Speaking of memory lane, I decided to drop in on this Furuba Forum to see what the lastest buzz is..and i was sorely disappointed. I haven't followed the manga since the introduction of Rin. To that degree, I don't know much about her or the other new characters. But it seems that the update as of now is that Akito is really a woman, and Yuki gave up Tohru for some girl named Machi, and Kyou and Tohru are having an agnsty unconsumated relationship. I mean has this series gone to hell or what? It was such a let down. For one thing what kind of name is Akito for a chick? I mean this blows the anime out of the water cause they gave him a masculine voice..not to mention so many features in the manga previously were so male that I feel sorry for that girl cause she is flat as a board..I just think it's crap. It was bad enough they had enough gender-bending with Ritsu and that was at least understandable but to pull that the other way around with Akito? Not to mention now everyone has a coupling. How boring is that! I liked it when there were possiblities and triangles. Where Tohru had two prospects, where the mabudachi were single fellows, one in mourning, one insane and the other a bachelor with secrets. But now?! Augh..it all started when Rin entered the scene. I had hoped she was the rooster, why? Cause in the chinese zodiac the Rooster and the ox are very compatible (Rooster is not compatible with horse or tiger) and also the Rooster is actually referred to as the 'bird' so it can be male or female, it is also a yin sign (which is female) but no no, she had to be the horse (which is a yang sign). So my interest in her dimished quick. Now with all this other crap..augh it's no wonder I highly prefer Shounen series cause "paring up" is not usually the primary reason for being. I'm so sad that Furuba has gone downhill like this. I hope it ends well and unexpected to make up for all the crap. I used to adore that series.

Ah well that's enough ranting for now. My next project is to make some fanlistings..why? Cause I figure I can update that a lot more often since it's not hard to add names and stuff. It would be anice break. Besides I am really sad that noone has picked up the torch to creat another Eriol/Syaoran fanlisting. Seriously they are like the best couple. So if no one else wants the reponsibility I will take it (being the fervent supporter I am)..too bad, I wish there were more fans for them. I guess Tsubasa has really killed the prospect of that pairing (who knows?) Well..back to work!

Ooh I forgot to mention that I updated my sites heehee..so yeah I have finally been inspired to do some fanworks..though most are just 'spur of the moment' CG rakus. Hoohooo..what brought about this deluge of pics? Well I was taking a trip down memory lane looking back at some of the old series that I was addicted to. Out of nowhere a nostalgicness possessed me and I started to doodle..so there you go. The only new Fanarts are the Last Exile pics. AAHHHh I HATE DIAL-UP! Everything takes for freakin ever on this crap!..anyhow I NEED to get AIM..I need to get it now but this god forsaken comp wont let me..I will find another way.

Anyhow I have been on the search of a new series to get utterly addicted to. So far I was mildly impressed with Last Exile..well Dio mainly. I actually got some fanarts done for it *reminds herself to update site* ermm..FMA I absolutely love but trying to download all those eps on my friend's comp is taking forever (I did cheat and skip to the last episode which made no sense and yet was very sad, so now I have to back track to see what the hell happened!)..waiting for the eps on Adult Swim is excrutiating and then of course I think only the first box set is out or something *sigh*..in short without a steady supply I lack the fuel to obsess..*watches Family guy in the background* hehehe Stewie..priceless.

The guys of Meine Liebe are all pretty boys..normally just the thought of a german school full of boys has me drooling and ready to pair em up..but nah the story line is not calling me. I saw the last episode of Inuyasha too, I only follow that series on Cartoon Network cause it doesn't call out to me too much. Somehow the idea of Inuyasha and Kagome bothers me..I want him with his original love Kikyo. I do like Sango and Miroku though ^^ it's kinda cute. It was infuriating to me that after 100+ episodes they STILL haven't defeated Naraku! AUGH!

I dunno..I end up just drawing my orikara's half the time cause I have nothing to truly obsess over..*sips some tea* OH well..if anyone knows a really good series and can tell me why it's a good series and why it's obsession-worthy let me know and I will try to check it out..ok gotta go feed the kitty now.

mmm the Grudge DVD is coming out soon...*shiver* I can't wait for it to scare the shit out of me again..

OK so where have I been lately? I have been playing Halo 2..in co-op mode with my sister. It is the best damn game I have played all year. However it took us so dan ,ong to finishis cause of the holidays and cause of my sister's job (I refused to play without her!). Also I have been catching up on my tv time, :*) I love my adult swim damn it!..Anyhow Halo 2 is done and I am back at it. I will be updating my websites soon (I have to finish uploading the megami website)..yay. Fan art is a long ways coming though unfortunately as my old old comp is threatening to die on me and it has no online access. Also I wont be home forever..it will be back to the grind soon.

On a lighter note it looks like I have found my friend CTR once more. I have always had her website up but I have never found a way to communicate with her and she finally found me I now have her e-mail yay! I will busy myself with writing her back soon. It's amazing how I'm starting to connect with my old friends again, I also had an old webmistress from t he past e-mail me today and she gave me her new link and told me she had been looking for me for a long time. Shit..that's what happens when you have to get your own domain cause the owner of the last one closed down. I am very thankful to my first server's webmistress without her support I would not have met the people and communities I did back then ^_^

For the best news today, I got an e-mail from Newtype and I actually WON one of their give aways. Very soon the peacemaker vol.1 and artbook will be MINE bwahahahaha! I always send those things in but I never thought I would actually win anything, I am stoked!

Well the holidays have been very weird and crazy for me. I hope yours were good and I pray to god that this year will be much kinder to me than fucking 2004 was! Fo' sho..hahahaha.
