house yet. ack.
Monday, 10.28.02--09:09 p.m. ding
i hate the end of marking periods. it's all about scrambling for grades, and not getting those grades, and everything just being so stressful and irritating. gaah. i feel extra tired now too, cuz of the time change thing. its actually like 10 pm right now. and i still have to study for eng, copy some notes, read a bunch of crap, and edit my glob paper. egypt is cool, however. in some ways... :)
Saturday, 10.26.02--04:03 p.m. all my instincts
went to the district xc meet in hershey this morning with joe... it was really cool; that was the first xc meet i've ever been to. we came back here, and sat around for awhile (while laura beat us up). it was so relaxing. i can't wait for thanksgiving/xmas. no school, mmmm. the trees (burning bushes?) look really awesome today. i think i might go run instead of working on my paper. one must take advantage of a nice day, right? in other news, dmb tickets go on sale today, wish i was getting one. bah to expensive tix to concerts in d.c. oh well. because i'm bored:
What Unconventional Movie Heroine Are You? brought to you by Quizilla
oh yes.
Thursday, 10.24.02--04:46 p.m. zamalek and ahli
weeeeee're off to write about egypt... tralala. it' been about 2 weeks since last monday, in my opinion. joe comes home tomorrow!
Wednesday, 10.23.02--09:44 p.m. bedouin
you would like egypt: "Egyptian children, raised with the idea that whatever you can get away with socially is morally permissible, must rank among the worlds most naughty."
i'm a member of NAHS now. go me!
Monday, October 21, 2002--04:03 p.m. seasons of love
- what you need is the monkey of looooooooove -
heh. i hear kids being happy outside. want to be little again.
since we love lists, i want to:
a. be in richmond, sorta
b. have thanksgiving now, thank you very much
c. see dmb in concert on dec 22 in d.c.
d. travel the world, right now, or just new zealand. with joe.
e. know everything
f. go jump in leaves, scream, and take pictures
g. see the lotr: two towers midnight premier on a wed night.
Monday, 10.21.02--04:00 p.m. ahahahah
SO MUCH HOMEWORK THINK I'M GOING TO GO DROWN MYSELF NOW. wait, water shortage. damn. ever wanted to just randomly go up to somone and whack 'em? yeah, so it's not just me, great. la!
Sunday, 10.20.02--01:11 p.m. contradicting orders
-- so take a shower shine your shoes you got no time to lose you are young man you must be living --
so i'm sitting here "looking over" history notes, and being bored. i actually turned down alex's invitation to hang out with him, kai, and whoever else is going downtown later this afternoon. wanna know why? homework! i have soo much to do. i should get it done, so maybe i can go to border's or something after dinner/eng presentation crap. yay! but then again, mom won't wanna go.. "it' a sunday night! we're not going to border's on a sunday night!" gah. my family never wants to have any fun, AT ALL. in other news... there was another sniper shooting, this time in a ponderosa parking lot in ashland, VA. tha's half an hour away from joe, and REALLY close to where will ariel was. apparently he had some hall mates in the restaurant. that's so scary, way to close to home. yeah.. so back to the history of the arab-israeli conflict. who-hoo
Saturday, 10.19.02--09:36 p.m. headlights
forgot to mention, seeing old friends after 3-4 years of no communication is very weird. very weird indeed... [must call tyler] [must go do hwk, damnit] when does it end?
Saturday, 10.19.02--09:26 p.m. she woke me up with a bang bang
first, everyone should read ender's game. that book was so incredible, i read for 4 straight hours, and cried at one point. geez, i was reeling...
second, mud wrestling is fun.
third, dispatch is such a great band. should go buy their cd now. :)
fourth, walking in the rain with friends = fun
fifth, the guy that works in the lettering store at west manchester mall doesn't know what he's talking about
sixth, i miss last year.
put end tags on your html code!! gaaahhh...!
interesting. am listening to the general now. mellow.
Sunday, 10.13.02--11:17 a.m. one minute there was road beneath us and the next there was sky

so where did everyone go? it's an endless circle, wonder when i'll seeyouagain. it's lovely, but i just don't know.
Wednesday, 10.9.02--06:45 p.m. could you geeve us a moment
3. i like it when defense scores. i would be ecstatic if brie HAD knocked over that cage. oooh boy.
Monday, 10.7.02--07:04 a.m. breakfast
"...said they didn't want any tinhorn fun, the dying children sauntered off, their feet sticking to the planet, coming unstuck, then sticking again. they disappeared aronda corner. trout, the eyes and ears of the creator of the universe, sneezed."
"the chemicals he mentioned were intended to kill all the foliage, so it ould be harder for the communists to hide from airplanes."
Tuesday, 10.1.02--11:12 p.m. ekky ekky ekky p-tang
did i mention we kicked hanover's butt 2-0? well, we did. go ys fh!
Tuesday, 10.1.02--11:01 p.m. until my dying day
just finished waching moulin rouge (instead of doing hwk). that movie rocks :)
the leaves are changing, and im determined to notice it this year. i decided that while listening to the geese starting to fly south last night. isn't autumn wonderful? yes, so, i "relaxed" in the hammock this afternoon (while reading this insanely boring little book called War and Peace in the Middle East, hence the quotes...) and stared up at the umbrage (!!!! vocab word! yeah baby... right...) and that' my story. oh yeah, note to self: finish refinishing bed before it either gets carried off by killer centipedes or freezes to the porch. amen.
