Grand Haven lost their football game against Grandville. It was pretty bad, but I must admit the game was just plain boring. Most of the students just stood the entire time, blocking the view of those who wanted to sit because standing is way too tiring (like me)! I spent most of the time speaking with Greg, Alli's brother. Greg is very intelligent, and he is an awfully nice person. Everyone in Alli's family is nice. Homecoming is coming up on the 29th, and I truly wanted to go, but I don't think I will have the greatest luck finding someone to go with in such a short period of time! I refuse to go alone because that would make me seem like an idiot; there has to be someone to go with. Ack, I won't bore you with teenage worries. Grand Haven lost last night, and I barely noticed. The game seemed boring, not to mention the obstruction of view. These thoughts probably are insignificant in comparison to those who are worrying about their loved ones in New York. Well, my prayers are out to those in need! May the lord grant you ease through this time of loss. Okay, that was way too mature for my age. Anyway, I got to go. Someone e-mail me with links! Kudos for now.

As the numbers of those who died and are missing in Tuesday's tragedy, I get more and more worried about my grades. Yes, I know that seems really selfish. I got a 44/50 in on the multiple choice test, but with a 47 being the highest score, that would mean I would get an A. However, the essay part has not been scored yet, so I am hoping for at least an A-. Hours of reading and studying need to pay off. And, I got a B+ in AP Comp over some vocabulary quiz only because I was so focused on studying for the US History test! I was so mad! Anyway, back to International matters, I believe we should demand the handover of Osama Bin Laden from the Taleban, even if it requires military force. I am confiden the American government will do anything in their capabilitiy to make sure that happens. Thanks everyone for signing the guestbook! Kudos for now!

It's all very sad. I am sure all of you by now have heard about the tragedy that has struck NYC and Washington D.C. like a slap in the face. We did not do much in school but watch television yesterday. I am still stunned that such a thing has happened on AMERICAN soil. I think everyone is, too. So many people...gone. It's all a tragic thought. I am just glad that the US is going to make sure they can do anything they can to ensure these people are brought to justice. That, of all things, is a re-assuring thought. I wish I could write more, but I can't...not with all this homework and studying I have to do. Tomorrow is my first AP History test so wish me luck! Kudos for now. BTW, I have not gotten any e-mails about GOOD LINKS!

Well, it's early! Rise and shine. Yesterday, Alli's party was fun. It really helped take my mind off of school and all that stinking stress. I really am trying to be very un-concerned with school right now, but it doesn't seem to be working... At Alli's party, we went on a scavenger hunt, and my team, otherwise known as "Team Asia" won! Note: Team Asia had nothing much to deal with our ethnicity. After that, it was pizza and a nice, teenage game of "Truth or Dare." Of course, we had the normal subjects such as romance, honesty, and the famous, "Who do you like?" question. Since I have nothing much to hide, the game was fairly easy to me (for the most part). Today is going to be a day filled with, "What am I going to write for my AP US History essays?" and "When am I going to finish vocabulary?" Ack, there goes school coming into play again. BTW, I plan on adding some more links (e-mail me if you know of any), and I want to see some more signatures in my guest book! Kudos for now.

Finally, can you believe it's the weekend? I certainly can, and my oh my am I overwhelmed with joy I have two full days to rest! We really, really need more days of break! I have to wait in AGONY until Thanksgiving! Goodness! I have tons of homework this weekend, especially for AP US History! Our test, which will take a process of two days, is on Wednesday and Thursday! Note that the exclamation point is sarcasm and fear. I finally finished my AP Comp paper around midnight. I did not go as well as I thought it would. I hope I at least got an A-. Okay, enough about school! Tomorrow, I am going to party at Alli's house. How fun! Everyone lives in Forest Park nowadays...Emma, Alli, all these people! Unfortunately, with my heavy-duty workload, I did not have enough time to go to the football game. I really wanted to cheer the Bucs on! I heard we won. That's good enough. BTW, added guestbook! :) Kudos for now.

Great...it looks like tonight is going to be one of those when I am still going to be up at midnight. I have so much homework, including re-writing a paper for AP Comp! I spoke with my teacher today, and she said it just did not answer the question. I completely disagree with her. I usually do not disagree with my teachers, and it is not that I hate Mrs. Shaw, it's just I do not know what she's expecting. I think I did well (A) on my Chemistry quiz, which is great because I studied forever! Also, the Algebra II test was fair. Ahhh! I'm bombarded with homework. Since tomorrow's Friday, I plan on adding more links. If you know of any good ones, just e-mail me! Kudos for now.

I am so sick of AP classes. Currently, I have two, and they have become such a serious pain! The classes require so much reading and noting it is not funny. I was way too depressed to post yesterday. After getting a few bad grades, I felt like I was on my way to Doomsville. It was absolutely positively some of the saddest days of my life. Now, I am writing to my blog, a record of my memories as a sad, depressed teenager. Maybe I should change my favorite color to black, and instead of calling it Stars and Circles, rename it Death and Doom. Nah, I am bound to cheer up sometime! Homework calls...including hours of reading for AP US History! Kudos for now! P.S.-If you know of any good websites I can link up to, e-mail me!

HAPPY LABOR DAY! Note that only people who are insane are on the computer and surfing the web, working hard on the blogs, during the holidays. This is so fun...blogging, if that's a word. I finally finished my AP Comp practice application essay. It was really hard and challenging because the topic was so gosh darn vague. Plus, I just finished noting for AP US History! I am SO ready for a pop-quiz tomorrow. As for the weblog, I added a few more links, including links to my friends' sites, and one to MTV, and a counter! Keep 'em coming. I am trying to find a good guestbook out there to put on the blog, so e-mail me if you know of any! It should be up soon. BTW, my thanks go out to everyone helping me with all this HTML! :) Kudos for now!

I have a blog. When did I learn this term? Today, at "Emma's" house. NOTE: Emma is also known as Miranda. Gee, what was I doing there? Eating and jumping on a bed. Eating Chinese food, and jumping on a bed due to boredom, that is. We also yelled at Emma's little brother for not wiping his nose. I am so excited to finally start a weblog, otherwise known as a blog. It is going to be so fun doing custom HTML and record my thoughts for the day. My last website...well, it didn't turn out the best. Unfortunately, now I have to leave to write a pretend college application for AP Comp and some reading and noting for AP US History. Kudos for now.
