Nyao...
I have cat people on the brain...Don't ask why. Maybe because Koashura is too unbearably cute. So Ryu's telling me to draw cat people. I think I just might. Of course, I'll only do it if he promises to get back to work and let himself get debauched by Touma! But first he has to help me get my lemon-writing ability back. Tay, I'm sorry I'm falling so behind...I feel really bad! I'll try to respond to your last part tonight, if I can! I blew my load on lemon writing the other night with an off-timeline WK PWP...and that was before I fell into my bad mood. Now I'm just dry...
As for said PWP, Elysaar, I hope I can get some more done soon...at least tie that second chunk I gave you in to the first part. The only problem with this story is that it's inspiring visions of twisted BDSM fanart, and I can't concentrate in class!
I updated the website, I did! Actually, I changed all my links to the new version! Zuflucht der Engel is now Aetherius! The links page and the Muse page are still under construction, but the art gallery has some new stuff in it, and the fic archive has chapter 1 of "Kokuhaku," as well as the prologue and first chapter of "Devotion"! I've been surprisingly productive, I have!
Ryu: Why in hell are you talking like Kenshin?
BrightAngel: Why in hell are you wearing nothing but your gloves and a g-string?
Ryu: Don't be obtuse! I'm getting ready for my next scene, or have you forgotten all about that?
BrightAngel: Last I wrote, you didn't have your pants off yet! Don't get ahead of yourself, chibi. Write me a lemon, then you can get naked.
Ryu: *sniffles*
BrightAngel: ...Oh no...
Ryu: *turns red in the face and takes a deep breath* TOOOOOOUMAAAA! She's being mean again! She won't let us have sex until I write her a lemon!
BrightAngel: And to think he used to be afraid of that kid...I can't win...I just can't win...

Pathetic Fallacy
Yeah, you guys all remember high school english class, where they told you a bunch of literary terms you knew you'd never remember even as they fell upon your little sophomore eardrums. Pathetic Fallacy...where the weather or environment of a plot's setting represents the mood and emotion of the story.
Yeah, well, today's cloudy and gray and pointless.
You do the math.
It started out waking up with the knowledge that I had to sing at a wedding today. Now, I like to sing...I don't mind it at all! But this is a wedding for a friend...which means I have to forgo the payment if I don't want to feel like a total heel. And it would normally mean that I get to go to a reception afterwards, talk to people I haven't really sat down and chatted with in a while, and enjoy some really good (free) food. I've been working with the bride's mother and been a friend of the family for over eleven years. She's like another mom to me. And I never got a wedding invitation, which means there's no RSVP from me, which means there's no table setting for me. Forgive me for feeling a little slighted.
Oh well. We'd better get something damn good for dinner tonight. *sigh*
And then it went from bad to worse...I walked out into the house to find my mother looking at college catalogues and handbooks. Hell, you'd think SHE was the one transferring schools, and not me. I told her I wanted to go to the University of Portland, and she told me I didn't know a single thing about it...I said I'd take a look when I went up there in December...She said "Who says you're going to Oregon? How do you plan on getting there?"
"By plane," I said. The logical answer.
Her reply? "No way. Absolutely not. You're not getting on an airplane." So there go my plans for a nice getaway with friends over Xmas break, bludgeoned to death by paranoia, along with any hopes I had for having a good day.
I was planning on writing today, but I'm so incredibly uninspired right now, I can't fathom ever ficcing again. Not true, I'm sure, but it bloody well feels that way. Of course, if I do end up writing today, somebody's gonna get tortured in a baaaad way...But I can't think of a reason or a premise why, so that's not going to happen either. Bloody wonderful. Yohji gets spared for now...unless anyone can think of something squicky for me to write, in which case by all means Let me know. I could use it.
The clouds aren't clearing up.