Monday, 9.30.02--03:56 p.m. to describe it figuratively
"please accept from me this unpretentious bouquet of very early-blooming parentheses: (((())))."
a summary: woke up at 6, ate eggs and toast, finished english paper, took shower, copped a ride from mom to get to school, slept through chem, got turned into a clown in theater arts, found out that i actually don't suck at alg, conversed with mrs kim the resident l-i-b-a-r-y person, got mad at the computer because there were "0/1" copies of the republic in the library, and came home sick. however, things are looking up, i think. american art review came today (yay!), and i don't have to go to the field hockey game. now, don't get me wrong, i love hockey to no end, but not when i feel like my insides are going to randomly spill out. lovely, i know. now it's time to go read about a suicidal oriental poet. i like seymour much more than carpenters.
Sunday, 9.29.02--07:19 p.m. aaaaahhhhhh
i feel like i have ebola and am being slowly ground into the floor. i think i'll go throw up now.
Sunday, 9.29.02--05:03 p.m. should've listened when you called my name
"when he'd passed us, I felt a compulsion to look back over my shoulder, and when i did, he waved back to me, vigorously-a great, bon-voyage, come-back-soon wave. it picked me up no end."
so, this wkend was extremely relaxing. friday night we went to partake in tea at sparky and clarke's. it didnt even really matter that the place was jam packed with randomly appearing, rain-drenched little kids, i loved it anyway. nights filled with friends, local music played by friends, and smoothies are the best, i wish they'd happen more often. :)
sat morning was GREEN. this wks homecoming week, so that means decorated halls. and boy is ours decorated. we ended up going to the dollar store down by weis and buying anything green we could find, namely plates, pom-poms, garland, and place mats. its so great, walking down the hallway you see this green glow and then when you turn the corner you step into our version of bourbon street. who ever thought up the mardi gras theme for a high school homecoming anyway? it's fun, but, well, we have some people who take things very seriously down here. speaking of homecoming and football-related shtuff, our football team finally LOST! to delone, too. it was kinda expected, well, i expected it. oh well. the pictures in the paper of our players getting run over by delone people (literally) amused me.
i'm finding it's a whole hell of a lot easier to get by without doing any work this year, as opposed to last year. maybe i was just overly obsessive last year or something, bt i'm getting pretty decent grades now, doing little or no work. in fact, this week, i've fallen asleep in the middle of doing hwk (mostly joe's fault, heh), and woken up the next morning not having done any of it, and it hasn't made a difference. i think i'd much rather learn than get perfect grades, to tell you the truth. well, learn as much as school can teach you, which is only maybe a quarter of everything people SHOULD know. :) FREEDOM RUNNERS!! bwhahahahahahah! i love you guys
Find your inner Smurf!
you know it.
Saturday, 9.14.02--09:49 a.m. it's the case of the acorn vs the gov't
last night we kicked butt. i mean, we REALLY kicked butt. our field hockey team went from getting last for around the last 5 or so years, to almost winning the championship game. i thought it was cool. :) we beat christian school of york 6-0 (i scored one), which meant that we had to play d-town for first place. it was odd, i actually felt nervous. i've never felt nervous for a field hockey game before! it always went aong the lines of 'oh, we'll lose, no big deal.' but not last night! i cntributemost of it to our seniors this year, they're all so into what they're doing. but anyway, that has to be the most intense game i've ever seen, let alone played. britt scored a goal for us with an AWESOME flick, but d-town came back and scored on us, amking it 1-1. it stayed tied all through the second half, and we had to go into sudden death, seven on seven. and i got to play! i was so unbelieveably happy, i guess i'm doing something right! we played, and played and played... and ran like 7 corners. i was exhausted, but i wanted to win so badly. in the end though, d-town scored on us. anessa never couldve stopped it, because it was some insane shot that went into the way upper righ hand corner of the cage. we were all bummed, but then it was like, we came from last to second, and it took d-town 65 minutes to beat us. YEAH SUBURBAN!!! so much fun... this is why i play field hockey :)
on another note, joe came back!!! it was a day where everything was great, i think. i like those kinds of days... he actually stayed for almost the whole tournament, when he couldv'e gone home and slept. now that's nice. wish i could've gone to the goucher xc invitational with him today, but dad's being, well, an overprotective dad who doesnt understand anything. yeehaw...
one last thing before i go draw: "wendy's: eat great, even late."
Wednesday, 9.11.02--11:03 p.m. tomorrow is September 12, a milestone has passed...
...This is my right, A right given by God.
To live a free life. To live in freedom.
Talkin' about freedom. I'm talkin' 'bout freedom.
I will fight for the right, To live in freedom...
Monday, 9.9.02--11:04 p.m. moo
spanish sucks. end of story.
Sunday, 9.8.02--09:32 p.m. no matter what we do
your mission: go to school 7 hrs a day, learn and remember many things, get A's, go to field hockey practice for 2 hrs, do well, win games, return home to at least 3 hrs of homework and studying. Do all of this within 16 hours (leaving time for things such as: social interaction with those people called 'friends', art, flute and reading) so you get 8 hrs of sleep. Repeat for five days a week. Hard? Yes. Impossible? I sure hope not. Good luck soldier.
Saturday, 9.7.02--11:30 p.m. papa oom mow mow
back again.. i'm tired, but can't sleep. so, i am bored. hmm. i should go to the fair tomorrow. maybe with friends, since i never get to see 'em. friday night was so great though, dinner at wonderful garden with some of the most awesome people in the world. another note: chinese chips and duck sauce is so good. so is sweet and sour chicken, and green tea, but keep the sweet and sour sauce out of your tea. thank you, and come again.
