The Cool Movie

Semua ini awalnya dari temen gw Lisa. Inget banget deh gw, waktu itu tuh kita lagi ngomongin tentang film favorit (kebetulan kita duduk di paling belakang), trus dia bilang ada film yang keren tentang pencuri yang lihai banget dan (apesnya endingnya dah dia bocorin duluan) kalo mereka tuh dikirain akhirnya ketangkep tapi ternyata lolos juga... Wahasil gw tertarik en pengen nyari, tapi berhubung dia lupa judulnya apa (bener2 deh...) jadi sabar aja nunggu. Tepat sebelom liburan akhirnya dia inget juga, dan jadilah gw liburan ngubek2 tempat rental VCD.. Akhirnya nemu...

Abis nonton ternyata emang filmnya KEREN!! Kayaknya gw emang sedikit 'malingholik' apa gimana yah... Tau kan, 'D.N.ANGEL', 'Saint Tail' juga dulu gw demen, 'Pirates of Caribbean'=bajak laut Karibia=maling Karibia, 'Dark Angel' juga pernah ada yang pas si Max nyolong... Maling2 semua tuh... Ga tau, mungkin karena cerita maling2 dan sejenisnya seru banget, haha.. Kejer2an gituw... Apalagi kalo malingnya pinter, wah, tambah seru tuh!! =)

Ge paling suka pas adegan awal2nya, mereka kabur dari bank cuma pake rollerblade doang. I really mean it, KEREN banget! Musti pake yang pro tuh... Masa ada pas dia lompat ngelewatin tangga sekaligus ada polisinya (jaraknya kira2... 5 meter ada ga ya??) Sayang ke belakang2 film dah ga ada lagi... =( Tapi cara mereka kabur di saat terakhir (pas di mobil abis ngekibulin polisi brengsek yang meres mereka) juga KEREN.. Sayang rada2 ketebak, huehehehe..... Anyway, overall worth to watch for the action!!

Television Series

Arrghhh.........!!! Why there isn't 'Dark Angel' at Star World??? [NOTE: Notice that I talk about the TV series 'Dark Angel', not the manga series titled the same. =P]  Usually at Thursday night I watched 'Roswell' then 'Dark Angel' at one time, having dinner in front of the lovely TV set. Ha ha. Instead they showed an hour early of what they said 'The finale (or two finale??) episode(s) of Joe Millionaire!!" Anyway, about the real drama TV series, they said it sometimes full of fake, rite? Is it really true, then?? Whatever. Not a thing I should think of. Ooops..... should not be a bit too harsh or something... Whatever it is, I'm really really grateful they still show 'Roswell' season III. I know sequels never been much better (except LOTR maybe. XD), but this is one of the rare watching option as TV series, hehehe.....

Eiffel...I'm in Love The Movie [WARNING!! Major spoilers!!]

Hhm. Rite... Don't know what was I expected, but maybe I compared this film too much with Ada Apa Dengan Cinta, and obviously it couldn't be compared. So. Whatever..... Well, I don't know with others, but for myself the movie is better in some ways, but worse in other ways too. Alright, just in case somebody doesn't want to read this full-of-spoilers-thingy, you have to highlight  the typing down here first before you could read it. Heh heh.

The BETTER things:

They cut the scene where Tita and Adit watched at the cinema. And yeah, it doesn't hold much meaning to the story.. Only Adit's show-off to Ergi. Also the scenes where Tita and Uni played trick on Adit on the phone. Well, it does funny, but.. doesn't really meaningful to the movie as well... Another one is the scenes at airport, when Adit want to go back to Paris!! It's better to be left out... So, chop, chop! =) And it is really funny, when Adit danced in the room and got caught by Tita. Ok, it's really too Meteor-Gardenish, but then, nice try!! Better see it on screen, hahaha.... Also... when Tita cried to Adit, saying she had already broken up with Ergi, and Adit (eyes still closed) smiled broadly and laughed all by himself. Lol.