**gurgle**
No joy, no rapture, no exquisite sin greater than cream cheese buns........They're here. In a bag. Three of them. Just waiting to go into my tummy. It's a wonderful feeling.
We hit Japantown today, and I blew so much money...I should feel terrible about it, but I don't. I got my next volume of Trigun (only 2 left...~_~), the first volume of Kenshin, and the first Trigun soundtrack at Japan Video. Then I went into Kinokuniya and got the rest of DN*Angel and the first 2 volumes of Angel Sanctuary (and a new marker ^_^). They didn't have the rest of Sotsugyou M, though, and it made me sad...
We went to Best Buy then, and I got Klonoa 2 for my PS2, and a DVD remote so I don't have to keep using ths sucky controller when I watch DVDs on my Playstation. The stupid skip button is so sensitive that it jumps chapters if you, like, blow on it! *grumbles* Ah well, hopefully that problem's been rectified.
Tay...Touma sounds like he's having fun! I'll give you Ryu's inarticulate, sweaty, quivering response as soon as I can! (By the way...tell Touma that if he really wants to drive the dragonboy nuts, he should talk like Hayami Sho)
Elysaar, I WILL respond to the RP when I get the chance! I sorta blew my creative wad last night writing the story you want to see, so you're satisfied either way, see? ^__^ Incidentally, your muse is frightening me. He'd better not attack Touma while Touma's attacking Ryu...I don't know if my dragonboy can stand up to a double-teaming! Although, it would be interesting to see.....
*piku* How odd...I have the sudden urge to write a Heero/Relena romance...
Moral of this story...NEVER piss off your muses.
Love and Peace!

OOOOOOOUKAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
It is a sad fact of life that there are some folks who don't like Omi. I don't understand it...I like Omi! Why is Omi great? Let's think about it...
1. He gets to play with explosives
2. He's the only one who could keep a girl for more than one episode.
3. He's had one of the shittiest childhoods possible, but he doesn't get all bitchy and morose over it, like some people *coughcough*Aya*cough*
4. He's a hacker, and has ready access to internet porn at any time.
5. He's smart! The kid's in cram school, for heaven's sake.
Of course, those who dislike Omi do have their points, some of which I have to agree with...(Thank you Brian for your contributions.)
1. Sure, he gets to play with explosives, but he never does! And he only uses that cool composite bow of his in one episode!
2. He could keep a girl for more than one episode...but it was totally his sister! I mean, come on! That's gross! And we all know that girls are icky, anyway.
3. No, he doesn't get all bitchy and morose about it. He just goes on his computer and looks at internet porn to forget about it. Probably nasty S&M type porn, too. Little perv...(see #4 for continuation)**
4. He has access to porn all the time, but he sure does a bad job of hiding it. Yohji's totally got his number.
5. He may be smart, but he must have exchanged his fashion sense for extra brains. What in hell WAS his second season wardrobe?!**
(** I, Janie, agree in particular with these...)
Ah well, to each his own, I suppose. I'm gonna keep on liking Omi. Though I doubt he'll like me for much longer if I don't hurry up and finish "Kokuhaku". And Ryu, who's currently getting hot and steamy with Touma, isn't helping much.
On the other hand, he was being quite helpful the other night, when Elysaar and I had a HUGE brainstorming session! No fanart yet, but that new PWP is definitely getting itself started tonight! I think I'm gonna skip to the lemon scene, like I said I would...Yohji's just begging for it. And what was the idea we said we wanted to RP? I totally forget which one that was...
Tay, congrats on getting a monitor! Good to hear you'll be connected again! I've missed you the last few nights ^_^ Ryu's loving where we're going with our fic...can't wait to get the next part! Maybe he'll finally be satisfied for a little while!
In other news, I just finished watching "The Little Mermaid." Yeah, the Disney one. When it first came out, this was my favorite movie of all time...I'd watch it two, three times a day if I could manage it. Little me, in 3rd grade or whatever year that was, idolized Ariel. I do sing, after all! Of course, my affinity for this movie was ruined in High School, however, when someone pointed out the phallic symbol painstakingly painted on the movie cover (original release cover only...they fixed it in the re-release), as well as the priest's enormous boner in the wedding scene. *sigh* Nothing's sacred any more. Not even children's movies.
S'pose that's it for now. I'm off to draw more character art for "Devotion", then start on some fanart! Ja, mata!
Love and Peace!

