This is all Tay's fault
Tay, I'm holding you personally responsible for this ultimate expose on my real personality! I can't resist those quizzes......
Anyhow, folks, here it is...Janie's Magical Trip to AnimeQuizLand!
First of all, according to the quiz, I am a "Super Otaku" Bwahahaha!!!
And My Bishounen Connoiseurship Rating: "Real men are 2-D!"
Not bad...so far.
Next, I discovered that my Perfect Video game/anime bishonen is.......Nakago?! Not Nakago! He's the honkiest one of them all! Awww.......(My #2 was Tseng from FF7...Yes, I'm confused, too)
Frustrated, I tried the "Bishonen Selector" in the hopes of some better results...My bishonen? Sephiroth! Mu~uuuuuch better! *chortle*
And here, apparently, is the immense list of anime characters who I'm like (for some ungodly reason >_< Some of these are downright shameful!)
Gensomaden Saiyuki- Cho Hakkai...Am I really that genki?!
Trigun- Vash the Stampede...Hm. Okay, I'll concede to that one...except for the whole "pacifism" thing.
Weiß Kreuz- #1 - Noi, #2 - Yohji...What's THAT supposed to mean?!!
Yami no Matsuei- Muraki-sensei... (Watari was my #2! Can we say bipolar, anyone? ^^;;)
Ranma 1/2- Tatewaki Kuno...*sigh* It's sad, but it's true.
Final Fanasy VIII- Irvine Kinneas *flex* Yup......ladies...*grin*
Mahou Tsukai Tai- Ayanoujo Aburatsubo...Tch, was there ever a doubt?!
Neon Genesis Evangelion- Ryouji Kaji *falls over dead laughing*
Wow...Did anyone else notice I didn't get a girl for any of the answers? Eesh....I frighten myself. Sooo, those of you who know me, are you surprised? Frightened? Disgusted? All of the above? I don't blame you...
Love and Peace!

No, you're not crazy.
(Elysaar, sorry if this makes you explode...I exploded...o_0)
Hello, everyone! I have some pictures to show you! Yes, wonderful pictures for all to enjoy.
Here we have Gackt, Japanese rock artist, sex god extraordinaire and real-life bishonen! His voice is like liquid sex, and he wears thong underwear! (yes, I have a picture of that, too, if you'd like to see ^_^) Gaze upon his beautiful blue eyes and flawless body. Note his excellent fashion sense! We love you, Gackt! (Thanks to Sawasdee Gackt for the pic!)
Here's another picture! Fujimiya Aya, everyone's favorite surly, trenchcoat-wearing, Kool-aid-haired, sword-toting assassin. See his wonderful off-duty ensemble...Where does he get his fashion tips? And those pants...stunning! The cross necklace seems strangely familiar...where have I seen that before?
.......
Look at the pictures again.
Do you see what I see? I want to know which picture copied which...Even the zoom on their shoes are the same! I'm officially creeped out...in a wonderful, wonderful way.

Brian Sez:
Yeah, I know, "I'm so sick of Brian, where's Janie"
Well, you guys can go screw! I'm damn clever so nyah!
Anyway...Giant Robots. No, Giant ALIEN robots! NO! Giant cloned alien human creatures that freak out and eat other monsters from the sky before blowing up entire cities over and over and over again! What more could someone ask from an Anime? And hey, for all the ladies out there there was even some really serious yaoi hintage, I mean c'mon "I think I was born to meet you" the 'lets take a shower together bit' the 'Hey sleep in bed with me, I love you' bit, c'mon! But it didn't last very long... So what, pray tell, could ruin such a great wonderful concept!? Well, an uber-annoying super crack headed stink face that didn't shut up the whole time. But I'll talk about her another time. No, what I'm talking about it how the series kind of...failed to end? I mean, I've watched Serial Experiments: Lain, and for any of you that've watched that anime, it's got a pretty out there kind of 'nani' ending, right? Right? WRONG-O ol' chum. This series I'm talking about not only takes the cake, but eats it, then licks the plate clean, eats the plate, eats the fork they used to eat the cake, then eats the table upon which the cake was placed. (Btw, I didn't like how the show ended) There's a whole build up, 2nd impact is where it began... only kids of age of 2nd impact can pilot them, something about Adam, something about 18 angels and then man achieves some higer dealie...and how does it wrap up? With TWO episodes and borish, annoying, repetive interior monolouge. *super-whiny voice* "Oh but no one loves me" *Stern Fatherly voice* "No one can love you if you don't love yourself
"But I'm not worthy of love"
"Then you can not be accepted"
"Then I cannot be loved"
"Then you cannot be accepted"
"Oh wait! I can be loved!"
*Entire cast of show* "Omedetou!(congrats)"
-THE END-
...
...
Dude?! Yeah, that's a great way to wrap up a really great involved series. Hey, tying up loose ends if for suckers, right? Mince. Oh well though, I mean, the series was great, it just ended on a downer, and I've heard the movie wraps it up or something, but I'm not sure, we'll see, anywho, I'm out, Au revoir, or uh, man I can't spell in romaji... you know the word, until next time
Stay tuned for: The Koyasu Report (it's gunna be fun)

