11:22 p.m.
ooh i'm super bored now so i've decided to blog bout sth interesting! today jing and i were in ps watching mr and mrs smith when this light started shining at us.. the light's flickering was super irritating but it stopped some time later and attention was back on the hot smiths again =) heavenly.. so imagine how irritated i was when the screen suddenly blacked out some time later.. and this girl comes walking in saying pls get out cos there's a fire.. ok right fire.. and so we do and to my horror, FIRE!!! it's smoky outside man! quite a fantastic sight.. the whole place is like already empty and it's only us movie pple around.. gv informed us so late lah.. wth.. so imagine the whole world (boy do i like this exaggerating shit =)) from all the cinemas on the level trying to get down on one escalator lah.. genius us decided to walk the stairs.. which many followed suit, something i sorta regretted though when it occured to me we were on the 7th floor and in heels.. i sorta freaked out cos on one floor the glass windows of the door cracked lah.. well they might not have cracked due to the fire but then again...... =) so since we were like the last to know.. we came out and the whole world was already outside haha.. but i still think we should have screamed when we came out then drama abit haha.. fire engines and stuff woah funky lah.. jing and i were talking bout the incident later and it's funny how both of us thought the light (which was the fire alarm btw) was like from the movie haha.. and when i asked jing she told me it was a sniper lah wa lau haha.. ok how now brown cow.. the smiths! the super gorgeous smiths! damn.. actually i think it's funny how when the screen blanked then quite a no. of pple was like 'then the movie how?' even though when told there was a fire haha.. go sue them jing.. you have the power.. think i can only calculate our losses haha how sad.. still i think the whole thing was pretty funky.. i mean it's not everyday sth like this happens and we happened to be there and part of the moment man! funky funky.. =)
oh ya.. yups so to those who still don't know.. i have a job. me. job. realise that the fullstop indicates that the two words don't go together.. but i do the impossible so worship me.. now i know i swore never to get a job but apparently my mum got sick of me slacking so there.. haha thinking back on the reactions of pple when told i have a job is hilarious.. but slacking can still be done on the job so you know i always stay true to my roots.. in fact i think i'm supposed to go back to work since mon but i haven't done so hahaha.. ok i'm tired already.. oh wait did i say that ashton kutcher is so cute.. i so wanna catch the movie.. you're getting punk'd man.. nites!

ooh! this week has been busy! just got back from korea on mon night and boy did i enjoy myself man! it was spring time and the weather was superb.. it's like genting (much much colder) meets singapore.. i mean the sun's hot but the wind's fantabulous.. woah.. the group was nice and so was the tour guide aka the world's most corny guy so it was fun.. then the place's like all full of sakuras and other flowers and they were so pretty! i mean it's just like singapore with the trees but only that instead of the leaves, it's white flowers!! it's awesome i tell ya..
oh when we were at jeju island, there was this place called mysterious road, where the bus driver would switch off the engine at the bottom of the road (which was gently upward sloping as we measured with an instrument) and the bus would still move even though the engine was off.. funky man and then we tried it with bottles and water and the same thing happened: the water would travel downwards, stop then travel upwards.. woah damn funky lah.. and apparently no one can explain the phenomenon, be it the geographers or the scientists haha.. yay..
yups then korean pple are really polite i tell you.. i always see them bowing.. as in whenever we enter the hotel or even when the help us hold the lifts, they bow! when it's more like we should be thanking them haha.. ooh and the food was pretty weird in a sense that i don't like kimchi.. haha and the seafood that they served.. those raw types like sashimi, the octopus was still moving lah.. so apparently it crawls around in your mouth.. and the suction pads still suck.. haha.. oh ugh..
ooh i'm out of time so i shall stop talking.. but not before i express my deepest fury to the asshole cabbie who led lynn and alex the wrong way in the amazing race yest.. dammit.. now i don't like any of the teams.. and i just hate rob and amber and when you hate someone there's no reason for it so sue me.. ok i'm off to meet wj now haha yay.. more on korea some time i guess haha..