I wish I was eating one right now...
You ever have a food craving? I 'm talking about that most painful, burning, crippling desire you've ever had for a certain kind of food in your entire life, so much so that just thinking about it makes you salivate and grow lightheaded!
Must...have...cream cheese buns......
Yeah, most of you are probably making a nasty face right now, but these things are fucking great! They make them at this asian bakery not *too* far from my house. They're these little things, kinda like hot cross buns but bigger, with this yummy icing on the top, and the inside is filled with this sweet cream cheese stuff, and it's so good I want one right now! *whine*
Tay! I'm sorry to hear about your computer (Yes, I see the irony of sending my condolences in website form.), and I hope it gets fixed up soon! The story chunk you sent was an unexpected surprise, though ^_^ I'll respond to that as soon as I can!
Elysaar...Is your brain still broken? I hope not! Hope everything worked out with your reading and all last night. I know it's the last thing you want to hear, but I didn't envy you one bit...^_^;; But hey, at least you don't have a quiz coming up on an alphabet you don't know at all!! Still don't know what part of "The Kid's Dangerous" I want to draw yet, but if you have a break tonight and are online, we can throw some ideas back and forth!
Yeah, I've been in a really artsy mood lately! I think it's because of my Neopiko markers! They make everything look so cool when it's all colored! I've been doing new portraits of my characters for "Devotion", so those will go up with the first two chapters when I finally distribute my new website link! Keep checking back for information on that, everyone!
I've decided that I need new anime to watch. Brand new anime. I'm still following Trigun (We just finished DVD volume 5), which is captivating, but I want something else in the meantime! The week my friend Augi was in town, we watched ALL of Cowboy Bebop! Yes, all. Every episode. And it was great! Mahou Tsukai Tai is terrific, but we can't get the anime, only the OAVs which we're done with! We're hitting Japantown on Friday to try and get the Ah! Megami-sama OAVs on DVD...hopefully they won't be sold out again! So if anyone out there has any recommendations for good anime of ANY genre, let me know! I implore you!
That's all for now! It's dinnertime, and I smell artichokes! *scampers off*
Love and Peace!

An Open Letter to Guestbook-signing idiots...
(Side note to all my visitors...check the guestbook if you want to know what the hell I'm talking about)
Dear Abadon666,
Thank you for your contribution to my Dreambook. You have some very profound insight on "lesbian shit" as you so eloquently put it. I used to watch Ghostbusters as a kid, and it's nice to know there are still fans out there.
Unfortunately, if you have half a brain, you might notice that I'm not into "lesbian shit." But I'm always interested in expanding my horizons.
Let me expand your horizons.
I envision a scenario with an original character...an original character named Abadon. In a prison shower stall. With a 335 lb. sweaty guy named Lou, who smells like ass and has the word "Shitpacker" tattooed on his left arm. Oh, look!.......There's soap on the floor. Whatever will happen now?
In conclusion, how in holy hell did you ever get to this website, and do you have anything better to do than write insipid, pointless, possibly insulting guestbook entries on websites that have nothing to do with you or your interests?
Again, thank you so much for visiting.
Have a pleasant day.
Fuckhead.

It's Official...
Silent Hill 2 scares the piss out of me.
Brian went and got himself his own PS2 the other day (so I don't have to cart mine around anymore) and immediately went and bought ICO and Silent Hill 2. A word of advice...don't play in the dark if you want to sleep well later.
The website is coming along nicely...I've got the fanfic archive and the fanart page all set. Ryu's page and the links portal are next in coming, and then it should all be set! Finally, a web layout I'm proud of!
*sigh* My week of freedom is over. My mom came home from Santa Barbara today, and I'll bet she's just chock full of reasons why my sister is so much more successful than I am. I love it when my mom goes away, but the aftermath really makes me wonder if it's worth it.
AniMagic 2K1 is coming up this weekend. Forgive me for being a little bitter...I really wanted to go!!! Unfortunately, the con is October 4-6...and my friend's daughter is getting married on the 5th, and they nicely decided that they'd have me sing at the wedding. Not that I don't want to sing...but I'd much rather have been asked than had a sheaf of sheet music placed in front of me, roping me into it before I even knew the date was inconvenient. Ah well. No cons for me until March, it seems...Why is it that the con circuit completely quits from October to March? At least in California, it does. I'd think at least somebody would want to take advantage of everybody on their Xmas break.
All you fanfic readers out there, just a little alert for you...I actually went and revamped my WK timeline last night, so "Kokuhaku" should make some progress in the next few days! Perhaps I just might have some chapters up!
Elysaar..."The Kid's Dangerous" is...wow...I can't even think of words for it! Absolutely amazing came up first, but that didn't do it justice! I have to re-read for technical stuff again tonight, but if I see you online we can discuss! I promise I'll try to be an objective beta reader, cross my heart and hope to die!
Tay...just how big is your cat? Brian was chuckling about it all this morning.
I was skipping through your webpage earlier, and I clicked on the "Contact" link...Excellent idea...I like it much more than a simple email link!
Just a message to everybody...
WRITE FEEDBACK!!!
Anyway, that's about it for now...I'll probably have more interesting things to say later, once I get home, but for now I'll say "mata ne!"
Love and Peace!

Oh, purple! Wonderful purple! Beauteous purple! How I love thee! I told Utopian Trunks that my favorite color was purple, and this is what she cooked up for me! Isn't it...purple?! Purple should be a word for all things that are great and wonderful in the world!
Check back for more coherant bloggage later ^_^