Hey Kids! It's storytime with Brian
Once upon a time, as these stories most often go, there was a log named Snuffleupugus. He liked to roll about in the forest all day long, it was his most favorite thing in the world to do. One day, his friend, Snugen-vos-Kislingblock said that there was treasure in the forest and that they should go look for it, which was the style at the time. So into the forest they went with their packs full of goodies and their thought full of treasure. On the way they met a funny little fellow named Mr.Bingo, who bingo said bingo after bingo every bingo word bingo he bingo said. Bingo. They told him the story about the treasure and they were up to, and he said "Wow bingo that bingo sounds bingo like bingo fun bingo!" So he joined up. Now this happy group of three adventurers went skipping into the forest happilly after treasure. After a short time they came to a dark and forboding cave. Snugen-Vos-Kislingblock looked at his map, "Yeaup, this eez vhere ve 'ave to go" So in they went, torches in hand. After a short while they came to a large open room in the cave with a treasure box in the middle. "Eureka!" shouted Snugen-Vos-Kislingblock "Yippe!" shout Snuffleupugus
"Bingo!" shouted Mr.Bingo, which caused him to go into an inifited bingo loop, bingo being the intial word he said, which caused him to say bingo after. Which after that he had to say bingo again, since bingo was the word that was loaded in as the initial word.
Thus: where Ax follows Bx, x being the word Bingo, if B is equal to x, then A is also equal to x, such that bingo is the intial and secondary word that is said. Such that he would fall into a exponitial bingo loop, where as he was forced to say bingo twice at once, four times at once, eight times at once, and so on. It got to the point where neither his mouth nor his brain could process the information such that his head exploded. Into 75 little pieces. In 5 rows. Snugen-Vos-Kislingblock and Snuffulupugus looked at the pieces, looked at each and said "Hey this looks like a fun game!"
And that kids, is how the game of Bingo came to be. So the next time you play Bingo, just think of those three merry adventurers and their friend, Mr.Bingo.

The Thought Process of Biseinen...
"Yes. Darkness reminds me of dark hot-pots. Hot pots remind me of trivets. Trivets remind me of carpets. And if you burrow deep into the carpet, there's blackness. And blackness reminds me of darkness."
*doki doki* Ah, Red Mantle...You're a blockhead, but we love you anyway. (Incidentally, anyone who's never seen Haunted Junction had better get up off their deprived little arses and see it! I just got the 12 ep. DVD set ^^)
One great thing about the new year starting is that the convention scene starts up again! AniMagic, in October, is one of the last ones on the west coast, leaving all us California babies without anything to do until FanimeCon in April! Oh well...It means I have 3 months to get my costume ready and set to go, if I cosplay at Fanime. It's nice to have two conventions within 30 minutes of home ^_^ FanimeCon and Yaoicon! One of the great things about being a Bay Area rat =^.^=
I really think I'm gonna have fun costuming this year! Belial's gonna be great to go as...S/He's got such a variety of outfits to pick from, too, but I think I've chosen the one I want to wear. The makeup's gonna be a bitch to keep on, though...with plenty of black for it to rub off on ~_~ Ah well. I've got 3 months to come up with a winning formula, ne?
In website news, expect updates soon! I'm redoing the website with new graphics and backgrounds, and I want to get those done before I put up anything new. There will be new fanart, and two new fic updates! One guest fic has a new chapter, and there'll be a new story of mine in with the WK fanfics! Keep checking back!