heh here i am rotting cos i'm too tired to go out today haha.. wj is at work now and whining to me bout it.. haha press on dear! paste them stickers! haha no fear cos we'll be back slacking before you know it k.. haha on wed wj and i went to slack (heh what's new) and we caught 2 movies: house of fury and the pacifier.. the latter's just average but the former's good! i mean there's like so many pretty looking pple in the show! eye candy like daniel wu and gillian chung.. yay! yups the whole day was just slacking and also going to aia to check out wj's job..
anyway i sorta finished the korean show xiu lent me and i tell you korean shows have such typical plots! aiyoh.. here's my top 10 plots/ scenes in korean shows..
1. there's bound to be some rich guy in love with a poor girl.. no prizes for guessing that the rich guy's parents disapprove and blah blah blah.. now having the show centered around the 2 lovers is boring so there will always be 2. a love triangle/ quadrangle and so on.. the more the merrier! i love you but you love her and she likes him and he likes me whatever you get my point.. 3. the poor girl in the story is loved by every other guy that could possibly appear in the story and 4. the loaded girl never gets any love haha how realistic! 5. everybody cries in korean shows.. and they cry alot.. hell lot.. even the guys cry like yay it's fashionable.. 6. the lead actress always has some disease.. leukemia being the most commmon one i guess haha.. 7. somebody then has to donate some body part to the lead actress or whoever is sick and 8. the one who gets the donation usually never dies, rather 9. someone else will die instead..the irony of it all.. 10. is it just me or have i watched more than one korean show where the guy buys a hp (the flip kind so they can advertise samsung or sth) for the girl hmm... oh and the korean show i watched is super slow moving.. i mean the girl sits there and thinks bout sth.. and she just keeps on thinking.. and i sit in front of the tv and watch her thinking for like 5 mins.. goodness.. i think not only korean shows but plots these days are so typical these days man.. eew how boring..

it's raining outside and i'm at home.. thank god.. i would hate to be in town now when it's raining.. you know nearly everyone goes to town on weekends and when it actually rains the atmosphere is just very bleak.. i mean can you imagine the whole world (hyperbole!) squeezed in town and there's more pple competing for space since umbrellas take up much space and everyone's spirits are down just because it's raining.. that's why i still think that the whole of town should be like a covered walkway you see.. and it should be fully air-conditioned! woah! cool huh! so it would be just perfect on rainy days and also on the super swelting hot days! and to top it off, every place in town would be connected by travelators (ya know like those in changi airport), fast moving ones for the working people who always walk as if there's a grand prize of a million bucks in the amazing race they're always in and slow moving ones for the elderly and my fellow countrymen who walk at the slow pace of 1m/hr (haha vivid exaggeration but i like it and you get my point).. and you know what would happen next? orchard will be such a funky place that nobody would ever wanna go home (hahaha) and it will become overpopulated (ie its resources are not enough to cater to the people =)) and no one will ever wanna go to town again.. so much for my plan huh.. now you know why the plan's not up and coming ya.. no harm giving me a pat on the back for my brainy shit though.. yeah.. =)
the reason i didn't leave my house earlier for town was only and of course because i woke up late.. again.. not surprising.. ya know i think that me waking up late is not a sign of ultimate slacking.. and when you come to think of it.. it's actually very nice of me to wake up late.. let's see.. firstly, when i wake up late, my maid doesn't hafta wake up early too cos she doesn't need to wake me up early! (the fact that she still has to anyway to wake my sis up for sch every morning doesn't count cos that isn't my fault ya.. =)).. secondly, my dad buys breakfast but by the time i wake up it becomes my lunch so that saves my maid the trouble of cooking or my dad the trouble of buying lunch again ya.. thirdly, when i wake up late it would mean that the peeps i'm gonna meet up with meet me later and thus would get to sleep more or do whatever they want in the morning while i'm still asleep! yay! worship me! =) fourthly, waking up late means i spend more time at home sleeping and not out so i spend less! ah! very impt point made.. filial child blogging here you see.. finally cos i'm too lazy to write more, waking up late means i practice piano later in the day (and of cos for a shorter time haha) and so thoughtful me won't disturb the neighbours too much! yay! =)
ok i'm tired already.. off to watch a movie soon.. it's stopped raining! haha yay! =)

there there i'm updating! ok so much has happened but i think the bulk of the drama has to go to the results.. like doh.. since it has been quite a while already i've sorta gotten over the fact that though it was not what i wanted i guess it could have been much worse (especially when i am so pretty fine at screwing up), so be it.. it's over.. no point crying over spilt milk.. saying that i wonder why the they use milk.. i mean even if you wanna cry you should cry over sth nicer right.. milk tastes horrible.. eew..
congrats to those who did well!! i'm terribly amazed by some of the guys in our class.. fantastic man.. haha.. looking back on the whole a level thing as a whole, i'm starting to think that i have nothing to complain bout my results.. haha i mean after all it was the most impt exam yet and i didn't take it as seriously as i did for the o's.. someone told me i should have gone to poly instead but i must say i really enjoyed my 2 years in nj.. it's not sth i'd easily trade.. so ya that's how i see it.. =)
big shout out to alexis zq and jerry whom i joined for dinner yest.. thanx for the treat and congrats to the dude for his fantastical results.. it rox.. =)