The DOWNSIDE things:

They cut the part when Tita and Uni played trick on Adit. It's better to be cut off, but it's funny!! (ha ha) So after all the cut-off things makes the movie better. But it's too bad the players still act like they were 'reading'. You know, they said the beginning of the sentence, but then paused a little, then continued it again. But oh well, overall they were pretty great lah!! But really, I imagine Uni should be more 'heboh, susah napas, dan gak tau malu' when she explained about the 'angel' she had seen (which was Adit, of course). She became a little calmer character there... Oh yeah, this should go to the 'BETTER' things, Nanda there was good, quirky, hehe... Oh yeah, seeing the movie, it's like it has some missing things. Like: Adit and Uni had only met ONCE, and next when Tita asked who phoned Adit (and he answered, "Uni.") she burst something like, "You're going out with her instantly.." or something... Already a bit forget, hehe...

So, it's a nice option if you wanna laugh. Really. Support the Indonesian movies!! =)

Things that Made Me Annoyed

I should get the ticket to the noon show, it's like... at 12.45 or something? But after the long queue, my friends (who reached the locket early) said that they only got ONE ticket spared for that time. So we all like, "Oh, that's ok then. The show at 3 pm!!" But AGAIN, they told us they only got FOUR tickets spared (and I've bet it must be the front line. Really front.). But there were SIX of us!!! After a quick decision, well, we decided to take it. Better than not watch, that was my thought.

Later, when we arrived at 17.00 (the show began at 17.15), I noticed the (uh, what was it called? Anyway, it's) information board, telling that there was midnight show of the movie. I went like, "What?? Why don't we watch the midnight show instead??" Well, but tickets had been bought, so no reasons complaining.... Urgh... And yeah, we had to wait for a long time... At around 17.30 the people from the previous show just finished!!! Geez... From all of my watching in cinemas experience, I've never faced delay that long... Typical Indonesian culture, huh?

Fortunately I went with my friends. So it was not too bad whatsoever, hehehe.... Oh, and just one question: When will they show 'Matrix: Revolutions', eh???

Eiffel...I'm in Love

Rite.... 'Eiffel...I'm in Love'! Hmm.. I noticed some bloggers had written about this book, and I've asked deeta about it, as you can see, hehe... After I dropped a message on her blog, my Sis brought home the book, so I spent... Umm... wait.. about three hours to read it, if I'm not mistaken... Anyway, deeta was right. My Sis was right. Everybody was right. It has NO CLIMAX. And yeah, the end is so poor maintained... Too bad...

Anyway, it is a fine choice if you want to give yourself some laughs. Really. Well, I don't know much, but I was burst out laughing couple of times when read it two days ago. And HA! Lucky for me, no one was at home at that time. That saved me from the family humiliation, you know, haha...

Still want to know how's the movie like though. Maybe I'll watch it this Saturday, if everyone is tight with their own promises to hang around together that day.

Really not in the mood of writing, truthfully. It should be a nice holiday, but I just got loads, loads, and loads of homework! =( And can you believe this?? From all of the calls and sms I got since the holiday started (Um... 16 November 2003), you seriously can count how many among them that don't involve the whole homework thingy. Wait, just one about Chris O'Donnell, one about email, and few misconnect people! For the last thing, haha.. The person called me, "Miss?" ["Non?"] and I thought he was only being polite or something, but then it turned out that he was looking for someone with name started with 'Miss' ['Non']! Could be 'Missy' ['Noni'] or something...

Yesterday morning I took a jogging trip with my Mum. I should do it with Dad (as we always did for couple of times) but he was off to the tennis court, so... =) When we arrived at one of the parks in my residence area, we met some members of my Dad's Gang. Not really a gang, but anyway they are in the same club named 'Klub Pejalan Kaki' in English it was called 'The Streetwalker Club' or something? Not really good at such translation, hehe... The members are all Mr... If you can catch what I mean.. (Bapak2) Haha.. I must admit it's a bit funny that in such age Daddies can also create a gang of their own, don't you think?

This morning I went there again, but this time I tagged my Dad along, hehe... We went earlier than yesterday, so all we met was just one of the members, haha...

Oh yeah, I've read 'Eiffel...I'm in Love'! But maybe I'll talk about that just later on.