Mmmm...Ideas
Okay! All you manga-philes out there, I need your help! If anyone out there is an Angel Sanctuary fan, and you have good color or b/w pictures of the Mad Hatter (a.k.a. Belial), I would appreciate it forever and a half if you could send them my way! I need all the reference pictures I can get! S/He's got a hard costume to duplicate ^^;;
Uf...Me and my undertakings. At least I've got some idea how to make the wings! I mainly need pictures of his/her face in which I can clearly see his/her makeup.
Of course, then there's the quandary of where to get thigh-high stockings with garters without looking like a total fool in front of the salesperson.
BA: Erm...yeah. They're for a costume of a hermaphroditic angel. Aa...eheheh...*sweatdrop*
Salesperson: *giku*

Blues...
*sigh* The first day of school is always such a bummer. I mean, not to say it wasn't a good day. My tai chi class is great, and Japanese is promising to be another fun quarter, even if the class is a little bigger. Heh, we'll see how many people are left by the end.
I suppose it's just a letdown after the spectacular Christmas vacation I had. I had long-lost relatives come visit, and spent an amazing week with three of the best people I know! And now I've come back to nothing but school and silence...Not that I don't appreciate the friends I have here. They're as great as they ever were. But it really sucks to realize a sudden and inexplicable closeness with people, then know you may not see them again or even hear their voices for almost a year.
I miss you guys...Nobody here can appreciate Weiß seiyuu the way you do... ~_~

Ne...Choco! Choco!!!
Chibi-Signal is the cutest thing ever. I'm firmly convinced of that.
So, here we are...back at home.
...
IYAAAAAAAH!!! I miss my nakama! Tay, Becki and Elysaar, I miss you guys so much already! This weekend was the best ever...We have to do it again. Before Yaoicon next year! They say it's going to be October 18-20th...*sigh* We hoped it would be earlier. So much for going to AniMagic. If you want a bit of a twitch, read the PULP Magazine review of the con on the YaoiCon website. It's generally good, but their reference to fanfiction as "prose pornography" rubbed me wrong. I don't know why...I think I want to have a panel this year called "Yaoi vs. Your Boyfriend: How to Cope". I wonder how many people would come to it. And someone needs to help me think of who/what to cosplay as.
Tay and Becki, I miss Brat and Yuuki... ~_~ My lap is so cold now! But I have to say, it's a lot easier to read over the musefic now, knowing who those frightened cats are ^_~ Damn it, I still have the Persona 2 song in my head! There's only two copies of it on AudioGalaxy, and they're both perpetually offline! I NEED TO HEAR THAT SONG!!! Becki, I'll be sure to get that fanart all scanned and colored soon! And you'll be happy to know that you've gotten me hooked on Initial D...I need to find subs! Tay...I like your outlook on Tolkein-slash...Tell me, where can we find this elf-prince called Caellonwyn? He sounds dreamy ^_~ You have to draw a picture of 'Yon, you know...I already took care of S'van for you!
Elysaaaa~ar! Do you really have to stay away for two weeks? Saa...You'd better have something for me to read when you get back! And say hi to your brother for me ^_^ I really want to work more on "Finders Keepers", and my revisions for Ch. 1 are just about ready to go. "Kokuhaku" began to wake up a little last night, too, so we'll see how it goes! I swear, staying up and talking all night was inspiring! And we didn't even wake Tay and Becki up! Oh! Brian and I thought up a doujinshi idea today...I'm going to enter it, along with the other one. But I'm not telling you what it's about until you get home! Nyah!
(Yes, folks, you've assumed correctly...I just got back from spending a week with Kuwabara no Miko, Talya Firedancer, and Utopian Trunks. My three heroes ^_^ They were the ones who got me interested in this mess of boys and perversion called the yaoi fandom!)
I'm in heaven, now that I can actually watch my Gluhen tour VCDs...*sigh* Koyasu-sa~ma.....The Assmaster...*puddle* And Miki with his ginormous package. Heh, it's a good thing he's a taker...well, we can hope, right? The more I watch it, the more I realize I could never have legs as nice as Yuuki's...And Seki. Well...We love Seki. (Gomen ne, Tomokazu-san ~_~ I just ran out of accolades...I'll think up something good for you later!)
And dinner is almost ready! Yatta! I'm so hungry for some reason...I'm off to go eat, then to read through Saiyuki 7 and 8! Hugs and love to everyone!
Love and peace! (Ra-vu and-o pii-su!)

9:15.
I'm going to see Lord of the Rings tonight at 9:15.
Couldn't they pre-order earlier tickets?
It's a f***ing 3-hour movie, half an hour away! I don't want to be out until 1 in the morning! I'm sick! I have a cold! I have torture to write! AAAAAAAUGH!!!!
*slump* But I really want to see that movie.....

Merry Christmas to all, and...
Well, Christmas is a week away! Am I the only one around here who wants her presents right now? I don't wanna wait!
For all those folks who want a bit of a Christmas (or Hannukah, or Kwanzaa, or Yule, or Santa Day) gift early, here's my offering....The first installment of the Weiß Xmas chibis! Aya and Yohji have figured out a good way to fight off that December chill...No, you pervs! I did not draw Christmas-themed chibi sex! This is G-rated! Sheesh......Hopefully I'll get Ken and Omi drawn pretty soon! They always give me more trouble ^^;;
Elysaar, no worries! I'm going to see Lord of the Rings tomorrow night, but after that I'll be ready to go! I figure the boys could use a break tonight, anyway ^_^ Hope you're rested up! Good luck on your final! Oh, and let me know when you want your Xmas gift-art sent over!!

'Tis the Season
I am a happy little angel! I got my hair cut and colored today, and despite the overpowering cloud of chemical fumes that's been following me around and giving me a migraine, I'm quite satisfied with it! But today, I am primarily happy because the wonderful, beautiful, magnificent Talya Firedancer sent me a Christmas giftfic! Tay, it's wonderful! *glow* It's absolutely, positively wonderful!!!
I give you now, for your very much enjoyment, "A Wind-Blown Feather."

Eulogy......
You departed from us suddenly, and without warning. Those who loved you are left empty and bereft by your departure, and today we mourn together.
Duncan Hines Chocolate Chunk Brownies, we hardly knew you.
Yet we remember your chocolatey goodness, your soft and chewy nature, and the hours of gooey pleasure you gave us with each and every pan.
So, though we move on, making do with plain brownies and the paltry addition of Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips scattered therein, there will always be a place in our hearts for you.
Farewell, sweet Chocolate Chunk, and may flights of angels sing thee to thy rest...

Flipping the world a one-fingered salute...
*sigh* So much for human decency...doesn't anyone have a care anymore for how they make other people feel? Tay, sweetie, I'm sorry to hear about what happened...If it's any help, you can write or IM me to bitch, to rant, to just talk, anything...As always, I'm here! And at the very least, I'll be there to distract you with my insanity and oafishness very soon!
It's so nice to be done with final exams...more time to spend writing and drawing, more time to spend chatting with friends, more time to spend doing evil plotting with certain fanfic authors and their multiple personalities who will remain nameless, and (especially) more time to spend with my boyfriend...When he's not working, that is ~_~ *sigh* Oh well...I'll take what I can get! At least he has a cool job...I wish I could work in a comic book store. And for someone who's gonna have his own comic book to sell soon, it's a pretty sweet deal! Brian and I come to visit him at work sometimes, and Richard and I cuddle over the counter and weird out the other employees. It's fun! (Disclaimer: We do this when the store is empty! I do not interfere with the store's income! Thank you.) But really, it's nice to drop by during his shifts and keep him company...at least we get to see each other, and I get a couple hugs out of it. As obtuse as Richard can be sometimes, he gives the best hugs in the world ^_^
Anyway, being done with exams also means vacation time! I'm currently blogging from my grandpa's computer at my grandparents' house in Fresno, CA! (*cheers* Yay Fresburger!) The modem's a piece of shit, but at least there's no nosy moms looking over my shoulder here! I've spent the past two days lazing about and wrestling with my grandparents' new dog, Jojo (Named after Mojo Jojo by her previous 8 year-old owner). She's a fully-grown female German Shepherd...who thinks she's a lap dog. Needless to say, there have been many numb legs over the past two days.
We went to a Japanese restaurant called Yoshino tonight...My dad used chopsticks! He's a lot better at it than I thought he was...apparently, back when he was a firefighter in San Francisco, the guys would head into Chinatown to eat after their graveyard watch. But he's out of practice, just the same...he just walked by, complaining how his hand hurt! Lightweight.....At any rate, we both got the sashimi/tempura/teriyaki teishoku, and it was delish! And we have leftovers! Mmm...raw octopus for breakfast.....
As for things that y'all actually care about...Fics are coming slowly, but at least they're coming! (*snicker* I said something naughty...) I actually worked on "Devotion" Ch. 2 last night, AND "Kokuhaku" Ch. 3! Not much to show yet, but they're growing! I've been working on gift art and gift fics all month...finally got all the pictures about done with! And if I may say so, for those who are the lucky recipients, these are some of the best I've done ^_^
I'd best be off, now. People are finally going to bed, which means I can break out the sketchbook without worrying about overly-talkative relatives coming in to chat!
Love and Peace!
